The hotel is in a busy touristy area - which we thought was a positive. We liked being able to walk to shops or to eat something.

The room was ok - clean and maintained enough. The two biggest downsides were there were no where to hang towels, swim suits, beach towels, etc. How are we supposed to house a room with 4 people and have not one towel rack or knobs on the walls. The other issue was there was sand everywhere - when we checked in the room was already dealing with some, and then as you came and went, more entered. It would have been great to even have brooms in the room to be able to keep up.

We did not utilize the pool as it wasn't very big - and there was continual construction right outside the gate. We did have breakfast each day - but don't expect anything over the top. Got the job done - but there was very limited seating. We did utilized the lounge area later in the day to play cards, but for breakfast it wasn't the best setup.

Overall - we got what we paid for - and enjoyed our time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that. However, the walls were very thin, so I could easily hear noise from other rooms, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, my stay was okay, but better soundproofing would improve the experience.

Nice clean room with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made it perfect was we had no view of the ocean. There was construction work going on outside our roof. Other than that it was great! Will go back in future.

It's a amazing experience here!! Now I would definitely plan when you come down to make sure you know the difference between the private beach and the public beach because that was our major issue here was getting into it with a gentleman that's blowing a horn at you in the ocean but you have no idea why and they refuse to answer when you ask are you speaking to me and other than that the experience was wonderful. But you should also notate that the beach is not right across the street you have to drive or walk a good distance to get to the beach and if it was easier to just go across the street where it's at but that's the private beach and there's fence around everywhere

The staff was accommodating when there were loud guests above us and got our room moved quickly. The television was malfunctioning in the new room and they quickly came to swap it out. The only issue was when housekeeping cleaned the room they didn't place a comforter on the bed which resulted in it being too cold for the kids and there was no comforter available when we called. Other than that the front desk staff were very helpful.

I've stayed at Tops'l over 10xs. This is the least desirable room I've ever stayed in. It stunk upon opening the door. Every time. Both outlets in the bathroom didn't work, had to curl my hair in the bedroom where a small mirror was covered by furniture. No scissors or knives or salt and pepper. No ice trays. No soap tray in bathrooms causing you to have to scrape the soap off the counter with each use. Towels stunk, as if they were washed, but not with detergent. I love Tops'l and will plan to be back in the fall. But not in this room (Manor #805) It's like the owners are cutting corners. And it's not ok.

The room was semi clean, but the bathroom was terribly dirty. I looked at 3 different rooms before settling on the one with the least dirty bathroom...but even that one was dirty. The staff were very good about asking some very rowdy, loud guests next door to leave. They were up the entire night blaring the TV and cranking up head thumping music. It was the morning crew that finally asked them to leave at 7:30 am. There was a power outage the next night for several hours (4:30 am to about 8:00 am). It was pitch black everywhere...

This was my 3rd Wyndham hotel during my travels for this particular trip, and it was better maintained and the staff much friendlier than the 1st two hotels along my route, however, all 3 Wyndham's had the gross bathrooms. They are very unsanitary and I don't think proper cleaning products are being used to sanitize them. Really sad because Wyndham's used to be much higher caliber than what I experienced this trip.

So the rooms here are large, well appointed. It was clean enough, a little more care and getting into the crevices would make it much better. Breakfast was a little dull, can't really complain as it's free. The basic make your own waffles, egg omelette, and some sort of sausages. Various breads etc, some cereal. It was fine. Didn't use the pool didn't look particularly inviting. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Parking was easy. The room was spacious and clean. I needed a room with bars in the bathroom,However, the handicap room ( they said there were only two) was an issue. It was right next to the laundry room. Every morning we had to go to the front desk we and get them to have the laundry crew turn their thumping bass music down because it would come right through our wall! The next day it would start again. Room 116. You don’t want to have that room. The next to last day , the manager got them to stop the music until we left .We understood the music situation while they worked, however, we were not able to enjoy the room in the morning. We were not there to go to the beach and were in there until 2pm daily. Every time we went to come or go through out the morning, the housekeepers and their carts would be lined up by the laundry room and didn’t even leave a space by our room door. I would open it to leave and be blocked! If you were not looking for quiet mornings, this place was very nice lol. There is a hotel being built next door, so sitting at the pool is loud with construction. But the pool was clean and the area was nice. There was a spa and towels and umbrellas. Again, if you are not looking for a quiet place, then you will find this place clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as expected. Decent selection for free .During the week One person was good with upkeep of the area, while another person disappeared and didn’t keep the area wiped up.
Overall a good place.

April Mini vacay. Although construction going on right next door (high riser); it was not bad at all since they didn't start too early. Great location for the price - lots of shopping stores, lots of various parks for the entire family (water rides, miniature golf, race cars, roller coasters, alligator feeding, etc.). Various cruises were available at the Harbor nearby (about 10-15 minutes) - double check before you book through 3rd parties as mine was canceled due to insufficient people registered.

Rooms were clean and a microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine (not Keurig) was provided - the A/C works really well, but bed not too comfortable, pillows were a bit hard. Toilet seat was small and had to hold flushing lever. Also, the sink would clog. Keep in mind TV did not allow for Apps like Netflix or YouTube to be accessed. Business center computer service is provided from third party and they were not working - could not log on - they were going to call for service so not sure if it worked the following day.

Hot tub was good; outside pool water was a bit cold during April. Continental breakfast was decent, at least there was variation on the days we ate.
