The property is super cute. Close to so many things. The beds were a bit hard for my liking but clean. The front door while locking properly had huge gaps around the frame. And the shades do not block the abundant outdoor lights at night. So the room does not get dark. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned behind the door. Streaks down the walls. Hairs & dust in the corner. And the door was just plain dirty. We made the best of it. But will not return. Also it cost about $30 more to book through hotels dot com than just going to the website. When we checked in my check in slip that i signed said $114ish and hotels charged me $144ish all in all lesson learned :)

Although the room appeared clean it did have a musty odor. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood. I honestly don’t think I have ever felt such a firm mattress in my life. The pillows are small and flat. I think I only had a few hours sleep because I was so uncomfortable. I was looking forward to a very hot bath in the AM only to find the water only got warm enough to be tolerable. Staff was friendly though at check in/out.

I was up all night anyway prepping for a colonoscopy so I wasn't terribly bothered by the folks who like congregate out in the front of the rooms discussing the events on the day's construction job sites.

The room was very accessible for any type of handicap. The room was equipped with a potty chair and a very nice shower chair. If traveling, I would definitely stay here again. And I will definitely recommend to my friends that Travel are looking for a nice place to stay because this was extremely nice. 10 out of 10 recommended.

I travel a lot. I come to Fairhope once a year for a disc golf tournament. I won't stay anywhere but the key West Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and and the place Just has a cozy vibe.

We didn't have breakfast, but the hotel is well maintained and attractive, the room was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor (if you ignore the horrifically ugly window shade), the water pressure is good, and the desk clerk was polite, efficient, and very nice. It was a bit noisy due to other guests, but it was extremely busy so that's not out of the ordinary.

This is our second time staying here. It’s affordable, clean, and comfortable. My only issue this time was the room smelled musty and of old smoke. We left the door open and put the fan on constant in the register. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was basic but there was ample food.

However, our non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale smoke, and the outdoor area was excessively noisy until nearly 11 PM. Some guests showed a blatant disregard for others by speaking loudly and smoking right outside rooms, which caused smoke to circulate into our non-smoking room.

The Inn is older, but has been completely remodeled. It is clean and nice. You have a microwave, refrigerator, and single brew coffee pot. A large t.v. & closet. The only thing negative I can say is the soap doesn't lather, the shampoo doesn't lather and the lotion is watery and has no smell. Bring your own. We would stay here again. It is right on hwy 98 and really close to everything .
