Second stay at pier 36. Again staff were fantastic. Our room this time was slightly dated and could do with a refresh, view was lovely. Breakfast was great and lots of it, staff very helpful. We didn’t eat here but the Sunday carvery looked so good. We will be back.

There is a large free car park behind the property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast was huge and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay with my daughter and grandson. The staff were very friendly and kind. Caroline brought swim trunks from her home so my grandson could take a quick dip in the coastal waters. Had two evening meals and breakfast each of our three mornings. Food was excellent. Looking forward to returning with my wife in the near future.

Lovely stay

Well equipped house with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic as it is right beside restaurants and a lovey park that my kids enjoyed. You can park for free directly outside the house. Shower could do with a bleach around the joints but other than that no faults.

We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was lovely and clean and cleaned every day. The food was amazing and so much choice. All the staff were really friendly and we will be going back again.

Lovely location and views

Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold).
Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value.

We are fans of Hope Street so we're excited to stay here. The town centre is minutes away and the hotel faces the harbour. We were in room 1 on the second floor. It was beautiful, large and had wonderful views of the harbour just across the street. Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast and dinner very good

We r fans of the BBC series Hope Street and Pier 36 or the Commodore Pub ad it is known on Hope Street is where a lot of the action takes place. It is wondetful
We have a lovely room overlooking the harbour. We are. Just off the main street and there are a lot of shops, pubs, etc.

We had a lovely stay place was lovely and clean. The only negative thing i would say is very warm in the room when we opened the window we heard all the outside noises so had to keep it closed. The breakfast was amzing amd all staff very friendly

Cute and quirky property. 0 floor exists so a 2nd story bedroom means lots if stairs to climb. Great view of the water. Included breakfast was amazingly good.
