The location was good for me, and it was great to use the Spa pool for free. Although the room condition was great, there was smell (kind of stale urine smell) from the bathroom which was unpleasant as I could still smell with the door closed while sleeping. I strongly suggest that the hotel to sanitize the walls and the floor around the toilet bowl.

Well managed, great location

Location - excellent, in a quiet semi-back street close to several wonderful mini-marts and especially great for its nearness to the JR Station where there are lots of excellent reasonably priced restaurants. Of course there are also trains, plus buses and taxis in the station area.
Breakfasts were good.
Beds were comfortable and there was enough space in the room for two large cases. And us!
Staff were very helpful giving us extra pillows as needed and rang the taxi to the airport for us (quick and cheap ride). The bedroom window could not be tightly closed and freezing air blew on my back all through the first night. The next day lots of sticky tape covered up the gap! When told they offered immediately to fix tape over the gap, but I had done that so, as we were leaving the next morning, said they would send someone to fix it properly. When checking out we were given a letter expressing their thanks for telling them.
A good well managed hotel that is now a bit tired and needs a good workover but still worth staying at.

I had a very negative experience with Tono at the front desk. The initial conversation was alright, but he only handed things to me with one hand, and used rough language. We attempted to check in at 12pm, and he let us know that guest check-in commenced at 3pm. We said that was fine, and went to get lunch. At 2pm, we were very tired from traveling, and decided to see if the room was ready. Understanding it was before 3, I can see his frustration. Tono became Irate and was yelling. He let me know that the room was not ready. I enquired further, to see if we can do an early check in. He said yes for 6000 yen. (less than 1 hour till the 3pm check in). After he became increasingly frustrated, we were going to leave the hotel, but he sent us up to the room. I don't know if he was having a very bad day, but that is no way to treat a customer. Other experiences at the hotel were nice, but the interaction with tono the front desk agent was very negative.

About 8 min walk from Hakata Shinkansen station. Onsen is good, relaxing but a pretty handful of patrons so it can get a little busy. Hotel room was overall clean.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Hakata station. Very small bathroom but we did not use because we enjoyed the daily hot springs which is a plus to relax your body. No extra charge. It is safe. The reception is in the second floor without clear instructions. Close to Hakata means lots of good food and transportation.

the hotel is centrally situated and only 5 minutes walk from the central station. The room was spacious and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. My friend loved the hot spring which was a bonus for hotels in the city. I will come to stay again next time I visit Fukuoka

Perfect hotel to use for your business trip

The hotel/their services are well organized and excellent. The location is perfect. That is why I always stay here every time I visit Hkata, the largest city in Kyshu Island in Japan. Their breakfast is always very generous and wonderful.

Good hotel for a reasonable price

Fukuoka is one of the more expensive places in Japan. This hotel is near the Hakata Station and Tourist centre so you can grab an all day bus pass to visit all the \"touristy\" spots. You can even walk to a few from the hotel. The laundry facility is also good for families and backpackers.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location and easily access with 5 mins walking distance to Hakata JR Station with airport limousine bus straightly arrived from Fukuoka Airport. There has a quiet nice traditional Japanese restaurant just a few blocks next to the hotel at reasonable price. The only cons is the onsen (hot spring) shower area is adequate to the hotel guests but it is opened to the public in which I need to wait for around 8 mins before I can take a shower entering the hot spring. Overall, the room rate is a bit high comparatively but the bed is bigger than normal ones in Japan.

Close to Hakata Station

Picked this hotel because it was close to the train station. Front Desk spoke limited English but used my translator on my smart phone. Breakfast was included in my rate. Excellent breakfast from 07:00 to 09:30. Staff was good about keeping everything filled. Both Western and Japanese available. Room was a good size compared of other Japanese hotels I have stayed in. Heating/Cooling is on a central system. Hotel did not have air conditioning on in early April though the weather was unseasonably warm (75F/24C). Provided with a fan if requested.

日中、太宰府観光をし、夕方便の行程に、荷物預かりサービスは大変ありがたかった。

客室はまあまあいいけど、今回ショックだったのは、トイレが臭すぎて使えなかったことです。公衆トイレより臭いおしっこの匂いがして、入って息できないくらいでした。チェックインもかなり遅かったし、トイレドア閉めると全然部屋は問題なかったのでそのまま泊まったけど、トイレはフロント階のトイレを使いました。かなり長期間おしっこが床に染み付けてないとそんな匂いはしないと思うけど、何で部屋のトイレがそんな匂いしてるかわかりません。
温泉は広くてあったかくてよかったけど、ホテルに泊まってない外部の人も使える。

Check-in is very smooth, and they are able to store you lugge if you arrived early. This is quite important because coin lockers available in the Hakata station are very limited

The room is large enough, and the onsen is quite great and easy to access as well. You may also spend some free time at the night watching some videos in the room.

博多に来たときは、半分位の頻度で宿泊しています。駅からは近くしかし大通りから入ったところなので、騒がしくもありません。併設のスーパー銭湯（温泉）も使用できる為、旅の疲れも癒せます。朝食も、博多の名産品（豚骨ラーメン、もつ鍋、一口餃子、梅ひじきなど）並んでおり楽しめました。気になる点は、お部屋自体は多少年数を、感じます。また、１フロアに洗濯乾燥が1台しかなく競争が激しいです。

大浴場とサウナがあるのは良かったが、日帰り客、それも学生が多くてうるさくてろくにゆっくりサウナも入れなかった。
せめて宿泊客だけ入浴できる様時間帯を作り、日帰り客は入浴できない時間帯を作るべきでは。

小学５年生と夫婦で宿泊。ダブルベッド1台の部屋を予約しましたが、ベッドが意外に小さく３人では寝れず、イス２脚をベッド横に置いて半分落ち掛けで寝られませんでした。せめて同じ高さ位のイスがもう一脚か、ソファーでもあればよかったのですが・・・。

위치 좋구요. 잘때 조용해요. 시설이 오래되긴했지만 고장없이 잘 관리되고 있어요. 조식도 좋았구 도보5분 이내에 슈퍼마켓2곳, 놀이터2곳 있어요.

역이랑 가깝고 좋습니다

하카타 역에서 도보로 7분정도 걸렸습니다.
조식도 괜찮았고 욕탕도 무료로 이용 가능하여 좋았습니다. 편의점도 가깝게 있어 이용하기 좋습니다.
룸도 2인이 이용하기엔 작지도 않고 넓었습니다.
다음에 또 이용할것 같습니다~

立地は便利、温泉もあり、朝ごはんは1500円と思えないクオリティーでした。
しかし、全てを台無しにするほどに酷い接客態度が本当に残念でなりません。
口コミでスタッフがダメとたくさんかいていましたが、そんなことはないだろうと予約してこれかーとわかりました。

まず、素泊まりといわれたら朝ごはんあり。
アメニティーは歯ブラシだけは部屋設置も多いですが。全く部屋になにもないけど案内はなし。
温泉時間の案内もない。
タオル持ちこみかどうかの案内もない、施設の2つ隣が温泉ですが、建物でなくても行ける案内もしないおかげで寒空の中風呂着で往来に出ないと温泉にいけずかなり驚きました。

温泉宿は浴衣で食事される方も多いですが、温泉着では食事してはいけない案内もしなく、散々待たされエレベーターにのってフロントについたら追い返されました。
食事は一瞬席をはなれたら席は片付けてありました、他にたくさんテーブルあいているのに。
温泉からホテル営業みきりかえたのかもしれませんが、あまりにひどすぎました。
態度も話し方も丁寧じゃなく安安のビジネスホテル以下でした、ホテル研修とかいれたらよいのに。
エレベーターがやたら遅いのも気になりました。
