Great location and very comfortable room. Had an issue with the cleanliness of our room when we checked in, but management resolved it quickly.
Overall great for pets. Right across the street from the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms were big, maybe the shower could use an upgrade based on the price.

We have a great time and didn't have any issues. Only complaint I have is the wifi is slow so we couldn't watch any of our shows at night.
Diana
The staff is great, the place is ok. The breakfast, nope, I would go somewhere else to eat, the pools are dirty, the shower is not working properly. Well you get what you pay for.

Clean room staff's wonderful outdoor and indoor pools great, the balcony was excellent but needs to change the rubber that attached to the door.
Samantha
The staff was incredible, but the towels are really worn. The comforter had burn holes or melted marks in it. The sink would not stop dripping, the tub had rust in it. The breakfast in the morning was barely edible. My family are not picky guests but when I pay that rate for a room, I do expect better quality.
Ebimobowei
Good place overall, though it feels a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. The location is convenient and makes it a good option if you're looking for easy access to the surrounding area. Overall, a decent stay.
Vincent
This was a fine hotel for a family trip. The only issue with an otherwise great room was the balcony door only had blinds so it got very bright in the mornings. Also, when we checked in, the staff was not busy but was unwilling to get us two bowls from the breakfast area for our thirsty dog that we just paid $75 to have there. Customer service with other staff was great.

Water sits while you shower, not enough soap/shampoo for 5 people, not enough towels, TP. Excellent beds! Outlets are a bit loose
Michelle
The property was clean and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.
Jessica
its a decent hotel for the price. if you're on a budget it’s great. it wasn’t as clean as i would have liked, but you get what you pay for so i’m not mad about it. the location is great though its like a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool is very nice as well.

When my wife and I first got there the staff was very nice and easy to work with ( we had a 5 day stay ). First night our room ac was not working. The next morning we told the front desk and with in an hour they had replace the non working unit with a brand new! Great job!!!
The second day the elevator was broken ( we were on the third floor) made for a little inconvenience. By night the elevator was fixed. The beds were clean but terrible for comfort.
The jets in the public hot tub, only half worked.
The employees from Track entertainment ( next door ) were blowing the whistle continuously while they were opened ( doing there jobs I’m sure ), when on the balcony or outside it becomes annoying ( everyday ).
Water pressure low ( for showers ). We love the ceiling fan above the bed! The forth night someone’s Dodge Challenger was broken into.
They parked in the back. My wife and I are in between about going back, for me it’s the uncomfortable bed for her it is the security of our vehicle.

Everette
We had a nice stay.

Disappointed in my stay. Maybe I had high expectations and thought this was a regular hotel. It was not. We had to pay for early check-in, even though they had many available rooms. We asked if they could at least keep our luggage while we go grab food, they said we can leave them wherever but it won’t be supervised. No empathy from the staff. Dusty room, spots left unclean with dust, especially the corners, under the bed, behind the wooden furniture, the carpet did not help with the dust and my allergies. Ok-breakfast served in plastic plates. Beds are comfortable, coffee was pretty good, location is a quick 5-10 min walk to the beach. Very good tacos next to the place.
Matthew
The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient for enjoying Destin. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the $230 per night rate we paid.
The complimentary breakfast was extremely overcrowded in the morning. There was not enough seating available, and the staff struggled to keep enough food stocked to accommodate the number of guests.
Our room also had several maintenance issues. The bathtub handle was loose and not securely attached, and the TV remote did not work properly during our stay.
While the location is a strong positive, the overcrowded breakfast area, maintenance concerns, and overall value left us disappointed. Based on our experience, we did not feel the hotel was worth the price.

We’ve come back to this hotel for the last three summers. It’s become our go to. It’s so close to the beach. You could probably walk but it’s hot so we drive. They have a hot breakfast in the morning. The rooms are incredibly clean. The staff were friendly and nice the grounds felt safe. All around great experience every year we look forward to coming back. We don’t use the pools a lot because we’re here for the beach, but there are two one inside and one outside, which is nice. If you’re looking for a family, friendly budget, friendly clean and safe hotel. This is your best bet!
Leslie
The pools and employees were awesome
Alexandra
It was a really great experience. The building itself appears to be a little older, but rooms and bathroom were clean, the pools were clean (loved the indoor and outdoor pools, we used both during our stay). Its pretty much exactly like what you see in the listing photos, which was nice. The breakfast selection was really good as well. The location is a really big plus— walking distance to the beach, but theres also fairly large public parking lot by the beach access point if you need to bring your vehicles. Would stay here again!
Melissa
Love it
Kristi
We had a very good stay
Danielle
Everything went well for us, we had no problems. There is only 1 elevator in the building so it is backed up at times
Marc
Great view, great community, wonderful vacation.
Ingrid
loved being right next to the beach, got new towels everyday, breakfast still hot and ready even after 8:30am, staff was super helpful and friendly!
Sammie
Very friendly and informative staff. Kids enjoyed the pools. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Amusement park is next door. Great location.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Destin. Indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, great hot breakfast and perfect location!
Jessica
We loved the indoor and outdoor pools, sometimes it’s nice to be out of the sun. The hot tub was great, beds were super comfortable, the breakfast was good, just a great place to stay.
Jose
En general todo bien, muy buena ubicacion cerca de la playa, restaurantes muy buenos, puedes ir caminando desde el hotel

Due to weather, my son and I had to push back our travel plans. We came down to celebrate his graduation. We booked so many things, like scuba diving, surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, amdcar and bike rentals..EVERYONE else was so understanding and accommodating EXCEPT this hotel. If there's an issue, you can not even call and talk to a supervisor/manager..its all through email and even at that, you have to call the hotel and tell them you emailed..again..and again. We just wanted to push our room out a week and still stay there. They denied us that AND a refund. And even though it states \"full refund for cancelations\" on the site, its ONLY ON SELECT ROOMS. By select rooms, they mean all of them. The WORST customer service. Do NOT book with them. Save yourself. Any place would be better than this place.

The staff was nice!
Breakfast needs an upgrade for sure.
Area rugs need to be replaced and cleaned
Regularly.
The beds were nice and plenty of storage.
The towels could be thicker, but did the job.
The location was good, and I highly recommend McGuires Restaurant for dining.

I don’t have a lot to complain about here. I called about an early check-in an half hour before arrival and the girl on the phone was odd-she wanted me to call her when I got there to check on the availability for early check-in. Not sure why I would call while I was there but a gentleman at the desk was very helpful when I got there. The room was clean. The “fitness room” is literally just a cardio room. There are 2 pieces of cardio equipment—nothing more. If you don’t mind that, I think you’ll like it. There was lots of parking available too. I stayed during Memorial Day weekend and I never had to fight for a spot. It’s also conveniently located close enough for a quick drive to the HarborWalk or to James Lee Park (public beach access with free parking) or to Henderson Beach State Park.
Michael
This place is a hidden gem. Very clean. Best part is this place has a ceiling fan lol.

Melissa
Booked my room in January, upon arrival the front desk acted like they didn’t have a room. Ended up with a room where hotel ads were
Right next to me. Workers were arguing in the lobby. Pool extremely small. Lost money I. The hotel could not stay had to find another location. Don’t stay here.

Pros: convenient location, helpful staff, nice clean lobby, nice balconies. The pool area was nice and clean. The mgmt staff was responsive.
Cons: Dirty, dingy carpets in the hallways, especially on the 4th floor. The room we checked into on the 4th floor had the smell of fresh animal urine. The staff cleaned the room again and the smell was gone. Our stay was supposed to be from Thursday to check out on Monday. Saturday morning woke up to go to breakfast and noticed fleas on my legs. The night before I noticed that my feet and ankles were itchy but I didn't think much about it. I got a cup of water and put the fleas in it to show the front desk. We checked out 2 days early. I was refunded the test of my stay with no issue.

The room was clean for the most part. The carpet was not. The towels were paper thin and the property did not accommodate my birthday package request. Disappointing. The balcony was dirty and we really wanted to use it. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Need a new cook for that kind of amenity.

Our bathtub wouldn’t drain, I had to pull someone else’s hair out of the drain. Everything is pretty far away so you’ll either need to rent a car Uber or rent bikes.

Breakfast alternates daily so you won't have the same thing each day. Could use another waffle maker since there is always a line for it. Could use vending machines on floors 2 and 4 where ice machine and washer/dryer are. We had no issues with the property. Great location. Right next to entertainment, food, shopping, and the state park.
