10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There were only 2 chairs for 3 people. Since there were 2 stools it was not a big problem. Room is small considering that it is a apartment room for 3 people. Kitchen knives need sharpening.

We really appreciate the spaciousness of the unit. We stayed in a 2 storey unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs. A well equipped kitchen. The unit is located about 15 min walk to Hakata Station where the food and shopping are located.

역에서 걸어서 10~15분 주변에 편의점도 걸어서 8~10분 복층인줄알고 숙박결정했는데 긴모양 원룸에 침대2개 소파베드1개 였음

整體來說尚算可以，地方夠大，但距離博多站有 15分鐘路程，推著行李步行十分不便，附近沒有食肆，要行十多分鐘才有，另外接待處只開下午 3 時至 9 時，沒有行李代存服務，不是天天清潔，沒清潔的日子要趁 counter 辦工時間內找職員取毛巾和洗漱用品，可讚的是有齊煮食用具和碗筷，旅客可於博多站的超市買和牛烹煮，或買時令水果品嚐，也有洗衣機，方便逗留長日子的旅客使用。

仕方なくフロントに話に行きました。
また、洗濯機の排水溝からの水漏れをフロントに話したところ、上記ソファーベッド時もそうでしたが、
｢社員【さん】が居ないので即答できない｣そうです。
連泊の外出中にチェックすると言われたものの、帰館後洗濯機を回すとまた水漏れしていたので何も直していないでしょう。
また、ベッド下から埃まみれのじゃがりこ？が発見されました。我が家は今回はスティックポテトは持参していないので前泊の方のでしょう。
このように清掃もハテナです。
ただ、お風呂の乾燥機能で洗濯物は乾きますし、子ども含めて5名同室だったので有りがたかったです。
