Avoid this hotel, it's a trap. I made a reservation with my family visiting Rome. I was fascinated with the photographs. When I finally arrived, the property looked like a rat trap, the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and in the room, dirty walls, nothing like the published photographs. I left and the manager, laughing rudely, told me no and there was no refund. I immediately contacted Expidia. I'm still waiting for a response to that horrible experience.

It needs to make clear on the advert that the check in takes place at the restaurant in front of the building where this Guests Rooms is located.Overall is a good option if you don't mind to stay a little bit far away from the center of the city. It's about 8 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. There's no metro station nearby. The room was clean, offered a comfortable bed, it was cleaned during my staying. The shower room needed to be fixed as the water comes out of it and wets the floor. The building is a residential one. The neighbourhood is quiet and offers options of restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.

45 minutes from the city center, so I have to take a text each time to get to the city which was a little inconvenient. The room is nice and well kept but the cleaning solutions were overly scented and the air conditioning on overdrive so I froze the first night, thermostat and safe and sliding door lock didn’t work, but they were accommodating to try to resolve the issues.

Terrible service, the room smelled like sewer, very bad smell everything Ive brought smelled like sewers after two day, the ventilation did not help. Bed sheets were dirty with little stains on them. There was banging on doors and weird noises coming out of the hall 2-3AM in at night which makes you feel very unsafe!

Owner doesn’t speak English which was fine to work around but just be aware. The location is about an 1hr and 20 min walk from central Rome. Cleaning crew was diligent and always replaced the water bottles which was awesome. NO A.C. There was a unit but it barely gave any air. The lobby was cooler than the room we stayed in. It was way too warm, being outside in the shade was cooler than the room. WiFi was terrible as well. My suggestion would be to put a box fan in every room at least.

there was no wifi working and so the advert was misleading. Contacted the service but there was no answer initially then later they texted me back to say it should work if restart it which I already did and they just ignored the whole matter after that!!!

4) I feel very unsafe. No body is there in the property still you get the sound of opening and closing of doors at Midnight.
Like paranormal activities and nobody is there .

A well located hotel (for me) as it is only 2 blocks from my daughter's apartment. The bed was uncomfortable as the single mattresses making up the double bed tended to separate in the night. Also, the bed covers were too small for the bed, falling off in the night. Otherwise, a perfectly adequate hotel satisfying basic needs.

Gorgeous rooftop inn
I received the rooftop room in this bed and breakfast which had an amazing view. The bathroom layout was beautiful, shower was exquisite. My only issues were finding where to check in. It's at the restaurant located across the street from the B&B. We also noticed a sewer smell every once in a while which was unpleasant. The bus routes are really confusing around, we lucked up on catching a cab to go visit the colosseum. Overall experience was great.

Good little apartment...but location no so great
The room is part of a group of rooms within one single apartment inside a residential building. The room is clean and there is daily service to maintain it in a good condition. The location is awful especially if you do not have a car and want to get into Rome using the public transport. You have to go through an overpass which is very rough and filthy, and the thugs roaming the street at night are also something to watch out for. The neighbourhood where the residential building is not so great either. It's not so bad if you are on a budget though.

Incrível, o melhor lugar que eu poderia ficar em Roma, a Sra Helena foi um amor de pessoa e nos recebeu muito bem. Conseguimos fazer check-in mais cedo, ela também nos ofereceu um serviço de quarto excelente, o lugar é limpo e organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, banheiros muito limpos e espaçosos, o elevador funciona muito bem, quartos super privativos, podem confiar.

Excelente habitacion y baño, sobre todo la limpieza perfecta! El dueño y su hijo muy amables, y el resto de enfrente tiene una pizza! A destacar la limpieza y lo unico que solo hay un bus para ir hta el metro para ir al centro, a 2 paradas de metro de coliseo, el bar de 50 mtrs genial y su acera fea para trasladar maletas, pero eso no es tema de Zaccardi, repetiria sin duda, la cama super cómoda y el AA genoal!

Anscheindend gibt es 2 Unterkünfte von Zaccardi. Ich war im B&B Roof Garden Zaccardi. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienwohnhauses in einer typischen Wohngegend. Da ich vorher schon gelesen hatte, dass man den Schlüssel im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant abholen muss, gab es keine Probleme. Man konnte sich auch mit \"Hand und Fuß\" verständigen. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen über die Anreise und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gewünscht. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof war Trastevere. Von dort aus konnte man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi) zur Unterkunft gelangen. Die nächstgelegenen Bushaltestellen waren Portuense und Greppi. Als erfahrene Rucksackreisende konnte ich mir meine benötigten Informationen selbst beschaffen. Wer sich mehr Unterstützung wünscht, sollte sich eventuell eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sauber und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Ich war alleine unterwegs und hatte keinerlei Probleme, würde jedoch wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal eine Unterkunft aussuchen, die zentraler liegt. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft OK.

Considerato il prezzo elevato e che è un B&B il minimo che mi sarei aspettato era che fosse almeno pulito, ma cosí non è stato. La stanza dotata di cucinotto e di un grande terrazzo con bellissimo panorama di Roma, era sporca. Nel vaso il solito nastro, con scritto che la sua presenza era garanzia che fosse stato pulito ed igienizzato, non ha impedito di vedere residui di sporco sulla ciambella mentre sotto si è trovata una costellazione di schizzi di pipí secca a testimonianza che le pulizie non sono state fatte nella maniera dovuta. Anche sotto il letto c’era un accumulo di polvere e pezzi di cibo. In aggiunta il box doccia si affaccia con un vetro trasparente direttamente sul balcone e non è dotato di una tenda, pertanto bisogna avere fiducia che dai palazzi in lontananza non venga in mente a nessuno di fare il guardone con il binocolo. La stanza di per sarebbe bella e comoda, ma la pulizia é il requisito imprescindibile che determina la qualità del soggiorno. Risultato? Abbiamo dovuto comprare detergenti e disinfettanti per pulire le superfici del bagno.

Al met al nette kamer maar je moet geen verwachtingen hebben wat betref aardig personeel en een goed ontbijt.

Ho soggiornato presso questo B&B per una notte per motivi di lavoro. ho trovato ottima la stanza, confortevole, ben arredata. la colazione inclusa nel prezzo prevede un coupon da utilizzare in un bar sempre nei pressi della struttura quindi si deve tenere in conto questo piccolissimo spostamento. il mio giudizio, ad ogni modo, è positivo e non escludo la possibilità di ritornare a soggiornarvi

Wenn man ein B&B bucht, erwartet man zwar mehr als einen Cappuccino und ein Croissant, dafür war das Zimmer super modern eingerichtet. Leider wenig Abstellfläche im Bad aber schöne grosse Regenwalddusche. Nähe zur Bushaltestelle ok. WLan und Aufzug wird über Nacht abgeschaltet. Wer kein Wort Italienisch spricht, könnte im dazugehörenden Restaurant beim Check In/Out evtl Probleme haben, sollte der Verantwortliche nicht da sein, der Englisch spricht. Gleiches gilt in den zwei Bars wo man seinen Frühstücksgutschein einlösen kann. Für junge spontane Personen wunderbar

Det var en bit att åka in till själva Rom och förbindelserna var inte de bästa. Restaurangen som ägs av samma person var riktigt bra med frukosten som man fick hämta på ett cafe var en bulle och en kopp kaffe, inte riktigt vad vi hade räknat med.
