Awesome one night stay at Nesuto apartments.
Check-in time is normally 3pm and I requested an early check-in if possible, as i was attending a wedding at 3pm that day - arrived at 12.30pm and the room was ready and was able to check in with no fuss or extra charge.
The staff/reception was so accommodating especially George. We stayed on the fifth floor and we had the beautiful view of the water and promenade. Had an overall excellent experience. We'll stay again.

Location was excellent – right near the boardwalk and very convenient for restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was fully equipped with towels and essentials. I really appreciated that our request to have the sofa bed ready on arrival was taken care of.
The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. Overall a very pleasant stay and great value for the location. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean and very spacious, however it just felt a little dark and gloomy. From the balcony unfortunately the rooms look over the back of shops and feels quite dingy.

The hotel beds keep moving because the rollers cannot be locked. The dining chairs are too soft and uncomfortable to sit on. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There are no aircon in the bedrooms and it’s extreme hot during summer.

I recently stayed here with my toddler and there were definitely some good points, but also areas that need attention.

The room had a noticeable damp smell, most likely coming from the carpet.
Carpets, cupboards, the couch and dining chairs were all quite run-down and in need of refurbishment.
The bathroom cupboard was loose, and there were hairs on the couch and carpet on arrival, which was disappointing.
There was an overpowering smell of cleaning products at check-in.
Our key fob malfunctioned a few times, possibly due to a low battery.
The room was very far from the elevator, which made it more difficult when travelling with a toddler.

The air conditioning and bathroom facilities were average but still fine. Considering the price, it was great value. The staff were friendly, and there was free, secure indoor parking. The beach and playground were just downstairs, with lots of small restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely a good choice for a relaxing trip.

Nesuto is always a fabulous place to stay. Very comfortable. A great location at The Entrance with parking. Close to food outlets and waterfront. Snack and drink machines on the premises..Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge if you’d prefer to cook yourself a meal. Washing machine and dryer very much appreciated too.

I took my own food to microwave for dinner but there is full sized fridge for a longer stay. I asked for a walk in shower (as opposed to shower over bath) and they fulfilled my request. There is a lovely view from these apartments and the air cond, TV and stove all work perfectly. The room was spotless and so quiet. Not sound.

We booked a room for 4 people advertised as a queen bed and sofa bed. When we arrived the sofa wasn't made up and no linen provided. Linen was delivered but we were only provided 2 towels. As we arrived after 6pm reception was closed and we had to collect a key from a locked box. 2 people stood at the entrance yelling as passers and would let me get near the box. The car park had a limited clearance and we were unable to securely park our car. The area is deserted and run down. I felt really unsafe walking around.

Location is great right next to everything the pool is really small though the kids didn’t get in as it was to packed, I found the bed really hard where I ended up sleeping in the couch instead the room had a weird smell to it I just kept the balcony door open the view made up for it all

And we had booked for 4 people but had to make the fold out couch ourselves. Not worth it for the price paid.
