The air con or fan does not work since 2015 as the receptionist said, very hot rooms, dirty bathroom, the only areas cleaned was the bedding sheets, even the duvet was dirty.
Beds and room dirty with bugs, i was there for only one night and it was enough to not return.
Wall is peeling off, bed unstable and soft, windows lock broken, no fan, no air con, bathroom shower curtain missing holders, very small and not comfortable.
To cancel is very difficult because they don’t receive messages or call, reception very stinky and the people around makes you feel in a proper gang area.

Never anymore.

Cancelled the trip after 1 night stay (had 5 nights booked) Room stank of cigarettes, burn holes in the smelly throw. Damage to the room. Doors not secure. A lot of migrant activity in the surrounding area. Left for security reasons. Bad experience.

Not the worst place I have ever stayed

JUst SO small. Locks and windows had been violently broken in the past and hastily repaired. SAFETY was a concern, even for the managers who even buzzed in customers during daylight hours. Ours was the only car in the parking lot, even with many other peolpe staying. Even the clicking heels after midnight didn't have a car. I guess they were on the clock.
Over all, I would never recommend an outsider staying there. Forget it if you are a woman traveling alone.

2 rooms with 3 single beds in each room
We received
2 rooms with 1 x double and 1 x single
Pronlem with that is they expect my children of teenage years old and of different sex ie female/ male to share double bed even though by law kids over age 10 need seperate beds rooms etc reception woman was about as english and as helpful as a gnome saying email problem the morning after honestly its worst hotel ever people with slashed wrists on campus threatening shouting etc do not stay here

We knew what we were getting before we book, but as it was a last min thing and school holidays, there were no other options.

Its awful. Its a place where people \"live\" full time, with what seems like gangs running up and down the stairway all evening. Paper thin walls, smelly rooms, didnt even use the shower.

We had a very early tunnel crossing and only used the room for a couple of hours.

Would like to say a huge thank you to the nice guy on reception, eho stayed open for us as we were late arriving.

Think that will be our last stay

We have stayed here many times over the last 8 years. It is cheap place to stay and serves its purpose. However this year we noticed a large amount of undesirable people around the hotel and we were woken at 1am by cars screeching around the adjacent supermarket carpark. It is the first time we have ever felt unsafe at this hotel. Great shame as it’s convenience and price were it’s good points.

No confort at all... Our advice : DELETE them of your list.

We were given a room with a connecting door into another room, the door did not fit well and was not soundproof, with some improvisation with a first aid plaster managed to get a better fit. Not impressed at all.
As with all premiere class hotel I have stayed at in the last 2 weeks, has seen better days, and now in need of refurbishment.

I emailed several days ahead and when I got no response I called from England and spoke to the reception to request a late book in. I was assured that someone would be on the reception When I arrived with two small children, the hotel was closed, no one answered the buzzer or the phone, which I rang repeatedly. I had no where to stay and had to drive until 4am to find a hotel several hours from Dunkirk. I want to request a refund.

Well, just like all MacDonalds restaurants are the same in service and quality, you'd expect the same for Première Class hotels. Not here. Ridiculously hard to contact over the phone - tried more than ten times only to still not know when the latest check-in is, 9, 10 or 11pm? In the middle of the night the power went off (only in our room it seems), when reporting this in the morning, no apology and they did not even try to fix it! Ah well, what do you expect from a room where even the toilet roll holder is broken and the loo rolls are soaking wet on the bathroom sink. No première class for me anymore.

I hated this hotel. If I could i would give it 0 stars. Unless you sre on a really really tight budget please dont book this hotel.
Its dirty, its smelly, its dishusting.
We had dead bugs in the room the bathroom was filthy. Water didnt drain out of the shower. No sosp or gel in the bathroom.

The room was mediocre. It was OK for what I paid for it. The service was garbage. The guy only spoke French at a customer service position which is one thing but also when I would speak English and he would speak French he was getting mad because I couldn’t understand him. Naturally I couldn’t understand him because we were speaking different languages. Also one of the lights didn’t work in the room I told him about it he came in did try to change out the lightbulb which didn’t fix the problem so that was the end of it I just didn’t have that light for the rest of the trip. There was a chair in the shower which was nice because I am handicapped

Where to start? Two light switches broken to the state they were dangerous. Toilet stained and to flush you have to put your hand into the broken cavity where a button used to be and work out how to twist it to flush. Shower would not drain resulting in flooding. Walls filthy with stains and scratches.The dirtiest heater I've ever seen. Lights on walkways not working. TV worked and sheets were clean. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Disgusting.

The room needed some refurbishment. You could see where wallpaper was damaged from water leak from above. The seat in the wet room for use by a wheelchair user was broken and should have been removed. I have used other premiere classe before and always found them to be suitable for overnight stay. Heating did not work

Reminiscent of a cabin on a boat. The room appeared clean, but there was dust in the air, which I noticed since I'm quite allergic to dust. The walls are paper thin both between rooms and to the outside balconies, with quite a bit of foot traffic into the early morning. The third bed is a bunkbed above the double which says it's not suitable for under 6 year olds, but is too close to the ceiling for over 10 year olds - definitely not fit for teenagers who have reached full height already. It was extremely cheap though so didn't expect much.

This hotel is suitable for nothing other than a one night stay. It's cheap and the bed isn't too bad however the rooms are tiny and the walls are thin. The bathroom is similar to what i'd expect in a caravan. Although the rooms are non smoking there were cigarette burns a plenty and a smell of smoke in our room. When we asked for another room we were given a can of febreze to spray the room lmao.Our stay was disturbed by neighbouring guests with 5 dogs in their room and later an unhappy guest who had been expelled shouting his displeasure at 2 in the morning and then sounding his car horn at 5.30am. Have no expectations and you won't be disappointed, better than sleeping in your car I suppose.

We arrived late at night and had issues paying the €2.40 local tax with a card so the receptionist called the night manager to assist. He instructed the receptionist in French that if we can't pay, he's to send us away and not think twice about it, in a lot less polite words, as he arrogantly assumed that we wouldn't understand anything they say. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine but what a disgraceful service!

Ok if you're tired out and need a bed for the nigh

The only reason we stayed here was as a place to rest our weary heads after a grueling 12 hour drive up from Limoux (Aude) and prior to getting the ferry to Dover at 8am the following morning in advance of another 6.5 hour trip 'up north'. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite; no complaints at all. The room we checked into had a problem with the lock on the door which couldn't be locked from the inside (always check this wherever we go!) but were given another room immediately with a locking door! I wouldn't exactly recommend it to a friend but as a basic, cheap stop off point en route to the UK it was adequate: the beds, toilet and shower were clean. Ok for the money but as the saying goes \"You get what you pay for\".

Awful, awful! Unclean, constant noise (hotel is next to a truck stop), room constantly smelt like smoke, no bedsheets on the second day, limited facilities (no hairdryer, kettle, soap etc) and only half of the lights in the room worked (after changing rooms because none of the lights worked in the first one). ‘Bathroom’ (code for a plastic tiny wet room) needed a good scrub, there were panels hanging off of the wall and the shower curtain was broken (not that it stopped anything from getting wet.

I was initially tempted to walk away from this when I saw the room, but persevered. The guy at the front was pleasant but when I got to the room, it reeked of smoke and there were no towels. Towels were quickly provide and an open window made the air in the room bearable. Bed was clean and very comfortable. There is a big grocery store next door, but some of the young guys hanging atmround in the afternoon prompted me to take everything out of the car and up to the room. There is a fence around the property but the gate must be left open for cars. Price was right for the property.

I only needed a place to put my head for the night so I could catch the ferry in the morning. Checked in paid and then left and went to a different hotel to spend the night. Second time staying at this hotel franchise once in Calais and the brief encounter at this one and have come to a conclusion that they rent rooms to the government who in turn house migrants in them. Will never book them again.

Despite being quite small, we found the room more than pleasing for what we paid for. The staff were naturally friendly and interested. The room had controllable heating, TV, Clean towels daily, Small but very usable wardrobe with side storage and hangers for coats etc, Handy location plus easy access to a large supermarket, Enjoyable breakfast for a great price, secure gated parking, Hot water, Clean and comfy bed, Easy access out to Dunkirk plus motorway systems for drivers. For a weekend break and as a base to explore, we would 100% stay again. Only other thing, bring your own kettle and tea bags/coffee but this is not a negative thing and the staff will lend you a mug and sugar cubes if need be.

On a cycling trip around the area, all I wanted was a comfortable bed, decent shower and some breakfast - that's what this place provides. There is also an excellent oriental buffet 50 yards away and supermarket is 200 yards. Ideal for a pit stop but not the place for a romantic weekend...

I requested a non smoking room. At arrival there was only one room available and the room stank of smoke. It was 2am in the morning an we were so tired so had no option but to stay.
All my clothes, my hair had a horrible smell all weekend.
I would not recommend this place at all.

Premiere classe hotels

We always use premiere classe if we can as hotel is always clean and tidy, the location for this one was very hard to find and had to go into Carrefour supermarket car park to get in.
