Pro- We had toilet flushing issues that we had to report twice. They came quickly to fix the issue, which was great. The beds were very comfy. Convenient to lots of dining, shopping, and the beach. The staff was very friendly.
Cons- Parking lot was dirty. The carpets in the halls were nasty and need to be replaced. Our bathroom door handle was falling off. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned properly. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed really well before we came in. We had two cockroaches crawling across the bathroom floor on our last night. Bags of garbage were piled up in the hall by the ice machine.

If we had not already been charged, we would have stayed somewhere else. 😕

My husband and i stayed here with our 3 kids and the hotel was really filthy. Upon checking in, the staff at the front went to go check upstairs to see if the room was ready.. she came back down and the other staffer gave us our keys. We got up to the room and there was trash and filth all in front of our door. We got inside and you can tell they only wiped down the room instead of doing a full through cleaning. There was sand still on the floor and hair was in the shower. I’m not sure if it was just a busy weekend due to it being 4th of July weekend or if this is there usual attendance but we did not enjoy this stay

The room was very clean when arrived. Due to the high volume of guests we were upgraded to a king and sofa bed. The people at the front desk are so nice. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub. I love the fact they supply pool towels cause I forgot to bring mine. And everything we needed was close by, the beach, big Kahuna water park, and a bowling alley. I will definitely use this hotel again when we come back.

Not all the ice machines were working, but it's Florida summer, and there are a lot of guests; they could just be out.
The breakfast was just not good overall; the coffee was great, though.
The Location is AMAZING, about half a mile to public access for the beach and right next to a Publix, can't ask for a better spot.

The property just needs some updates.

I checked in around 9pm and the family was exhausted. We went into room 144 and the air conditioner was making a loud rattling noise ALL night!! The entire family couldn’t sleep because of it but we were too tired to complain. I brought this issue to the front desk and someone came to fix it. They said the cover was making the loud noise and it stop when the cover was taken off. Well, that’s not the customer’s fault. I asked the front desk for some compensation and she said the manager will contact me. It’s been several days and nothing yet!! Plus the restroom had hair all over the tube and floor.
I also chose this hotel because it provided a complimentary breakfast at a decent price. I came to realized that breakfast only had a few items like bagels, yogurt and cereal. Where’s the eggs, sausages, fruits, etc.??? This was a horrible breakfast!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel because of the bad service and the limited breakfast!! This location needs to take down the Hilton’s name!!

Clean room, but very loud refrigerator; final grade: B-. Staff was helpful and courteous, but Room Serves/Maintenance did leave our room unlock (deadbolt engaged); final grade: B (deadbolt issue: D-). Breakfast; final grade: C-/D+ (no hot breakfast with limited items; breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee). Air conditioning: A (no issues and functioned as expected). Hotel Location grade: A; close to beaches, shopping, food, entertainment. Site security and access: B+; well-lit parking lot with plenty of spaces; close to major roadway. Price: B-/C+, expected for this type of hotel. Overall grade: B/C+(Good to Average, breakfast was a factor for us). Recommended: ??? Yes. Hope this helps.

When we stayed, the room wasn’t terrible but the beds were literally solid rocks. I did ask if there were any other rooms that had softer beds because we have bad backs and they said no, we didn’t sleep the 4 nights we were there. The breakfast isn’t a full one, it’s literally just a bagel bar. And then the pool area wasn’t really maintained well, spider webs all over, hot tub wasn’t working. The air was also very loud, rattling the whole night. Also, the laundry machines are expensive to wash. 4.00 to wash and then it took us like 2 times to dry stuff because it was still damp.

Not the cleanest, but more than decent for the price. Perfect for our 1 night stay to go to a concert at the LA Club across the street. Location wise, no complaints. In the middle of all that Destin has to offer. Close to public beach access, although parking was not like it was 5, 10 years ago. Scarce and expensive. Close to varying food options, even walkable. Breakfast was as expected at these types of hotels, although pretty bare. I was disappointed they did not have a pancake machine, or even microwavable breakfast options as I have seen at other places.

We stayed one night passing through. The rooms were good. The restroom had a bunch of mold on the ceilings. We showed up at 4 to check in and the room wasn’t ready. I finally called close to 7pm and they said it was ready but never informed me on this. The hotel itself needs Reno’s but we were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning so it did what it needed to do. For over night stays I’d recommend. For long term stays. I’d say look somewhere else.

We had three rooms, but I only saw two of them. The first had a filthy floor (literal pieces of dirt on the floor) and none of the usual \"amenities\" like plastic cups for water. The A/C in both rooms was very noisy and turned on and off all night, so it was hard to sleep soundly.

Front desk was VERY kind during our midnight check-in, and breakfast was good, but they were out of some things, including Nutella, which had signs advertising it all over the dining room.

I loved the location of this hotel. However, I didnt like how people were allowed to smoke soo close to the enterance, their smoke came in and stunk up the hotel. The room looked good and neat but as we turned on the lights the lamp shades had spots and as we looked closer it was mold. They don't come to clean but every other day. People would leave their dirty towels outside their room and their trash piled up. The carpet was unkempt and parts of the carpet were missing. I'm sorry but I wouldn't stay there again. The location is good and close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach.

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid $758 for just two nights.

The room itself appeared to have been recently painted and updated, and the bed was comfortable. However, several issues took away from the experience. The bathroom floor had caulking stains throughout that looked like old gum residue, and there were dried spots that appeared unsanitary and potentially could have been someone else’s DNA. The water pressure was also very poor.

The kitchen was missing basic utensils entirely, which was inconvenient for an extended-stay style room. In addition, there were no visible signs directing guests to the elevators, making it confusing to navigate the property. The hallway carpets on the third floor were heavily stained and gave an unclean impression.

To make matters worse, the room did not even include a courtesy bottle of water, something most hotels typically provide. Overall, for the price paid, I expected a much cleaner, more organized, and better-maintained experience.
