Being Hilton, I expected something better. It looks old fashion. The gym equipments were terrible. Broken parts, lots of things by the floor, no wipers to clean,etc.
Mattres was OK but the bed frame too noisy. Needs maintenance. Our room was big with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, AC working well. Shower was good. Plenty parking. TV was ok.

Overall a nice Hotel at the Spark - Hilton , upon our arrival first impression was we did not see a lobby because there is no lobby but after we had a pleasant stay and the hotel it is very clean with excellent service and has a variety of rooms types and suites. The staffing are very professional and they all do a great job. The location is great it is close to restaurants like OSAKA Japanese very good / Longhorn steaks / and \" Pazzo Italiano \" best Italian restaurant and very close to the Destin Mall actually walking distance to all of it. Minutes away from the Destin beaches. We will return and will recommend to others. The hotel has large rooms and a few choices. We will be back.

Was disappointed w this being a Hilton property. Hotel looked noticeably worn & public areas such as hallways not kept up as far as cleanliness. Room was at least clean however & brkfst was presentable. Location convenient. I was initially planning on staying elsewhere once I saw the interior, & asked for a mgr to contact me, but never heard back as well...

The room was clean and comfortable! It was quiet and easy to access, plenty of parking available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There are refrigerators and microwave’s in the room, no coffee maker but it’s readily available in the lobby. They do not have ice buckets in the room , but they are happy to provide them if you just ask!

terrible experience - had to stay here after a long drive from Atlanta to pick up my daughter and friends who were spending their spring break week in Seaside. I arrived to the hotel at 6:30 pm after my drive and tu my surprise they did not have my room, reason they mentioned was that they had some issues with their cleaning staff so they were only able to give me my room until almost 8 pm. Room still have the wet floors and honestly not well cleaned specially the bathroom. This is honestly a truly terrible hotel - i strongly recommend travelers to stay away from this very bad place.

The stay was okay overall, nothing terrible but nothing special either. If you pay a lower rate it might be acceptable for what you get. However, if you’re paying anything above 200 PER NIGHT, it’s definitely not worth the price. The experience just doesn’t match the cost.

The hotel was great in a good location surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants and the beach is in walking distance. The rooms are spacious with kitchenette. I give it a 10/10.

Some of the staff were a little rude (the lady’s at the front desk)(not Tameka).
Tameka is the best she was so helpful. I was there for three night and four days, I had to ask to have the room cleaned and they came but only half clean the room.

The parking was sufficient. The staff was great. The breakfast was minimal. The shower left a lot to be desired. The location is excellent not too thrilled about people smoking weed in a hot tub with their two-year-old with them no less.

The parking was convenient and the handicap spaces were close to the door.
The room was clean and nice.
Had an issue with the door sticking, but it was fixed within an hour of reporting it. no big deal.
Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and the food was refilled constantly.

The staff at the property were super helpful and nice. Check in was fast. Gave us all the details on breakfast, pool usage, wifi, and the gym. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Muffins, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, along with juice or coffee. Pool is heated! Which was a plus bc the water at the beach was a tad icy. Our stay was fantastic. Only issue we had was the ac in the room. They conserve energy, so it didnt run the whole time. So it was a bit warm in the room.

They are LATE on ALMOST EVERY RESERVATION. And i dont mean 10 15 means i mean HOURS. This hotel is giving very much red roof inn vibes. We booked 2 rooms. 1 was fine. The other. It was half cleaned, the toilet seat had never been changed its got bubbles on it, you have to hold the toilet down for it to even flush the shower was gross the caulking cracked and the base nasty. Mind you this is a mobility room. And it felt as if it has never been nothing done or upgraded. The water pressure SUCKS in this same room. Your socks turned black if you walked with out house shoes.I just feel like what we paid for the 2 rooms for 2 days its definitely over priced. And to be a \"Hilton\" Im definitely disappointed.

My rating is low because I will check in time was April 2 checkout time April 5 our room was not clean until Saturday, but no clean sheets was put on the bed. The bed was half made up just throw together. They didn’t wash the tub out and they said they don’t wash out the tub not unless it’s a for a five day stay or extended stay when the sheets be changed off the bed we left to come back from Eden. Our door was open. It was not locked. We just walked right in so it wasn’t secure and it wasn’t safe so that’s why I gave them such a low rating and they was not so polite. I will not stay there at that hotel again.

The room is bare bones. There is a kitchenette, with a big refrigerator and microwave, even a dishwasher, but nothing else. You must bring plates, cups, and utensils. Also, this hotel lacks a common area to hang out in, provides an area to eat at in morning hours, but locks the door the rest of the day. The staff was very friendly, especially the staff member that does the breakfast area, always friendly and keeps the area clean and stocked with food. Again, nothing lavish, but your simple basic breakfast, juice, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and coffee. If you need anything, extra towels, front desk always was happy to provide. Property was always kept clean, and felt safe. Walking distance to food ,and shopping.

Clean room, staff was friendly, but breakfast is very mediocre. No hot breakfast just bagels, cereal and yogurt so I wouldn’t plan on having this be your go-to if you prefer more than that. The pool was actually also closed during our stay and WAS NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR. My 10 year old was really looking forward to this. Parking was good, but the property could use some air fresheners lol

It was an overall alright stay. They do not offer a hot breakfast, it’s a bagel bar/cold bar. The pillows are too soft would recommend bringing your own pillow if you have neck or black problems. Other than the stay was pleasant.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent 4-night stay at your property.

Firstly, housekeeping service was not provided even once during my entire stay. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member I interacted with was quite rude and unhelpful. This was particularly frustrating as we noticed that other rooms were being serviced regularly.

Secondly, upon check-in, the room was not properly prepared. Both the shower gel and shampoo were empty. When I called the front desk while I was in the shower, no one responded for about 15 minutes, forcing me to get dressed and go to the front desk myself to collect the items.

Additionally, we had to repeatedly visit the front desk to request fresh towels throughout our stay, which was highly inconvenient.

The cleanliness standards were also concerning. The trash was never cleared from our room. When I raised this at the front desk, the same staff member handed me a trash bag without a liner and asked me to dispose of the trash myself, which was very unprofessional.

Finally, I was informed that housekeeping services are chargeable upon request. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially as I have been a Hilton member for over 5 years and have never encountered such a policy before.

I liked the room, the bed was very nice I had a very good sleep!

Only a few things I could complaint about is that you can tell it was a remodel, Shower head was broken, gym equipment was a little well used and the breakfast was subpar with very limited options. Microwave was installed very high above the kitchen counter. Anyone below 5 ft. 6 inches tall could not safely use it. Metal skit underneath bed would squeak or pop anytime you set on or got out of the bed. Very little drawer space for clothing. Not trash can underneath the kitchen sink.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was not a beach view as stated…we faced the back of the property with a pool view instead of what the listing stated when I booked with this hotel. The air filter in the room was very dirty and looked like it had not been changed in quite some time. The bathroom door had food smeared on it that was not cleaned off beforehand. Popcorn was also found underneath the bed. The exhaust fan did not work very well at all in the restroom.

Building is old, in disrepair, and carpets are dirty. There was minstruel blood on the bedspread and the curtains were ripped. We stayed in the older side of the building and it was dark and dingy. The ceiling tiles look old and in disrepair.

The room next to us was loud all night on Saturday night til 3 am. The toilet would not stop running we had to manually fix it every time. And when I opened the closet the air filter was coated in dust and had not been changed in a long time. I am on oxygen with breathing problems and it was not good for me at all. There were a few beetles crawling around and we squished. Staff said they checked us out when we left but they did not.
