Hotel was great, ok location, quiet, but I suggest few things, to oil other doors as our neighbour door was squeaky. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Other than that I like how specious it was and it felt like mini apartment.

It is perhaps best thought of as serviced accommodation rather than a hotel in the conventional sense. Housekeeping is provided every other day and the amenities are fairly basic. The rates reflect the convenience of the location more than the facilities themselves.
There is a driveway, which makes arriving and departing with luggage considerably easier.
While it is not somewhere I would make a point of returning to, it served its purpose well during a longer stay in Toronto and I would consider it again in similar circumstances.
A small additional advantage was that my visit coincided with the Football World Cup. The televisions in the two-bedroom suite carried the matches, which was appreciated.

Perfect location to attend a UofT commencement. On site parking with in out privileges really made it easier to get around without worrying about the car. Staff polite and helpful so would def come back.

Property does not look like the pictures. It looks allot older and a little worn down. They were nice to put us in the penthouse but, balcony doesn't lock. We had to switch rooms. It was basically the same layout but the vent in the bathroom doesn't work. They charged us $45 a night for parking but on the advertisements it quoted $40. Probably will not stay there again.

I really liked this property - the staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in, the location is excellent - close to public transport and very walkable, and the room and hallways were very clean. I did not use the amenities. Minor gripes are that the rooms are a little dated, and elevators are on the slow side, but nothing that affects usability. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to several subway lines and within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen, although I didn’t use it much, was wonderfully equipped. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.

We made a last minute reservation for a World Cup match and this property was an excellent choice in downtown at the right price. Lots of things at walking distance and staff at the front desk was amazing. The suite was large with a full kitchen and had some useful amenities. Some repairs are needed and you can tell it has seen better days but we enjoyed it regardless of these minor eyesores. Some noise from the street could be heard while trying to sleep. We would definitely stay again but will ask for a room on the back instead.

Overall, the room provided plenty of space and all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only one downside though was the small elevators which seemed outdated.

The room was really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to a homeless shelter so I was a bit surprised by that but overall the experience was good. My 2 nitpicks are that the pillows in the bedroom are 4 tiny pillows which really diminished my comfort. The other nitpick is that in the morning it took 10 minutes to get an elevator to us that was not full and we were only on the 5th floor which made us late to our medical appointment.

Perfectly fine 2.5 or 3 star though prices jacked advance of fifa. Although central in a rather sketchy area of street life and fast food joints no problems and amazingly quiet. Close to connections to everywhere Basic kitchen equipment fine very clean but no cleaning cloths tea towels paper towels etc for daily life if you don’t want daily cleaning intrusions. Kind and helpful staff. I would replace uncomfortable island stools as there is no other workspace if spending some work time but that would not be a major problem for most. A good choice.

Upon our arrival in our room, there was no hot water and the shower drain was clogged. The front desk also mentioned us that we have to deposit $100 per night stay(2 nights for $200 total). It has been more than two weeks since we checked out, and I still haven’t received my $200 deposit as the front desk told us. Will never come back here

The Hotel was in a great location. Easy access to subway to get downtown. Lots of nice stores to do a little shopping close to the hotel and a variety of restaurants. Staff were great and helpful all weekend and maids service was excellent. Always returned to freshly made beds, and fresh towels. The only downside was that our key for the elevator(room key) never gave us access to the elevator. We had to ask the staff every time we wanted to go up to come help us. Finally on our last night of our three night stay the man working the front desk gave us a new card and it worked. (They had tried this once before but nobody tried again and it hadn’t worked). We were 5 adults in our suite, but never had enough hot water to shower. 2 showers at most were lucky to get some hot water. Rooms could use a refresh.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The concierge service was excellent and quick with a response to any needs. We got a kitchen, very budget friendly. The hotel is very close to a major subway station and we were able to get downtown or to any attractions within a short period of time. Did not need a car. A major grocery store nearby, No Frills. Small markets as well. Secure neighbourhood, which is a big plus.

Loved the suite, felt like I could utilize a lot of it, the outside looks a bit shabby but that’s probably cuz of renovations, but inside looks so modern and amazing, only gripe was when I booked it, it was supposed to come with breakfast and I saw online that there was a pool, however when I asked the front desk, they said there wasn’t a pool and breakfast wasn’t included in my package even though it said it was. The TV also doesn’t have SMART TV for me to connect my phone to play movies and shows. Headache to deal with, but overall a very pleasant stay :)

I really liked this hotel. My friends and I stayed in the two bedroom suite for 2 nights, which we have almost no complaints about. The only negative part of the room was that we had no access to the balcony, which would have been nice to use! Either way, the room was clean and incredibly set up for us when we got there. I did have a problem finding the parking garage, however. Make sure you bring your car to the front of the hotel and DO NOT park on the street when you first get there. They will give you directions to the underground parking garage which is behind the building. Unfortunately, it took me a full 30 minutes to find it at first. I definitely feel that there should be a bigger sign outside of it and the exact location of the parking on the website. Other than that, it is a good hotel and the location was good as well. Downtown Yonge was within walking distance which was a game changer for us! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto for sure.

Very well situated for events at U of T and the suite was very spacious. Kitchen was new and ok equipped but the bathroom was very dated. Large king sized bed had a very hard mattress. Window coverings also need changing. The staff was very nice and helpful but, for the price, this place needs to be spruced up!

When we arrived to the hotel, we were surprised of how big the unit was. We are a group of three, one adult and two teenagers. Everyone has their own bed, the teenagers shared a room and I had my own. The unit was very spacious, the kitchen was a full kitchen (without the pots and pans). The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants and only 3 mins walk to the nearest TTC, it was a prime location. We can tell that the structure of the building is very old but the unit was newly renovated, especially the kitchen.
The only thing is that the front desk let us know that the room will be cleaned every other day (we stayed for 3 days), but they never came to clean. The cleaner came once to replace the trash bins.
But other than that, we were satisfied with our stay.

Clean room, the A/C was a bit tricky to figure out, didn't realize there was a different thermostat in bedroom 1 that cooled both bedrooms. A little instruction upon check in would be ultra helpful. I booked it for the balcony send all the balcony doors were locked, another thing worth noting on the website or anywhere before check in.

The staff were exceptionally helpful during my stay. The location is good and near major transit routes.
What was not good was arriving to find out that room renovations were taking place. The noise was limited to the day but as I needed to work from my room, it was definitely a nuisance.
Knowing I needed to do some work, I would not have booked had the renovations been publicised when I was browsing available hotels.

Great location place is clean but there are quirky things. One no balconies are able to be opened “for safety” reasons I was told. Too bad balconies are nice. No way to adjust the temperature. Toilet runs constantly. Very few towels. No extra blankets or linens so hopefully no one actually needs to use the couch. Wifi is too slow to run much on the tv. All gone but know what you are/are not getting!!

Shower door crooked and wouldn’t even close. Bedroom door crooked and wouldn’t close. Shower not able to change temperature and was scalding hot; couldn’t use it really. 24 hour staff onsite though. Very spacious suite with kitchen, cutlery, plates and cookware.
