The hotel is old and in need of renovations. However it seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had the bare necessities. An ice machine would've been great too. It was economical and pet friendly that was nice. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Upon checking in, I was informed there was no television nor internet. Not a good predicament traveling with a 9 year old. Was promised it would be back on at 9. Possibly out of their control, however reading other reviews, it seems this is an issue. Maybe they don’t pay their Direct Tv in a timely manner?
The room smelled horribly of smoke and then marajuana. They should separate the smoking and non smoking rooms farther apart.
The bathroom door wouldn’t close.
There was only a minimal number of towels. I swiped some off the housekeeping cart the first morning.
Giving two stars instead of one because the AC was on point and the beds were not terrible, but the pillows were horrible. So glad I had my own!
I can’t say I’d never go back, but I’ll make sure to bring towels, a WiFi hotspot, and air freshener.
Never felt unsafe.

Over Priced Crack Hotel.

When we get to hotel the guy checking us in was nice and friendly but really unorganized. Then he tells me that the tv doesn't work and the Wi-Fi is out. Granted he give us a $40 discount ( 20 per room) but that didn't make up for the room. The bathrooms were nasty and the rooms reeked of old stale smoke smell. The beds were uneven and were not comfortable at all. Needless to say we were in a high priced crack hotel. Pictures on site had to have been taken when it was first built. Don't trust the pictures they lie. If you are looking for an over priced crack hotel look no further this is it. There were about 8 mexincans that sat out back drinking all night. Pretty sure I could have scored any kind of drug i want there. Definitely ALOT of weed being smoked around. Could smell in my room coming from the AC unit. Definitely not a place I would recommend a family with kids to stay at. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Had to tell the people smoking weed in the parking lot 3 times to not sit on my car. They partied until 3am. Checked in Tuesday. Checked out Wednesday. Was supposed to be there until Friday. I was down there to fish the Bass Master tournament. I couldn't sleep until 3am. Needed to be up at 4:30am to go fish. I will never stay there again. I'm still waiting for my refund. The bed was rock hard. It killed my girlfriend's neuropathy. She could barely walk the next day. She had to get something out of the car and 2 guys were trying to get her to come up have drinks with them. It was 9:30am. When I found out I was not going to leave her alone there. Definitely not worth the price.

Very scary. The chain lock was ripped off the door so i was worried someone would bust into my room with my 5 yr old with me having no protection. No signs to where the ice machine was, so i had taken multiple trips up and down the stairs..went to use it the next morning and it was broken down. Alot of smokers definitely ruined it for me. Will make sure not to stop here again

Staff was totally rude. We open the door to our room and it was DIRTY! It smelled & when i told the staff they said that was not true! I told them “you can check the room yourself” & asked for another room. & they did not want to, stated they had no rooms & waiting on other reservations. I told them well i will need a refund because i did not pay for a dirty smelling room im pregnant and cannot be around this. He stated it was my problem because they are a “non smoking facility” Even though i kept insisting on them to check the room and notice it themselves

Well i stayed 2 nites and the first nite was good. Housekeeping cleaned my room and last min. We decided to stay one more nite. The front desk on the 1st day was very helpful and nice but the 2nd day i was late arriving back like not til 6am the morning of checkout and my room key didnt work and the guy at front desk that claimed he was manager but slick think he lied he was very rude and wasnt trying to help me. Only felt the need to argue with me then he let me know my bf had already checked out so i wasnt allowed back in the room i paid for. He was a real douche about it.definaely will go next door next time i stay away from home. Hello days inn

Room repair NDD, CALL to confirm needs will be met

Really needed a ground floor room. No apologies, or regrets. Just \"we don't have a ground floor available\". Nothing more. Took a deposit, went to room to find many things broken or missing, so I immediately took pictures and went back to the front desk to inform them of the discrepancies so my deposit would not be affected. They did hear what I told them, and said they will tell the cleaning ladies. End result, beds were comfortable, checkout lady was very friendly, and we re-aquired our full deposit.

Cancelled my reservation here because the motel clerk wanted cash deposit for damages. Never heard of anyplace that couldn't put it on your card. ????...Place looked very shady.....no lobby...have to go to a drive thru window to conduct any business.......lots of loud music playing and people sitting or standing out in front of the rooms

Not impressed. Hotel demands a $100 cash deposit - I was paying by credit card and this caught me off guard. Cleaning person banged on my door by 8 AM each morning (on the weekend) wanting to collect soiled towels - never replaced them. Had to go to front for more. No offer of maid service. Hair dryer did not work in my room.

Worst experience of my life. Horrible service. Rude staff. Dishonest and incorrigible. I've been out the country and several states. I've never had service this awful. I usually don't stay at hotels lower than 4 stars and now i know why. You get what you pay for. I understand the need for affordability but not at the expense of common decency. Better places to stay with fair prices. DON'T COME HERE. The poor guy in line in front of me, bless his heart was treated just as bad. So race, class, or gender doesn't matter.

First tried to get me to put a $100 deposit for a room that cost me 68. Plus I had already pd. for the room on line thru Expedia.Only 2 towels in the room, which were not clean. This place needs work. The worst part was the groups of guys loitering outside rooms and on the stairways drinking, smoking pot, and looking wasted all times of day/night. The check in girl was super rude and insisted on adding a $100 charge for a room deposit we werent informed of in advance. There were flies in the room and it wasnt very clean. For a non smoking room it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. On the upside the beds were comfy, but id never stay here again.

Property not recommended.

It's probably is one on the cheapest hotels in the area, but I will definitely think twice staying here.

I was there for the whole week and my room was just made the first day, after that they keep forgetting or skipping and management just saying \"we are sorry for any inconvenience\".

The battery covers or the remote controls where missing, the room smelled bad, the frames were missing, several walls were dirty, no breakfast included and in the bathroom I noticed some mold. The pictures of the pool are very nice, but reality on late July is that the pool has been forgotten and is green with dead animals thrash on it.

The property next door is a few bucks more and much better.

Red Roof Inn never again!!

Girl at front desk was extremely rude. Demanded a $100 security deposit that was not refunded to my card. Asked about breakfast, she said no breakfast because of Covid. I informed her that Covid has been over for months. Room was filthy, dusty and run down. Holes in floor coverings. Looked like people were living out of rooms. Pool was a disgusting slime of mold and mildew.

This place was priced better than most but after arriving we knew why. It is a property where they have people living there by the week. There were numerous questionable characters upon arrival. We could not get checked in by their check in time because rooms were not ready. The room was dirty when we did finally get in it. Found cigarette butts on the floor. Did not seem that the room had been cleaned, just the bed made. There was also a girl taken by ambulance that we were told had overdosed. We left after being there a few hours. Will not be returning!

Mostly clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower curtain was barely long enough to keep water in the tub--the shower sprayed on the curtain and pushed it away from the side of the tub, getting water all over the floor. Pillows were flat and the bed was firmer than I like, but I still slept OK. I always keep the fan blowing in any hotel to drown out any outside noise, and the fan in my room did a nice job of that.

The nastiest place I have ever stayed. Front desk person was on the phone for 10 min before he even acknowledged me. No pictures in room. Bathroom door had a mirror. Torn off. I’m 61 was given upstairs room. Disgusting. Not even worth 70 plus 100 deposit a night.

The folks working the front desk were not friendly and really never smiled when we checked in. Also there was a sign on the door that stated to enter you must wear a mask, but neither one of the people working the desk wore a mask...wow! They took a $100 deposit for damages to the room which was refundable after your stay if there was no damage done to the room, so when I got to the room I looked around and the door frame to the bathroom was broken like someone had kicked the door in! So my big question is why hasn’t it been fixed? The property was very rundown, and probably the worst RedRoof I have ever stayed in. Oh and the remote for the tv wouldn’t turn the tv on or control the volume.

I asked a question about their reservation policy because the information was not posted on Expedia or anywhere on their property. The staff member pulled a sign out of a filing cabinet, held it up to the window, and then put it away. They then cancelled my reservation while I was standing there despite me saying I would still take the room.
