I loved the entire property. I felt like i was on a cruise because of the stairway and lay out then I look outside and see that we’re not moving. I loooved that there were 3 pools. The food in all the places was yummy. Breakfast buffet was the best. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I give 8/10 because the beach was not good. If I return to st kitts I will be staying at the Marriott. I only left the property once. I was never bored.

The staff, breakfast was amazing and the pool and cleaning staff phenomenal. Only issues is that the rooms have a shared balcony, yes your neighbor can literally walk to ur sliding door in the main rooms. I found that super weird but we stayed and just pretended and hoped we had lovely neighbors. Also the beach is full of seaweed so if you plan to hit the beach rent a car or schedule a tour to a local beach like reggegae beach.

I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. The beach chairs are old and outdated. They do clean the pools every morning and the staff does greet you. The restaurants are not the best. The pizza stand is ok the buffet on Wednesdays for seafood night It’s not worth it overcooked lobster and fish. But some edible side dishes. I enjoy the breakfast at Calypso which was the best option they have going for them. I must say it is a walkable distance to many restaurants as well as the supermarket where you can buy a few groceries and liquor. You can walk to the beach. I would say it’s about a 12 minute walk to go to the Caribbean side of the beach. it’s a very nice Place. I would recommend it great for children. The rooms just need an uplift but other than that i would give this place a 3.8 out of 5. Be prepared for everything to close early. Keep that in mind.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and so were the facilities. Our main concern was the lack of free access to the WiFi as part of the package, unless you join the Bonvoy scheme. Having said that, the staff were very helpful in helping us to do this.

Everyone was very friendly and drink prices were very fair. Food on the property was also good. The property is older lacking elevators in buildings so the third floor got tiresome. The main building(lobby, bars, gym, and restaurants) had no functioning Air conditioning. The beach is on the Atlantic side and was full of seaweed.

This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy.

Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. She also made sure that our room was spotless each day of our stay. Thank you Tamara.

Eating and drinking at the resort is expensive which is the reason for my overall rating of 4 stars. Dinner for two $120+ ( no alcohol included). Breakfast buffet for two $70.00+. My husband liked to enjoy a Guinness at the bar in the evening after dinner $13.00. There is an automatic gratuity of 18% added to every food and drink order at all restaurants on and off the property, and a tip on top of that is appreciated. Hence the high prices.

With all that being said, this is a really lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great ambiance, and I would stay here again if I return to St. Kitts.

Music at the pool as too loud and the music as bad....in my opinion the resort should have a \"relaxing chill , smooth lounge music selections.
I would not return to the hotel for these reasons.

Unfortunately, due to the out of control seaweed situation at this hotels beach, you can’t swim in the water and on some days you can’t even sit on the beach due to the bugs. The pools were all great and the staff were lovely but I was extremely disappointed about the beach situation. Also, there aren’t enough places in the room to dry wet items, caused a very damp and uncomfortable environment which was welcoming to bugs and the like. Be prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of money on taxis.

The resort is in a lovely location, just off the beach. The whole area is maintained beautifully, the trees and the flowers offer a pretty backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and the gym is excellent. There are an array of bars and restaurants.
And the staff are just wonderful!
This is our third visit and we’re already booking to come back in 2027!

The only con was that private beach had so much sea weed we could use the beach at all.
The property is old but beautiful.. the rooms needs a little TLC but overall great hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of places to eat outside the resort if you like to go out and about

Tried to book a waxing at the spa but there were no available staff until later in the day.
Our ocean view room was nice however the screen on the sliding door was broken so could not leave it open at night in lieu of AC. The AC was very loud and noisy. The beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean so it was rough and so much seaweed. We opted to take cabs to the Carribean side to swim.

After booking a room with a kitchen online, I contacted the hotel to confirm and was told my reservation did not include one. After verifying that my original booking did list a kitchen, I went back and forth with the hotel but was still told none was available, so I canceled and rebooked a suite.

Upon arrival, we explained the situation and were told it would be looked into, but never heard anything further. The “suite” itself was disappointing; two small beds in one room and a largely empty adjoining space with just a sofa. The patio had only two chairs, no table, and overlooked the pool bathrooms. Despite multiple requests, we were never provided a table for either the room or patio.
At one point, we returned to find our room door propped open with no one inside, which was concerning. We reported it to the front desk and were told it would be investigated, but again received no follow-up.

Another frustrating experience occurred when we bought ice cream for our kids. When one cone broke and started leaking, I asked for a cup and was told I’d have to pay extra. The front desk said no manager was available and that someone would follow up, but no one did.

Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations. Staff were not particularly friendly and consistently failed to follow through on requests or concerns. Based on this experience, we would not return to this property.

Beautiful property. Overall staff very friendly. Good location on the island. Lots of things to do. Housekeeping on several days was lacking, sink was very slow to drain and hot water would stop during a shower (you have to wait for a minute or two for it to come back). These are the only reasons we didnt give 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic! The room was spotless every day and we were so impressed on the level of service! The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. One of us was sick during our stay and the front desk staff contacted a physician and we were able to get the help needed in such a timely manner! So very appreciated! We didn’t encounter one person at the resort who wasn’t kind, considerate and always willing to help us with whatever we needed! We greatly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return! The hotel is extremely dated and unclean. We encountered several cockroaches in the room. Each evening until 10:00 p.m., there is live entertainment, which may sound appealing; however, it takes place directly in the hotel lobby at an extremely loud volume, making it impossible to sleep before then. This was particularly challenging when needing to leave early for a morning flight.

The staff were wonderful and truly the highlight of the stay, but unfortunately the property itself was very disappointing. While the beach was beautiful, the pool was dirty and overcrowded, and the food was inedible. Overall, aside from the staff, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property for a vacation.

Our room was very clean and the staff was great. The room was cleaned or freshened up each day during our stay. Staff was very accomodating . Just prior to our arrival we realized that we would possibly have to use the stairs to get to our room Subsequently we requested a room on the first level. That request was met without a problem.

The entire resort was clean and for the most part well maintained.There were also sufficient dining options the property.

After upgrading me to what they said was an exclusive ocean front suite on the fifth floor, we could not get hot water all weekend. When I called to get assistance, it took the maintenance people over three hours to arrive. Then three people arrived together, to ultimately tell my wife and me that our room was located too far from the water heater (which makes me wonder why they would have put us in that room if they knew the water heater could not heat the water in that room).

St Kitts and Nevis islands are stunning and what stands out is the people. Our hotel was very large and dated but the service , food and overall vibe made up for things. It was a special anniversary trip and the hotel staff made sure that we were having a great time. Housekeeping and the front desk sent a bottle of wine to our room along with a beautiful happy anniversary sign, fresh flowers and towel
Sculpture on our bed. Everyone from the front desk to the pool and bars remembered our name and were constantly checking in to ensure our stay was memorable. The concierge organized great restaurant recommendations and were a pleasure to deal with.

My friends told them it was my birthday, they never sent a piece of cake.
The hotel is very nice but there’s no entertainment like DR or Mexico. They lack activities. Definitely not a resort vibe. It’s very quiet at night /boring. But beautiful place and clean.

The casino experience was ok. The staff was attentive and offered complimentary drinks several times while we were gaming. It's a small casino and games were limited and out of date. I didn't care for the free play \"10 for 10\" set up. The hotel staff went above and beyond to do a nice display with flowers and wine in honor of our anniversary. I wish this kind of attention carried forward whenever we had to call down to the front desk for something. It was over an hour wait on any requests outside of room service. I would definitely stay again given the overall experience.

The property is beautiful, the heated pool is a plus. The room was very, very clean. The beach on a good day s awesome. But on a bad day lots of seaweed. The ocean is rough, not for non-swimmer or children. My daughter and I loved the waves. The hotel has the best pizza!!! The only thing I don't like is the fare to get off the property. It is expensive...$10 each way for a 4 minute drive, so do the math if you go further. The food at the hotel is expensive, apart from the pizza, the food taste ok, nothing spectacular.

I didnt like waking up in the wee hours of the morning with termite all over the room and the bed and myself. We had to run out of the room because the office was raking too long to come. After all this, the supervisor Ms. Tyson had the audacity to off us breakfast for two in their overpriced resturant. After she realized hiw peeved i was, she raised it to $125.00 which equates to a dinner for two. I would not go back or encourage anyone to go there. As a matter of fact, i would tell them to go anywhere but there.

There are limited options for lunch and facilities because it’s “off season” even after an all-inclusive package was offered to guests. Simply don’t offer it if you’re not serving up to par as you usually would.. other guests like myself are paying the same just as those during cruise ship docking and peak season or just don’t offer the all inclusive package. There are no water refilling fountains on this property. Secondly, don’t advertise the beach when it’s clear it’s on the Atlantic side and full of seaweed that you cannot swim or even relax on it. Also, take a page out of other islands’ all inclusive package when they say “all inclusive” and pay for it, not limit guests to only children drinks and all non-alcoholic beverages while your package is way overpriced for such.

This a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. There was access to everything from restaurants on the strip to a pharmacy and market across the street. There were taxis always readily available to take you wherever you needed to go and the airport was less than 10 min away. Everything about this hotel was just convenient.

This property shows much better on the internet. Very dated rooms with visible wear and tear - and - neglect. The poor area was very nice, but the rooms desperately need refreshing.

The breakfast is terrible; service is adequate (2.5 out of 5) and the food was below standard (presentation and taste were equally bad). There are off premises breakfast options available. This was a complete waste of money.

Check in was very sterile; other friends who stayed at the same time were offered two bottles of water at check in and some in the room. We were not offered any nor were there any in the room. Inconsistent!

This was my second time staying at the Marriott in St Kitts. Overall it was a good experience. Only issue is that after spending my first night the next morning while I was laying in bed someone walked into my room apparently there was a mix up with the system and they gave someone else the keys to my room when he was checking in. I was shocked by this but didnt make it to much of an issue. They gave me a $75 credit for the inconvenience.

Do not stay here. Terrible hotel. Terrible and lazy staff and management
Dirty. Nothing works in rooms. Yet they charge super high prices and DO NOT CARE WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. When I asked for anything it never was brought to room. Nothing worked. The hot water machine in room, the air con, the refrigerator, the tv all non functional. When I said to a manager please come to my room so you can see they came with 2 police type security as if I a 59 yr old lady was a criminal. Appalling. The pool water dirty.
Horrible crash hotel. When I asked for a partial refund they gave me only $100 for this treatment. Shame on Marriott who only cares about their collection of our money.
