Our stay in Saint Kitts was absolutely unforgettable! 🌴☀️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful tropical atmosphere that perfectly captures the magic of the island.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto the balcony to see the turquoise water was truly a dream. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the property made our stay feel luxurious yet relaxed.

The staff went above and beyond especially Chuck every single day. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed — whether it was recommendations for local spots, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we were enjoying our stay. Their kindness made the experience even more special.

The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect for unwinding, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water whenever we wanted. Everything felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for guests to truly relax and soak in the beauty of Saint Kitts. 🌊

What really stood out was the overall atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. It felt like the perfect island escape.

Don’t waste your time getting the all inclusive package. It’s not all inclusive. We purchased it then they told us no drinks are included, breakfast items on the menu are not included, room service is not included, and lunch wasn’t included. If nothing is included but continental breakfast and dinner (only 2 choices) then it is not all inclusive. I feel scammed truly.

I recently stayed at KOI Resort Saint Kitts and had a mixed experience.

Prior to arrival, I had arranged transfers to the hotel, but when I arrived they had not been organized. When I used the word “transfers,” the front office agent repeatedly corrected me by saying “transport,” which felt unnecessary and came across as rude. After speaking with the Front Office Manager, they kindly comped my transfers, which I appreciated.

The highlight of my stay was Food & Beverage. The restaurant team, including the Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, were exceptional. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. They truly went out of their way to make my dining experiences enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the front office team needs significant improvement. Many basic questions could not be answered, including simple inquiries about charges on my card. When calling the front desk, I was placed on hold for long periods (up to 10 minutes). On one occasion I had to hang up, and when I called back it seemed the agent had forgotten about the call entirely.

Housekeeping also needs attention. My room was not properly cleaned on arrival—there was hair on the floor and mold in the mini fridge.

Overall, I rate my stay 3 stars. I would return to dine at the restaurant, but I would not stay at the resort again unless there are improvements in front office service and housekeeping standards.

The staff were super friendly but the hotel overall was unorganized.I arrived at 3, didn’t get a room until 5. This is after awaking at 3am that day to travel. Not ok. There were people waiting ahead of me losing their minds.At the bar, the staff were fighting each other. I asked for water in my room and never received the one day. I believe the overall problem was lack of training and proper leadership. The employees were trying their best. You could see this.

Restaurant staff were great- service was pretty slow but the staff were very nice. First few days went well until our fourth day when the smoke alarm kept going off, our bathroom wall started leaking water all the way out to the hallway and we came back to our room that night to find a large cockroach on the floor. Requested to speak to a manager about these issues- don’t expect to find help from upper management if you have an issue. They’ll tell you that they’ll “get back to you probably tomorrow”.

Excellent rooms, clean and modern. Plenty of American plugs and usb charging. Beach was pretty but too much seaweed and waves to go in. Pool was great though. We only stayed 2 nights and that was just enough. Restaurant had excellent food but service was hit or miss. Some were great some were horriffically slow and not good at clearing table or even menus just overall half the servers we had did not seem like they cared or wanted to be there and just mopped around. I would stay again for a night if needed but had a much better experience and time on Nevis at our hotel there.

Nice property but a bit dated. Some of the things that you'd expect at any decent Hinton- ice machine, complimentary water in the room- are lacking. The room does not have a frigider, only an ex-mini bar masquerading as one, but it doesn't cool at all. The hotel seems to have rooms unavailable/under renovation (on the 5th floor) but when we asked for an upgrade with balcony (it was out anniversary) we obtained it (we got better upgrades at other Hilton properties. The hotel has a lovely outside pool area but it wasn't accessible when we wanted to use it around 11 PM, because \"security locked it and they won't be around soon to unlock it\".

If were to use some of the cupbaord space with a little bigger WORKING refridegerator and a hot plate, the rating would be excellent.

Staff was very nice and our upgraded ocean front, king suite was fantastic! Room was clean and had views of both the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the corner unit on the 5th floor. The AC was a bit difficult to get to regulate the temperature properly and the smoke detector kept going off. While there was a refrigerator and sink, there was no microwave (one available in shop by front desk) and to fill the ice bucket, one had to go down and give it to the desk and have it delivered to room (no ice machines available to customers). There was no bar/hand soap available in the two bathrooms. The free shuttle service runs once per day and takes you to one of three beaches and is a godsend as the hotel is located on the rough Atlantic side and away from any stores or commercial establishments within walking distance. The drivers were great and offered information about the island and would stop briefly for grocery shopping or photos. Great guys!! The beach in front of the hotel is narrow and for the most part unusable. The beach in front of the beautiful golf course is littered with debris and dead sea grass.

First I must say the staffs are so nice the way they welcome visitors I wasn’t sure about where to stay I was going for a funeral I was worried but I must say I give them 10/10 the only problems was the room to the hotel bad that’s not there fault but the front desk to the pool everyone was great I call and in minutes they arrived. Secondly Ms Stephanie she is at the front desk I could send out calls and the fact she help me to get to my rental company I regret not traveling with cash cause people like her I would sure tip big thanks again Ms Stephanie

The AC didn't work well and wasn't fixed even though we asked.
The door battery died on us and few little more hiccups.
The internet in the hotel is truly the worst. You had to manually log in every half an hour or so because the internet will kick you out. And when it was working the speed was too slow to open some apps on the phone.
The restaurant in the hotel is your only option around and it will cost you!
If you drink coffee a shot of espresso will cost you $6.20 usd.
The beach is too rough to swim because it's on the Atlantic side but they do provide free 10 minutes shuttle to a beach on the Caribbean side of the island.
Also the pool is typically windy but it is beautiful.
The staff was super nice and helpful.
The view from the every room balcony is gorgeous.

In the first room , The ac in the room did not work , the fridge does not keep the items chilled. The hot water was not working. We were switched . Everything but the fridge worked.

Even though the reception team was informed of my birthday . The flower petals were laid on the bed the next day . Because the room was never cleaned that day even though the dign was on the door.

Went for an evening snack off property , because the menu on property does not change. No one wants to eat the same thing each day. Mix it up , and no local dishes.

Left the sign on door to have room made up .even told the front desk agent Stephanie to have them clean the room as a back up . Still was not done. Mind you we were on property until 1pm . Returned @5pm . Nothing was done .
Called reception asked for soap , the guy who was clearly not housekeeping came to the door 4 times to bring various items we asked for and no soap but 3 bottles of lotion.

Jamal and Ansenata from the restaurant were great at their jobs . Overall poor service , will never return to Koi again in st Kitts.

We got our keys check in to our room I had a few chocolate bars and couples bottle of water put it in the chiller/fridge in the room went out cones back found it they were all melted. Call reception they send up someone to look at it told us they will replace but they never did. Fitted sheet on the bed was not iron, cleaner came on the following day clean our room took all the towels in the bathroom that used for the floor as I dried on the rails not even replace them so I call the reception and they send someone with one hand towel over to us to used for the bathroom floor which is this bathroom it's had a shower room separated from the bathroom and the toilet. Don't get me wrong but it is a beautiful tile floor but I can't believe they just expect us to walk around with wet feet's after having a shower/bath so we used our dirty clothes for the bathroom following morning I asked the reception for some floor towels they never give us any. Saturday morning just after 12.00am in the morning we were woken up by the fire alarm we went downstairs to the reception area through the ste stairs way there was only one staff member downstairs we asked him what happened ge told us someone set the fire alarm off in the kitchen nothing else. Mt overall experience with Koi was not good at all especially our porch was so dust and have spider webs too. Im not the type to complain about anything but I thought I might wrote one for Koi.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at the Koi St. Kitts Hotel was so bad, I had to take a minute to calm down before writing this. Hands down, one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.
From check-in, it was a disaster. The front desk agent wasn’t warm or welcoming—she was juggling other guests mid-conversation with me. She even asked for two IDs because I had another person in the room. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never been asked for that. Then, when she asked if I was a Hilton member, I said yes but didn’t recall my number. The process dragged on so long I had to ask if I was finished, only to be told she was “multitasking.” All while flies buzzed around the lobby.

The next day at 3:00 AM, my room alarm inexplicably went off, followed by a constant buzzing or banging—either from the fridge or next door. I reported it immediately. It was never fixed.

When I returned to my room later that day, there were no fresh towels and nothing had been replenished. After calling the front desk, housekeeping eventually arrived—with the most hostile, unprofessional attitude I’ve ever seen. She actually asked if I was going to make the bed or if she had to do it, then complained it was the end of her shift and she didn’t know why “this was now her problem.” Her tone was so aggressive, I shut my door and called the front desk again. No guest should feel unsafe in their own hotel room.

The hotel’s solution? A free breakfast. Not a room discount, not a late

Overall it's a nice, cozy property. When I first checked in the room had an unbearable stench. It was immediately reported to housekeeping. However, it did not go away... it seemed like a septic issue. However, they were very responsive and eventually changed my room to one that was cleaner and fresher.

There were also a series of electricity outages. However, there was no communication about that whatsoever as the power kept going on/off. That could have been handled much better to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

We could not check in at our prearranged date due to flooding around the hotel so as a result, we had to book another reservation for our first night elsewhere. We were also awakened by loud emergency sirens on multiple occasions during our stay. The gym key also stopped working on day 4 and had to be replaced. Other than those issues, this is s phenomenal hotel that is very clean and modern.

The perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Koi Resort St Kitts. From the moment we stepped out of the airport we were warmly received and taken directly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and quick with some of the best customer service I've experienced at front desk. A special thank you to Kayla & Shealiyah. The restaurant delivered some amazing food that we both really enjoyed. The Spa was very refreshing and we really enjoyed our massages as well. Thank you to Sophia for making that happen. The property was close to that airport and was a nice clean facility, but aside from the pool there was not much the property had to offer. The beach here is not swimmable, the location was not really close to much and so you’d have to taxi everywhere for about $20 one way. The little convenience store at the hotel could definitely use an upgrade, I bought a razor and a canned juice and was charged $20 so it seemed a bit excessive plus nothing was labeled with pricing information in the store so that was not helpful.

The staff was generally friendly and booked us a taxi when we requested and also let us check out a bit later which was nice and because we only planned to stay 1 night this hotel was suitable but for a family on vacation or someone staying looking to stay multiple nights the location and lack of facilities or amenities may be the biggest downside.

The food wasn’t the best and the fact that they came in the room to clean even when sign wasn’t presented on the door was kind of crazy. My children was in the bed sleeping one of the 2 times they did.
