We traveled to Destin from MS. Hotel is located in the middle of everything. All the hotspots are just minutes away like the outlet mall, Harbor Walk, Fudpuckers. Staff was super friendly. Our 2 queen bed room was spacious. Bathroom is tiny though. You have to stand beside toilet to open and close door. Sink was outside the toilet/shower area. Room was clean. Bathroom door/shower wall could have been wiped down more.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers excellent value for money.

Our room was cleaned every day without us even having to ask. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything throughout the property was clean and well-maintained, and fresh towels were provided regularly.

The pool and grill area were always clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near several beautiful beaches, making it easy to explore the area.

The breakfasts were also excellent, with a good variety of options each morning.

Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful hotel to stay at! Our flight didn't get in until 11 PM, so we didnt get to the hotel until almost midnight. I made sure to call ahead of time, and spoke with Melissa to let them know so our booking didnt get cancelled. She was wonderful to talk to, and made sure it was noted so there were no issues. The room was clean, and having a full kitchen (fridge, 2 burners, microwave, and dishwasher) made it very convenient if you're looking to save money.

Breakfast each morning was wonderful, and the ladies that put out the spread were so kind! Honestly, every staff member we ran into were so kind and helpful.

Even though the hotel isn't right on the beach, it's only a 10 minute walk to the public access area. There are also several restaurants and entertainment areas within walking distance.

Overall, I would 1000% stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, I traveled with my daughter and 2 grandsons. After getting off the plane the 8year old didn’t feel well & had a horrible earache. After explaining to front desk clerk - I believe Dianna or Diane she allowed us to check in early so he could lay down. The free breakfast was really good, the kids enjoyed that. Best part was there is an area to borrow free- beach toys, beach chairs & I even landed a beach umbrella, that came in super handy! We left our beach toys when we left as well. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and pool. Also, they gave me late checkout so we could spend the morning of our flight at the pool, then have time to shower and pack! Everyone was so friendly, I would definitely stay here again in the future! Hope to be back next summer !!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were disappointed with our overall experience. As frequent guests of Hilton properties, this was the first time we were genuinely dissatisfied with the breakfast. The taste and quality of the food were poor and well below the standard we have come to expect.

While the hotel appeared nice overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking. The beds were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Housekeeping was another area of concern. My son slept on the pull-out bed, and although the main beds were made each day, the pull-out bed linens were never folded or tidied. This made him feel overlooked. In fact, during the last two days of our stay, I went into the room ahead of him to make the bed myself because he had become so disappointed by the lack of attention. I had also reserved a room for my parents, and their toiletries were not restocked during their stay.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel's proximity to the beach and nearby attractions was definitely a positive. However, the poor breakfast, housekeeping oversights, cleanliness concerns, and uncomfortable beds outweighed those benefits.

Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay at this location again. Given the price we paid, we expected the level of quality and service we have consistently experienced at other Hilton properties.

The property was nice. The first two days housekeeping came to our room. The last two days they did not. No explanation. Also, the first two days breakfast was great and plentiful. The last two days they hardly put anything out. We came down early but still missing lots of items. Also, the room should have a safe for guests to keep their valuables. Once you have been a victim of hotel theft, you don’t want that happening again.

The property was well maintained. It was a longer walk to the beach than I originally anticipated. The only complaint I will say, which in all honesty is probably hard for the hotel staff to control, was the smell of marijuana in the hotel was unbelievable. Especially on the floor we stayed on. I’m sure this is a problem in other hotels as well, but this was especially bad. I probably would not book again, but overall not terrible.

Love the service, the amenities, and the room was large and spacious! My only comment is that their breakfast, even though delicious, is the same every day. Their rm is super large, however the bathroom in comparison is so small, there’s hardly any space to get in and out. The mattress is not the most comfortable, since there is no box spring, there is no support especially for the back. My husband and I woke up each morning sore and stiff. Other than that, we like the close proximity to the beach and the restaurants:)

Staff gave away our room to Hilton Honors members who booked thru their site and not a third-party site. I am a Hilton Ho its member. We needed 2 beds and a pullout couch because we were traveling with my teenage son’s girlfriend with us. We also needed a full suite too. My youngest had to sleep on the floor on a pallet bc we only had a King and a pullout sofa. We made it work but I would not have booked this particular hotel if we hadn’t needed exactly what we booked. Location was centrally located to where we needed to go.

This is a very nice property. However, we were there from Sunday to Sunday and the “heated” pool was not heated at all -it was freezing cold. Had I had a child and arrived and they weren’t able to swim because of this I would have been very upset. We got into the hot tub which was a little too hot. We enjoyed it everyday all the same. The rest of the stay was excellent. We come down in early May expecting to be able to get into a heated pool and enjoy it. That didn’t happen this time. The staff told one person that I talked to at his checkin that very afternoon (I talked to him in the hot tub) that he and his son could enjoy their heated pool. He was disappointed when his family walked into the pool and it was freezing cold water. He said they had just arrived & she had told him it was heated. It hadn’t been heated now for 6 days. Someone wasn’t on top of their job that the pool went that long without being checked. Oh, & on arrival Sunday there was a desk clerk that treated you like she was doing you a favor checking you in. She SHOULD NOT be the 1st person to greet the guests. She is not cut out for that job. Later in the week she had the same attitude. She worked Sunday and a Wednesday. Don’t know her name, But…management might wanna check who worked those two days & do something about her attitude. Breakfast was great each day! We had a great time at a very clean & nice Hilton despite these things just mentioned. NOTHING was gonna ruin our vacation. We loved our trip!!!

We had a reservation for an ocean view suite with a kind bed. We received a parking lot/concrete roof view room with queen beds. There was about a $40 a night difference. The night we arrived we were not told this upfront and when we asked about the mix-up, the desk clerk said they gave away that room because we booked third party they don't honor preferences and we were lucky to have a room.
Five days later they moved us into a better room with a partial ocean view.
We never received the bonus rewards points the promised for the blatant disregard.
It's an otherwise nice property but you won't get the room you booked unless no other real customer wants it.
