I love the big room with Kitchenet and continental bfast!

The staff was not friendly or helpful. No milk for breakfast, as no one was taking accountability for replacing it. Most of the staff spoke very poor English or none at all. The shower curtain was tearing off the rod. No towels at poolside. Only 1 handicap parking space for 50+ cars, so ridiculous. Housekeeping did not change our bedding. I will never stay at this hotel again. The Hilton name is a sham.

The property was five stars, super clean, but I had a hard time getting towels the one day they did come to clean the room. My husband was in the shower. I asked them to come back. They didn’t. Other than that, it was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was great.they had coffee before breakfast started . the exercise room Only one of treadmills worked, but there was only one person in there at a time so it didn’t make any difference to me. Washer and dryer were super convenient great location five minute walk to the beach . I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location. Room smelled muggy when we checked in and the odor remained even after letting the sun in and cooling the room temperature. Requested cleaning and refreshing the room and they did and so the smell went away so I think it wasn’t cleaned right before we arrived. Breakfast always run out of food and the hot food platters were so hard to access, it’s in a warmer that you have to hold the door up while you’re trying to get food.
Overall, a little disappointed because I had high expectations due to how the Home 2 Suites in San Antonio, Tx was so much better when I stayed there 2 years ago.

This has definitely been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazingly sweet Marilyn at the front desk.!!!!! Just the SWEETEST!!! and so helpful, housekeeping was amazing and helpful. The continental breakfast, staff was on point. So this was a little bit on the pricier side of my budget for my vacation, I will definitely stay here again. This day was worth every penny. Side note, the hostess at Bubba Gump Shrimp, literally across the street, NO help whatsoever on placing a To-Go! so we went right next-door to Joe’s crab shack, and the Bartender that was doing the to go orders was just amazingly Sweet even though she was so backed up and clearly shorthanded, she was just a team player. I wanna say her name was Bree. Sweet woman.!!!!

The hotel is really close to the beach and the set up of the room is nice. The issue is that:

1. No matter the experience, there's no refund or money back. I'll get a templated corporate approved reply to this about thanking me for feedback, sorry for not meeting expectations and promises to provide feedback to team to improve. None of that is true and just a basic PR reply. If you cared, you'd refund.

2. The beds are so incredibly cheap and low quality that they squeak constantly and are dipped in the middle. They caused me to have a lower back flare up for the first time in roughly 2 years. I was writhing in pain and on the floor in tears. With my partner's help, I was able to get massaged and a hot bath, which helped. But I couldn't do any activities or get good sleep on our vacation.

3. I slept on the couch instead but quickly learned it hasn't been cleaned well at all or beat out. It was so full of dust that I started coughing and got a sore throat from breathing in the dust all night. There was also a pair of underwear that wasn't ours behind the couch.

4. There were someone else's hair trimmings on the shower tile wall when we arrived.

5. The blackout curtain doesn't actually black out the sun.

6. The wifi is so bad. It barely has service and it goes out every few minutes.

Hilton's money hungry profits are the reasons any of these issues exist.

Keisha at the front desk was amazingly friendly. The housekeeping could use some continued training. They told me to go somewhere else and buy me a breakfast. Then I asked the front desk to talk to a manager, but he never showed up. I'm gonna set up a complaint with Hilton corporation and give you a very bad review for treating me so badly.

We recently stayed at this Home2 Suites by HIlton because it was relatively close to the beach. The whole place was very clean, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. The food options were very limited, and they seemed understaffed. The entire place was full of people, and every time we asked for something, we were told they no longer had any available.

I had never experienced something like this at a Hilton property before. By the third day, there was no fruit available at all, no milk cartons, only one gallon of milk for all guests to share. The yogurt machine was “out of service,” they ran out of half-and-half for the coffee, and several other items were unavailable as well.

It became frustrating because the staff’s attitude was very unpleasant and not kind at all. Maybe they need to add more staff to the food service department and provide additional customer service training.

We were overcharged by more than $300 for the room. We didn't realize it until we got home because we weren't given a receipt at checkout. It took 3 phone calls to get it sorted out.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but they are actually double beds (we measured). When we brought it to the attention of the assistant manager, he said he ordered queen's, but he received doubles. This is dishonest and the room description needs to be changed!

Upon our arrival, no one was at the front desk and waited until a clerk arrived. There was a sign at the front desk that stated that someone would be back shortly but when he arrived he saw there were several people waiting and could have simply stated something like, sorry for your wait. Hotel was very cleaned, room was immaculate and had a great variety of breakfast options. The pool was closed on the first day due to an incident that occurred per a guest. The only issue was there were not many TV stations, normally NBC is my preference, BUT I enjoyed my stay and location.

Breakfast was good and they kept it replenished even with all the guests. The full size fridge was really great and the kitchen set was good, minus only having a single fork for our silverware set. That wasn’t a huge deal- the biggest issue was just they did not ever come and take care of our room
