This was a fantastic last minute booking. The apartment was just under an hour drive from the Le Shuttle terminal, incredibly easy to find, check-in, we were able to park directly outside the front of the apartment, and the area has two Carrefour supermarkets nearby (one within walking distance, and the other just a few minutes drive away, which you pass on your way to the apartment). The apartment was immaculately clean, and smelt fresh as soon as we walked in. There were a few signs of wear and tear on some of the chairs, but this didn’t bother us, and there wasn’t an oven but a microwave, again we ate out so wasn’t a problem, however I think if you were planning on staying longer than one night it maybe a struggle if you were intending to cook your meals at the apartment. We had the ground floor apartment, so our view of the beach was obscured by the parked cars along the beach front, however having a physically disabled daughter it made accessibility so much easier as she was able to directly walk in and out of the apartment through the patio door after I had checked in using the front door. There is an elevator if staying above ground level.
We felt very safe staying here, it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the most beautiful views.. was lucky enough to watch one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen!
I can’t comment on what it might be like to stay here during peak season as we visited at the end of January, but we would definitely come back here again!

There is no reception at site!! you should know French otherwise you would have problem to communicate with the reception by ONLY PHONE. They do not speak English at all. TRRIBLE!!!

Even though wi-if is listed, it didn’t work for the duration of the stay. When asked, the front desk said that it was due to the local weather. So be advised the wi-fi is weather dependent.....

Séjour les pieds sans l’eau
Très bon séjour, hôtel avec un emplacement idéal et un aménagement où il ne manque presque rien ( un tire-bouchon serait le bienvenu). Petits points d’amélioration sur le ménage ( vitres et cuvette des wc entartrée), la literie un peu trop molle et petits matelas accolés et une lampe pour le lit superposé du bas… mais la vue est sensationnelle ! Quelques brochures sur les commerces et restaurants seraient un plus.

superbe vue sur la plage appartement assez grand et confortable seul bémol pas de wifi, donc pas de connexion possible et on ne capte pas non plus avec son téléphone donc pas de télétravail possible ce qui est très problématique. obligée de changer de résidence et d'aller en ville pour travailler ce qui m'a donc gâché quand même ma venue sinon personnel à l'écoute.

Une vue un aménagement qui vieilli
Séjour sympa l'appartement est très bien placé la vue sur mer c'est dépaysant et magnifique mais cloison phonique avec le voisinage très fin état du canapé laissant a désire douche fendue et joints de carrelage inexistant il vieilli mal... Notre mauvaise réelle surprise pour 4 adultes (40 a 70ans) et 2enfants et d'avoir découvert sur place qu'il n'y avait qu'un lit double le reste c'est du lit superposé de 70 de largeur! Je n'ai donc que très peu et mal dormi! Aucune solution ne nous a été proposé....

Quand 4 convives s’assoient à la table, il n’y a pas assez de place pour sortir dans le couloir, mur qui gâche la vue de la mer depuis le canapé. Bref, le plan de l’appartement a été dessiné par un stagiaire de 1ère année sans talent ni compétence... les chambres sont minuscules mais cela suffit pour des vacances. (Les exploitants ne sont pas responsables des plans de construction, mais le promoteur et l’architecte du projet oui)
Enfin, en cas de tempête, les systèmes d’aération sont très bruyants et ne peuvent pas être fermés... pour des appartements sur digue, ceci est problématique.

Excellent emplacement. Bon agencement et propreté. Difficile de se parquer quand on doit arriver à 15h. Compliqué avec des enfants en bas âge. On devrait avoir le code garage ne fut ce que pour décharger.

A l'arrivée le digicode ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dut attendre que quelqu'un nous ouvre la porte! le lendemain je contacte Evancy pour expliquer la situation et éventuellement un nouveau code, on me dit qu'il à été vérifié et qu'il fonctionne, effectivement le lendemain ça fonctionnait. Pour s'excuser de la gène on me propose les petit dej gratuit pour le Dimanche, j'accepte et me rend donc vers un autre Evancy pour récupérer mes petit dej pour Femme et enfant! la joie à été de courte durée puisque aucune communication n'à été faite, donc pas de petit dej dispo...dommage. Sinon appart sympa et vue sur la mer géniale. des petits désagréments qui aurait pu tourner à la cata!

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass insbesondere die Küche und der Aufenthaltsraum nur unzureichend oder gar nicht gesäubert oder gesaugt war. Auf dem Fenster, an den Küchenschränken und den Fernseher warum Schmierspuren sichtbar, da offensichtlich mit einem schmutzigen Tuch der Schmutz nur verteilt wurde.
Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, richtig sitzen an einem Tisch kann man dort nicht.
Der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer ist toll. Die Unterkunft hat direkt vor dem Haus Parkplätze, die auch kostenlos sind.

Bel endroit sur le front de mer. Appartement agréable. Surpris toutefois que cette résidence hôtelière ne propose ni accueil physique, ni possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur place (sauf à le commander à l'avance...), ni service de lit (il faut faire son lit à l'arrivée), ni service de serviettes de toilettes (là encore à commander, en supplément donc). Ces règles n'ont pas été clairement précisées, enfin si, dans un mail, noyé dans le reste, et absolument pas indiqué lors de ma réservation sur le site \"hotel.com\". Si ça avait été le cas, je n'aurais probablement pas réservé mes 5 nuits... Je voyage chaque semaine, et je fréquente un ou plusieurs hôtels ou résidences hôtelière chaque semaine depuis de nombreuses années. Je connais donc le type de prestation attendue, en fonction de la région visitée. J'avoue, cette fois, j'ai été surpris et un peu déçu. Dernier point, il m'a fallu demander à 3 reprises une facture pour finir par la recevoir par mail. J'ai également eu une personne de chez Holiday Suites au téléphone, le matin de mon arrivée, qui devait me rappeler pour me donner une info, mais qui n'a jamais rappelé... Voilà pour mes impressions.

Da vi ankomleiligheten og ringte oppgitte nr,kjente de ikke til vår bestilling som var bekreftet gjennom hotels.com. Etter å ha mailet bekreftelsen og diverse telefoner,kom vaskehjelpen og måtte vaske ett annet rom enn det vi hadde bestilt. Vi ventet utenfor huset I 5 timer før vi endelig kom inn og da var gulvene våte og ikke alt helt rengjort. Hadde heldigvis sett at man måtte ha håndkle og såpe med seg. Leiligheten var I seg selv helt topp med nydelige senger og fantastisk utsikt selv om balkongen var smal. Mye frustrasjon ødela oppholdet da vi fikk mail fra holiday suites der de trakk nesten 100 € mer enn den oppgitte pris fra hotels.com. har sendt klagemail,men får ingen svar tilbake. Styr unna !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement neuf et très bien situé. Cependant, mauvaise surprise du côté du prix : le prix réclamé par l'hôtelier a été fortement majoré par l'agence. Je ne saurais coter les services, n'en ayant pas bénéficier en appartement.
