PayPayドームでコンサートがあり、利用したのですが、何時までにチェックインしなくてはいけないとは書いていなかったのに、催促の電話が来ました。どうやら、スタッフの方、1人だったのと、締めの作業があるからとの理由。それはまぁ、我慢出来ましたが、チェックイン後に部屋に行ったら冷蔵庫の中に食べかけの剥かれた状態のオレンジ、飲みかけの牛乳パックが入っていました。アメニティは歯ブラシがない。タオルが臭い。加湿器も臭い。部屋がタバコ臭すぎました。歯ブラシは自分のがありましたので良かったですが、あまりにも酷すぎたと思います。掃除がされていないんだなと思いました。このクチコミをホテルの方が見たら次は同じことがないかなと思い口コミを書かせていただきました。
PayPayドームでコンサートがあり、利用したのですが、何時までにチェックインしなくてはいけないとは書いていなかったのに、催促の電話が来ました。どうやら、スタッフの方、1人だったのと、締めの作業があるからとの理由。それはまぁ、我慢出来ましたが、チェックイン後に部屋に行ったら冷蔵庫の中に食べかけの剥かれた状態のオレンジ、飲みかけの牛乳パックが入っていました。アメニティは歯ブラシがない。タオルが臭い。加湿器も臭い。部屋がタバコ臭すぎました。歯ブラシは自分のがありましたので良かったですが、あまりにも酷すぎたと思います。掃除がされていないんだなと思いました。このクチコミをホテルの方が見たら次は同じことがないかなと思い口コミを書かせていただきました。

トイレが少し臭かった

エアコンの風向きを変えようとしたところエアコンの羽根の裏側がとても汚くゾッとして思わずエアコンを止めました。よく見ると羽根の表面にもカビがあって気持ちが悪かったです。
エアコンを使いたくなかったけれど暑かったので少しでも風の流れを作ろうと窓を開けることにしました。ですが網戸がついておらず開けると虫が入ってきそうだったため窓を開けることもできませんでした。
部屋には電子レンジがあった為、部屋で温められるなと思いコンビニで温めずに帰ったのですが、電子レンジの扉を開けると中が汚れていてこちらも気持ちが悪くなってしまい使うことができませんでした。
その後もボディーソープのポンプ部分の漏れが固まっているのなど色々なところが気になってしまい落ち着いて過ごせませんでした。
安くて素泊まりにはいいかもしれませんが、神経質な方にはお勧めしません。
最後に気になったのはフロントにいたスタッフの方です。チェックアウト時に、部屋のカードキーをフロントのボックスに入れなきゃいけなかったのですが…私の前にいた方は外国人の方でどうしたらいいのか分からなそうに困ってました。ですがその様子を見たフロントにいた方は丁寧に声をかけるでもなく雑に指であっちあっちのようにしていて結局その方は違う場所にカードキーを置いてしましました。それを見ていた私がここに入れるんだよと自分のカードキーを見せながら入れると納得して入れていました。
