The property needs more TLC. Location is great. Beach access 5 mins in car. Lots of restaurants to pick from. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable.
CHUCK
Too expensive for the quality.
David
Ac didn’t work beds had stains of blood on them pool was dirty They advertise they had breakfast didn’t have the breakfast was coffee.if I could get a refund I would and was a nonsmoking room but around around had cigarettes by the front door in the smell come grind to my room so my sinuses flared up so bad now I have to go to the doctor in the morning

Great place to stay if you only plan to sleep , however we did have ac issues and no extra rooms were available due to the 4th of July weekend.
Donald
Floor was incredibly dirty. Our feet were dirty just walking around the room. There was water leaking in and the tv remote didn’t work for the tv. We only stayed there overnight and left that morning but it was cheap.
Karla
The property is completely falling apart. Stranger was pounding on our door at 3am.
Morgan
Not impressed

I was under the impression the place had complementary breakfast. I was wrong. Went to get coffee, it was empty.

Nice pool! Hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was hard to turn door open. The receptionist at the westward unfriendly
Anna
Room was a clean as it could be with the age of the facility. Was all we needed for a quick 1 night stay. Bathroom door was peeling off at the bottom and the towel hook was broken off. Sheets had some stains but could tell they had been washed. There was a strong air freshener smell that was hard to get used to but it was covered up a musty smell I feel you get at most hotels.
Elliott
Clean room, near shopping, food and beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Nikhil Sanjay
Very clean property. Amenities were great for the price.
Samer

Hotel and suite were nice. Bathroom cleaning needs improvement. The front desk lady is in the wrong position, she was very mean and lack courtesy. I didn't understand her instructions on how to get to the room and when repeating herself she rolled her eyes and changed her tone of voice. She is not the right person to be in contact with guess, cleaning toilets might fit her better.
Amy
Friendly and warm. Quick amenities. Would stay again
Elisha
Good place to stay.
Ranee
While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. Couch in the room was in poor shape and seemed dirty. I would definitely not want to sit on it let alone pull out the bed. Platform bed and mattress were hard as a rock and left me with back pain. I will definitely not return to this location for another stay.
Grant
Bathroom leaked so bad it flooded the bathroom after one shower. Dead bolt ripped off the wall like someone had kicked in the door at some point. We left early because there was screeching tires and yelling in the parking lot and no one helped me get a refund. I was given multiple fake numbers for who to go to to get a refund when I called after leaving. The lady at the front desk told my husband there was nothing she could do to help us.
Helen
Old hotel Good maintance. Clean Room. Pool available. Excellent coffee ☕...
Vilma
La habitación muy sucia, y un olor a cigarro espantoso!! jamás me volvería a quedar en ese lugar.
Diana
It was a nice and convenient place to stay close to the beach, and everything was close by. The rooms were clean but could use some extra attention. The outlets need to be attended to before something happens when plugging appliances.
Karen
Podían hacer mejor trabajo de limpieza, y el ruido de afuera se escucha como si fuese adentro de la Hab. Al menos no vi ninguna cucaracha, gracias a Dios 😅
Derrick
It was nice but the Mexicans took over the pool every day
Juan
First, it is rude to speak another language with your coworkers when serving customers (I believe it was an Indian dialect). I speak Spanish and prefer to talk in private. The room was covered in mold, including the walls, ceiling, fridge, bathroom, and lamps. Also, the ceiling has water damage, which is causing the paint to peel. The bed sheets were worn out and needed to be replaced; the microwave wasn't working; and the fridge had a bad smell and wasn't cooling properly.
Edna
The room was clean , beds very comfortable, had a tv issue fixed quickly , just had no coffee pot , which I don’t guess mattered !! Great place to stay if you are okay with just needing a place to rest . I would stay there again for a short trip !!
JENNIFER
Air didn't work well.It did not cool temperature would work with thermostat.

Very old bad shape terrible shape
Holly
A/C works. Rooms are filthy . Staff is very nice. Wayyyyy overpriced. Literal dirt and mud in the bathroom on the floors. Absolutely filthy. Stunned at how filthy some of these motels are and does Okaloosa County have a health department?????
Chrissy
Website stated breakfast area and there isnt none. Our suite was dirty and microwave didnt work. No elevator so had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Was told one price and was charged a higher one. Will not use or recommend them again. Also high crime area . As soon as we parked confronted by a woman intoxicated or on something
James
didn't t stay there phots of interior were of same room sham
Andrea
Right across the street from the beach and surrounded by everything you need and want to do!
Amanda
Uncomfortable beds. Clean, convenient and good pricing.
Dawn
The room was ok, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom floor tiles were broken which made for unsteady stepping in front of the toilet.
Francis
very close to city center
Holly
Absolutely the filthiest, most disgusting place I've ever stayed!!! Refrigerators (we had at least 2) leaked, filth on the floors, my daughter had a bug on her, my cats got sick. The cleanings ladies were very nice and they did their best but it needs to be razed to the ground.
Mike
There is not a rating low enough for this place. It’s junkie the room was dirty and there is riffraff trash living in the property cigarette ash everywhere smoking pot spitting on the sidewalk property is in disgusting Repair. I am 68 years old and that is the most nasty worst place I have ever stayed. Run away from this place. The adjoining door to the room next door was unlocked. There was noise continually all night, long from people yelling and making other sorts of noises. It was so bad. I propped a chair against the door to create noise in case somebody tried to come in. Just overall nasty and disgusting. And the room was dirty.
Raven
The location was decent, but there was limited areas to be on the beach as everything was divided from the private beaches. But unfortunately my room was dirty, sheets were stained and had burnt cigarette marks. The house keeper didn't come in to replace towels when they were supposed to. We had to track them down to ask for some. The mini fridge was completely frozen over at the top. And the soda can drink holder was missing. And we had people outside our door blasting music and smoking weed every night. Also the Laundry dryer was sketchy to use.
Stephen
Clean room amazing staff pool was super clean
Sarah Elizabeth
The staff at the front desk were so nice and extremely helpful!
Brandy
I woke up filling dizzy....... after i that i turned off the AC and was not dizzy but no room change i didn't sleep good in the room so I ask for another did not get it was one of the werst stays at a hotel ever will never forget
brandi
It was clean quiet
Linda
Room was very old + sheets were dinghy. Wanted a room change but the girl said they were full. Went to Walmart to buy sheets + pillows to put over the bed. The worse hotel we ever stayed in. We had the corner left room. It also had 3 beds, Whitehall was weird for two people. We would not recommend this hotel!

I'm reading the room at 2 star because although I booked a smoking room accidentally, didn't notice that when booking and I'm not a smoker, there were some damages to walls, lamps, and broken tile on the bathroom floor. Night service was very \"I don't care\" attitude. Day service was better and all the day staff were friendly.
As for the location, I booked only for a day, the beach was essentially across the street in the \"backyard\" of another hotel. If you ask nicely, they might let you walk around to the water. Also good fast food around.

Please, DO NOT try and save money by staying here… YOU WILL REGRET IT!
The staff is rude, the rooms are disgusting, and the whole place smells like weed.
This place will ruin your beach trip and the place won’t even care!

Reservation was do a king room.
They put us in a two queen room.
Hair dryer did not work, went to front desk and was told they did not have a spare as they just replaced 6 already.
We had to purchase a hair dryer.
Other than those two issues, the rest of the stay was bearable.

Staff was unprofessional..Not 1 person smiled or welcomed us to the property..the night shift desk guy was asleep and never spoke a word to us..it looked as tho your staff was mad at the world..very unfriendly..they never even said thank you when we checked out..in fact they didnt even speak when we left...will never stay again and will make sure to spread this message to my friends and family.

Staff was helpful but not at all friendly. The room was cleaned with bleach i assume from the smell but there was still hair in the bathtub. Towels and sheets smelled clean.

It's giving \"Meh\"
The staff was friendly and helpful. And my room was very clean. The bed linens also looked new. However, the furnishings were in very sad condition. And the couch was very stained and in poor condition. There were also some broken tiles in my bathroom. And I have one other complaint. The pictures make it look like there is a breakfast area. There isn't. There is also NOT a restaurant on site. There is a Pizza Hut next door, though. Beach access is a short drive away despite the hotel being across the street from it. It's a fine hotel and appropriately priced for what it offers. But it needs an update and a partnership with one of the condos across the street to allow people beach access.
Elizabeth
Online pics are deceiving!
PICS ARE DECEIVING! don't trust the online pics of this old, nasty hotel!! The only good thing about this hotel it is located off the main drag so everything is pretty much co-located and easy to get to. Me and my friends were only there one night so we tolerated the nasty room. The room was very outdated, very small... the bathroom sink is NOT in the bathroom, it is in the living area! There is a tub/shower and the toilet in the bathroom and it was nasty and old and the water pressure was terrible! We also found a lizard behind the toilet! Yes it's Florida, but at least check the room for rodents before renting it! They also don't offer a continental breakfast and their pool is very small and the area around the pool just looked cheap and dingy.... the room towels and wash clothes were also cheap, thin and old! Thank goodness we were only there one night which was tolerable but any longer than that and we would have checked out and found another hotel!
Alecia
Felt like I slept on bricks and it’s was giving motel vibes

The worst hotel bed were lumpy the toilet paper holder was rusted falling of the wall they sprayed something that was way to strong i checked in then checked out
Rhonda
Do not stay here unless your getting it for $50.00
The microwave cabinet was broken, the bathroom sink faucet was completely loose, one light fixture cover fell on one of our heads, the other light fixture was full of dead bugs, the pool umbrella was completely tattered. I’m enclosing pictures and videos. Paid $160.00 a night and it was t even worth half of that. Hotels.com only talked to the hotel which refused to credit us anything.
Alma
I had to go get cleaning stuff to dust and clean up the bathroom, it smells, everything on the Internet was a lie.
Jeannine
The floors had not been cleaned. Had to change room cuz cigarette smoke gave me a headache. Refrigerator was leaking unto floor. And the coffee pot was also broken. The lady clerk was very nice. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The tv was great. Wish breakfast was included so I could have a cup of coffee.
Karen
This place was super cleaned!! The rooms super clean and the beds super comfortable and clean!! Did I say clean?? Yes super recommended
Laura
The rooms smelled awful! Hair dryer did not work the outlet with it was ready to fall out of the wall. The room and bed in general just did not want to make you stay. The pool was cloudy. Read reviews after the fact none were good including many complaints of bed bugs. We immediately left I have been emailing the manager for 3 days for a refund has not answered me yet!! Next email/call will be to corporate!

Bugs, holes in walls, mold, outdated, old, also I was charged over $100 for the room and upon arrival I’ve been informed they give a 2 night walk in special of $99 I would like my $50 back. The furniture has semin stains the walls are broken
Charita
The property is located in a Great area. The atmosphere is quiet. The staff was Pleasant. The property need to be renovated. The other Days Inn in the area are Much More Appealing. Stains of unknown origin were on the chairs, The furniture is Very Outdated & the upkeep of it has been neglected. Towels were not available @ night. I was given Colored towels that you would use at home. Last but Definitely Not Least...I Encountered ROACHES!!!! I was Very Disappointed. I'm not accustomed to the Days Inn Brand being of this Quality.
Eric
There was no WIFI which put a huge dent in our plans.
The gave us a password but didnt work, THEN wanted us to contact customer support.
Bathroom door would not stay closed or lock which made showering privacy difficult.
No breakfast offered. Nothing, zero, zilch.
Sheets were never changed or cleaned on our 5 day, 4 night stay.
Iron was missing from room,so clothes were wrinkled the entire trip.
Coffee machine only made 4oz cup of watered down cheap coffee. BRING YOUR OWN!
Staff was not helpful.
The property looked nothing like the pics offered up here.
Wished i would have spent more and got a condo.
The good: location, easy walk to beach.
A pizza hut, chick fil a, and waffle house only a short walk away.
We paid only a little over $100 per night in august.

Horrible
For the price of this room, this room was horrible. Everything in it was old. From the mattress, to the refrigerator. The t.v screen was blue so you could barely see it. The floor was dirty and hair was everywhere. I chose this room based off the photos and clearly they added filters! This room was disgusting!! And not to mention this room had NO phone. This was the worst stay ever. I was told I couldn't be moved bc they were booked.
Michael
The staff was amazing. The place could use an upgrade. Recommend if you're on a budget. Would consider staying again with a better room choice.
Tiffany
Awful experience upon entry the room was filthy and infested with bedbugs immediately left and was refused a refund! Staff was incredibly rude as well in addressing the situation !
