The hotel had everything that someone would need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was amazing. They were very professional, attentive, and went above and beyond. The kitchen manager and chef Amanda was amazing!!!! She made us feel like we were at home and she made sure that my son had a breakfast items that wasn't even on the menu that day! The entire kitchen staff was amazing! We were not too thrilled with house keeping service. It was not provided every day, only every other day upon request. On the day we were supposed to have the service the house keeping came very late. I don't blame employees. They work extra hard, overworked and under paid. On that particular day this poor lady had 31 rooms to take care of 😪. We told her that we didn't need anything done in our room expect clean towels and trash taken out. The front desk staff could be more friendly. Other than that no other complaints. We will be back again.
