Nice place, there's a convenience store nearby. The reception is in a separate location far (15-20 minutes walk) from the location of our room.

We enjoyed the room, very clean and new. With lots of amenities to use such as laundry. The area is nice too near Hakata Station. The only concern I have is that reception is quite far from the hotel itself so we need to walk a distance just to get to our hotel. Nevertheless, it was a great place.

Pros: The room itself was very clean. The security was pretty good, good lock system. Location - about 10min walk to/from Hakata.
Cons: check-in was at a different location, about 15 min walk to the hotel. Some strangers kept ringing the doorbell at 1:30am which was really annoying (not sure what that was about). Also woke up to construction noise right next door. The instructions for the washer/dryer was not consistent with the machine they had, so I had to look it up online. I was also not given Wifi instructions at check-in (it said free wifi on booking) but was given information for Wifi rental.

The hotel room was very clean like what you can expect in Japan. The facilities were very modern but unfortunatly there was only rare english translations e.g. for the washing machine. But in general this is a very good hotel.

Well, to start with, rooms aren’t like in the photos displayed. Much more austere, would rather say depressive. There is also a strange smell one cannot define, in the common areas and in the flat. It’s not impeccably clean as most accommodation in Japan. Then, although you provide all your details in English, they keep sending you communication in Japanese. Check in is ok but the crucial information passes through the screen so fast, it’s impossible to read it! All in all proximity to Hakata station is a +, but consider it only if you find it much cheaper than a proper hotel. Ah- internet doesn’t work at all!

家族三人で１泊しました。室内はきれいでしたが、きれいな浴室ですが、浴槽の内側のざらつきが少し気になりました。
設備が大変揃っていて満足でしたが、お湯を沸かすケトルや電子レンジが１階に設置の為、室内にあったらよかったです。３人では少々狭いですが、１泊だけの利用でしたら十分です。チェックイン先は離れた所にありますが、チェックアウトは楽でした。

最悪。これまで宿泊したどの施設よりも気分が悪い。宿泊しようとホテルまで行くと張り紙で「受付とホテルは別です」とあり、遠くまで歩いた。スタッフの対応も「そんなことは書いてあります」と傲慢。予約のページには他のことに紛れて記載があったが、もっと強調すべき。「他にこういったことはありませんか？」と聞くと「ありますが」と回答。なら改善すべきポイントではないだろうか。
またホテル自体にも不満。泊まった部屋はその日、雨が降っていたのだが「エアコンから雨音」が。しかも気になって眠れないほどの音量で終始鳴っていた。

조금은 불편한 하카타 레지덴스 호텔 3
성인 3명이 사용할 것으로 미리 예약하고 투숙하였음. 그러나 3명이 사용하기에는 공간적으로 조금 협소하였다. 2명은 침대를 사용하고 1명은 침대옆 바닥에 요(매트)를 깔고 자야만 했으나, 공간이 협소하여 어려움이 있었다. 또한 덮는 이불은 오래동안 세탁을 하지 않았는지 냄새가 심해 사용하기에 불쾌하였다. 그리고 실내에서 wifi 사용이 무료라고 하였으나, 제가 사용 중인 삼성 galaxy phone과 직접 연결이 되지 않아서 가지고 간 wifi 도시락을 사용할 수 밖에 없었다. 실내에 쓰래기 통이 없어서, 비닐봉투에 쓰래기를 넣어 쌓아둘수 밖에 없어서, 공간적으로 또한 냄새로 어려움이 있었다. 그리고 check in office와 투숙장소가 따로 떨어져 있어서 불편함이 있었다. 특히 check in office 위치를 설명하는 안내가 너무 막연(단지 하카타 역 앞으로 소개)하여 외국인이 찾아가기에 어려움이 있었다. 좀더 구체적으로 \"하카타 역 앞 어떤 빌딩과 빌딩사이에 있는 길\"로 설명하면 좋을 것 같다.

호텔이 새로 지어졌는지 객실이 무척 깨끗했습니다
호텔 스텝들도 친절했습니다.
다만 호텔을 찾는것은 조금 어려웠습니다
호텔체크인하는 사무실에서 호텔스텝이 준 주소를 들고 호텔찾기에 나섰습니다
그 근처에 도달해서 사람들에게 물어봤지만 찾는데 실패했고
결국 택시를 탔습니다.
나이가 지긋하신 택시기사님은 그주소를 네비게이션에 입력하고서
한 건물앞에 도착했습니다.
그 기사님은 그런데 그 건물이 그 호텔인지 확신이 안서셨는지
택시를 정차하고서 그 건물옆에 있는 가게에 들어가서 이것저것 물어보신뒤에서야
이 건물이 그 호텔이 맞다는 몸짓을 하셨습니다
건물은 호텔답지않게 않게 조금 을씨년스럽게 삭막했습니다.
호텔 스텝이 알려준대로 객실번호가 있는 사물함앞에서
오른쪽으로 9가 나올때까지 두번 돌리고, 그리고 6이 나올때까지 왼쯕으로 한번 돌렸지만
사물함은 열리지않았습니다 그 사물함이 열려야 그 안에 제 객실 키가 들어가있다고했거든요
두번 세번 반복했지만 열리지않았습니다
다시한번 신중하게 돌렸고 드디어 열렸습니다.
그 사물함에서 호텔키를 가지고 객실문을 열었습니다.
부모님과 함께 그 방에 들어선 우리는 조금 당황했습니다

문제가 있으면 바로 전화달라고 했습니다
하늘이 노래지는것 같았습니다
부모님이 있는 그 건물로 전속력으로 질주했습니다.
그리고 그 곳을 허겁지겁 원상태대로 복구해놓고
그 건물 모퉁이를 돌아서 \"레지던스호텔 하카타 3\"을 결국 찾았습니다
\"레지던스호텔 하카타3\"는 신축했는지 깨끗했습니다
이 괜찮은곳을 이틀을 예약하고도 하루만 묵게되어서 조금 속상했습니다.
그리고 의도치않게 다른건물에 묵게되어서 그 건물주인에게 폐를 끼치게 된것같아서
죄송하게 되었습니다.
혹시 뜻하지않게 하룻밤 자게 된것에 대해서 비용을 지불해야된다면 그렇게하고싶습니다.
택시기사님이 그런 실수를 하신것은 이해를 할 수 있는데
그 날 그 건물의 열쇠단자함이 왜 그렇게 열렸는지는
지금도 여전히 불가사의하네요

호텔체크인하는 사무실에서 호텔스텝이 준 주소를 들고 호텔찾기에 나섰습니다
그 근처에 도달해서 사람들에게 물어봤지만 찾는데 실패했고
결국 택시를 탔습니다.
나이가 지긋하신 택시기사님은 그주소를 네비게이션에 입력하고서
한 건물앞에 도착했습니다.
그 기사님은 그런데 그 건물이 그 호텔인지 확신이 안서셨는지
택시를 정차하고서 그 건물옆에 있는 가게에 들어가서 이것저것 물어보신뒤에서야
이 건물이 그 호텔이 맞다는 몸짓을 하셨습니다
건물은 호텔답지않게 않게 조금 을씨년스럽게 삭막했습니다.
호텔 스텝이 알려준대로 객실번호가 있는 사물함앞에서
오른쪽으로 9가 나올때까지 두번 돌리고, 그리고 6이 나올때까지 왼쯕으로 한번 돌렸지만
사물함은 열리지않았습니다 그 사물함이 열려야 그 안에 제 객실 키가 들어가있다고했거든요
두번 세번 반복했지만 열리지않았습니다
다시한번 신중하게 돌렸고 드디어 열렸습니다.
그 사물함에서 호텔키를 가지고 객실문을 열었습니다.
부모님과 함께 그 방에 들어선 우리는 조금 당황했습니다
세사람이 잘 수 있는 침대가 아니었기 때문이었습니다.

回博多後的晚上繼續於這間住宅酒店住宿，需要再到另一地方check in, 這次我自己去check in, 其他人到酒店樓下等我，但這次給的信箱密碼不正確，我試了很多次都不能打開，我用手機打辦公室電話幾次，但是電話錄音講了一堆日文後收線了，我們在樓下不知如何時，幸好有2位日本女生拉著行李進來入住，她們見我們很無助的，很熱心幫我們試，再幫我們打電話到辦公室詢問，原來密碼寫錯了，謝謝她們的幫忙，希望員工可留意小心一點，我建議在大堂聯絡房間開門的那個機器可加入聯絡辦公室的輸入，如住客入住時遇到問題可方便聯絡辦公室。這次房間也是和上次一樣，只是在下一層，設施都是很新，環境乾淨。

環境十分乾淨，有冷暖空調機，我們3人入住，有一張大雙人床，一張榻榻米，榻榻比較薄，地方不大要搬開枱才可免強放下榻榻米，較高大的人可能躺不下。走廊的設計佔了很多位置，但設施都很好，最好可以有一個煮食鍋和房內有微波爐就更好了。

住宅式酒店大廈很新，室內非常清潔乾淨，浴室設施很好，有冷室、暖室、乾燥、抽風功能。10分鐘走到博多站，樓下有便利店family mart 買早餐很方便，我們的電水壺壞了不能煲熱水，用房內智能電話打給辦公室，就派人送了另一個熱水壺來，服務不錯，唯一是check in 在另一地方，要走十多分鍾，其他也很好。
