I am expect someone to contact me from the expedia regarding a horrible visit that we had a residence Inn. We paid for seven days and only stayed there three that touch those wrong. There were rats and gasoline smell for days due to an outside event on their parking lot. I expect somebody respond to me as I've been waiting for eight hours now

One of the blankets had a brownish pink stain like fresh make up. There was pubic hair in the shower on thr flpor and wall with a used soap on the soap dish with a pubic hair right next to it. Stains on the couch. Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was very over cooked too dust when you bit it. Not the regular menu for breakfast just weird stuff.

Every time I visit Florence, I stay at this hotel and they haven’t let me down yet. Check in is always quick and easy. The continental breakfast is good and the hotel is close to everywhere I need to go.

We paid nearly $300 for a room here for one night. It was subpar and not that nice. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting, so my son chose to sleep on the couch itself instead. The pillows were so squishy they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I felt like I slept on a rock. We could have had the same experience for less than half the price.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, little issues resolved right away. The full kitchen and gas grill were wonderful, did not have to eat out at all. The breakfast was excellent, better than most in my opinion. Disappointed that they no longer have coffee in the lobby, it was stopped because of covid but covid is over so it would be nice to bring back again! We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a good stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was quiet. Good customer service. On the 3rd night I experienced a couple of lady bugs in the room, it could be because I left the window open while I went out but it was raining so I’m not sure.

This Marriot hotel is not like other Marriots, there is no housekeeping service until you request it, and also the rooms are completely dirty and smell like an abandoned old house, the oven, and the fridge were dirty too. I also found hair from the previous guests in the shower. honestly, it is not what I was expecting.

I booked through Hotels.com, but I arrived around 2:05PM on April 1st. Upon arriving, the front desk person (with blonde and black 2 toned hair was working) I had just arrived from a 3 hour drive and I asked if we could get an early check in. She went to the computer to check and told me that she wasn’t able to do it, because our room wasn’t ready. I then asked if we could get a late check out, she quickly said yes. She said “you can have until 2 or 3 PM.” I thanked her and then went to shop until 3 PM, for our check in time. Upon returning, the same front desk employee recognized me and asked if I wanted to used the card that I have on file and I told no. I prepaid using Hotels.com. She said “oh I see it here.” Then she made keys and told me that my room was located on the 1st floor and that breakfast started at 7AM and to let them know if we needed anything. Everything was fine the 1st day. The next day, we were laying down think that we had a late check out but wanted to make sure, because the girl at the front desk never did ask for my drivers license or anything, so I called to confirm late check out. Tiffany answered the phone. I told Tiffany that I was calling from room 102 to confirm that we had a late check out. Tiffany said that she didn’t see a late check out for us. I told her that the young lady who had checked us in said that we could have a late check out until 2 or 3. Tiffany said “well if that’s what she told you, then that’s what you do.” I thanked her and h

When we checked in, they gave us a dirty room. The second room they gave us had dirty towels on the closet floor. We were there for a high school fishing tournament and the parking was not so great for boats. We blocked off our spaces with orange cones and the staff put up signs stating we could not block spaces. They apparently don't know how hard it is to back a boat in-between two vehicles. Breakfast was good.

I was extremely disappointed in my checkin experience. I booked a studio suite on Expedia instead of the upgraded 1 bedroom with a door. Once we got there at 10pm to check in, we were not allowed to move or upgrade even if we paid the difference in price because we booked on expedia. There were 2 hours left in the night with available rooms and they made NO effort to accomodate us even though we are marriott bonvoy members. You would think that counted for something.
When we got to our room, there was hair in the drain which means the room wasnt even cleaned. the manager apologized and compensated us through points which was appreciated. SO that part, i do appreciate and believe she made an appreciated effort to compensate us. But checkin was beyond ridiculous.

We went down to there for a wedding and we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the hotel room itself. We didn’t expect a kitchen with a full size refrigerator or a dishwasher, granted we did reserve a suite. Needless to say when we checked out we were still impressed.
