Managers of this establishment are downright rude and inconsiderate. These people should not be in business. I was put in a pet friendly room which hadn’t been cleaned and still smelt dog, when asked to change rooms they wanted me to cancel my booking and go else where. As there was no other accomodation available in the area I was forced to put up with it. The next day I was force to vacate the premise and comeback later in the afternoon. They wouldn’t even change their room cleaning schedule so I didn’t have to leave. These people and the rooms are the worst I have stayed on the central coast. I would not recommend staying here to anyone!!

Our room lacked curtains. When we queried this the owner said he had only been there 3 weeks and no one else had complained! We usually wash up any dishes we've used but didn't because there wasn't any dishwashing liquid supplied. The cupboard under the kitchen sink was off one hinge. The cutlery tray had rusty, grimy cutlery. See photos.

This hotel needs to be updated, pool dirty, not the cleanest in the room,the bathroom needed a good scrub in all the nooks and crannies , the office reception was disheveled, staff not to pleasant….. we paid a extra $20 for the next night in Albury and it was fabulous… Soi won’t be going there again

We stayed in the family room, the beds were comfortable and there was room to move around. This motel is good if you're planning to use only for rest and bathroom facilities. Very close to Westfield Tuggerah and usual drive through take outs.

This motel has probably never been maintained. The bathroom had not workable door knob so they installed a latch below it. The shower floor tiles were sticky and dirty. The room door knob was loose. Windows dirty. Shower dripping water. A towel from a previous guest was left in the bathroom. Close to train tracks so was noisy as well.

This place made my skin crawl right from our arrival . The staff were unfriendly asked for my ID then placed it over his mouth to cough . The rooms was grubby worn out and simply put dirty . The bedspreads smelt and had clearly been unwashed the sheets were stained . The furniture was falling apart and grubby . The cutlery provided was filthy . The bathroom was dirty . With blood on the door mould on the sink and shower plus grubby walls like a public toilet . The room smelt and was tolally run down . DO NOT STAY HERE

Very basic motel. No tea coffee facilities I could find and a cockroach crawling under the bed means there must be more more. Bed is quite comfortable and generally the room is ok to stay for an overnight or two. Quality curtains and the shower is hot. Biggest issue is that the motel is located quite some distance from services so if you stay without a car you will need to spend a lot of time walking (no footpath in places) to find somewhere to eat. Nevertheless the staff are very helpful and the motel's surrounds, although rather tired, are reasonably tidy.

This property has gone downhill tremendously since the new owners took over. The outside appearance is a disgrace and bordering on derelict. The rooms are ridiculously over priced for what you get. Grant it- the rooms are clean, just in need of serious upgrades and refurbishing. Way too expensive.

Bogans walking by the back/side fence that borders a busy road screaming and swearing, & the neighbouring rooms had extremely loud people in them. Only thing worth maybe looking at is after driving 5 hours we were keen to get checked in and take a dip as we started to walk to pool they decided to start cleaning it, so had to wait over an hour with kids not great.
