Beautiful view, spacious with a kitchen. It's a nice spot. However you get what you get once you arrive (ie. don't ask for anything). Very minimal kitchen supplies, Ice maker didn't work and panel to adjust refrigerator/freezer temperatures was broken. We called the front desk 3 times to get ice. Each time they said they would send someone up but no one ever came. Also there are no nearby grocery stores, so unless you have rented a car, it's a hassle to try and stock the kitchen. Restaurant was very good and quick beach walk to the Beach Bar which was terrific. Indian restaurant across the street was exceptional too.

If a nice big pool is a big deal for you DO NOT STAY HERE! The “pool” is basically a water feature. Horrible. We also were not made aware that our room was up 3 flights of stairs. We left 3 days early with no compensation. Management needs to get it straight!

The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a full open kitchen and screened balcony sitting area. the resort is wildly understaffed. There was only one employee at check-in who needed to take each family checking in to their rooms, and then come back to the front desk to assist the next.

Yachtsman food was good, but it took 3 hours for lunch one day (an appetizer and two thin crust pizzas). Exorbitant time to just get drinks. Lunch and dinner were tasty with decent portions. Breakfast was awful...definitely not worth the money. Our legs also got eaten alive the first night at dinner. We sat at one of the outdoor tables just under the overhang. I dont know if the bites were from mosquitos or sand fleas.

The staff at the resort as a whole was helpful and friendly. I would not even call the \"pool\" a pool. It was a dark and buggy lazy river without the flow pushing you around. Most people only used the beach, which was lovely.

The kitchen was stocked, the place was beautiful, it had a couple minor things the stopper for the tub didn't fit but the showers were fine. AC worked screened in porches upstairs and downstairs are excellent mosquitos bite when sun goes down. Cats present outside at restaurant but don't beg or come to close it was nice. Cab drivers unreliable, will confirm with you and take on additional patrons during your scheduled time. I requested groceries prior to arriving received most of what was requested.

Right on the beach, great on site restaurant. Short taxi ride into downtown Charlestown. Walking distance to convenient store and Barefoot Beach Bar which is also another great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nevis!

Had a nice villa to stay in for a few days. Having kitchen and laundry in the villa provides ease and convenience for the stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Yachtsman grill was closed for work, so we could not utilize the dining there on site, but plenty of options within a short drive.

Amazing stay here! The property was phenomenal on the best beach in Nevis. The apartment condo was very nice and spacious with full kitchen, laundry etc… staff very friendly, provided quick service check in and check out. Location excellent close to everything, but car definitely recommend. Great restaurant on site. Highly recommend staying here!! Use I connect to transfer you and the rental car from St.Kitts and Nevis

Stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit. Wonderful balconey and view. Unit was clean and spacious. Not much cookware available but we did not cook while there. Was able to get prime and netflix to work but had trouble getting regular service. Enjoyed our stay.

The villa was very spacious, the area around it was nice and overall it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
The staff wasn’t the most talkative of friendly but it wasn’t terrible.
Communication was bad though, we didn’t know they could have the fridge stocked prior to our arrival and they never mentioned, we learned of this later reading guests reviews.
If you want to spend a few days just chilling this is a perfect place, just make sure you ask them to stock your fridge in advance as there are no shops nearby and the bar is closed on Tuesdays.

The villa we stayed at was very nice, bog and clean. Ground floor, right across the pool and steps from the beach and the Yatchman’s Grill restaurant. The outside grounds are well taken care off. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The AC worked well. We had a table and 6 chairs right outside our villa. Had utensils, plates, pans, glasses. Nice size refrigerator, microwave and oven. Toaster, coffee maker. Nice size closets and dressers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans. We loved it. Food at the restaurant is excellent and good service. Not too many restaurants near to walk to, you need transportation. Taking taxis, gets pricey. Beautiful beach with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Port to ho and get the water taxis to go to St Kitts is about 5/10 mns. away, driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Villas.

Lovely hotel, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant on site. Excellent room, but no elevators. Staff is nice as are all the people of this lovely, rural island. I would have appreciated more assistance with activities, rather than an invite to hear about how to buy a condo there. Cons: No reliable public transportation suitable for tourism. If you don’t drive (you must drive on the left) or rent a car you must take a taxi, which is very expensive. Off property, there are no sidewalks other than in town so walking and biking are pretty treacherous.

The Villa was gigantic. If you don't rent a car or want to pay for taxis you are stuck there. You needed a key to get out of your room- you are locked in( I was nervous about fire) The pool wasn't cleaned daily. The ocean was magnificent!!! Careful when Cruise ships arrive - the passengers came to the beach on excursions and could use the umbrellas and chairs.

The condos are very nice. They are clean, spacious, and with good services. There is a small spa and work out room. The beach is very nice. The restaurant has good food and a good wine list. However, the restaurant has contracted with cruise ships for day visitors. When it is a large group they take up all of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is a very inconsiderate imposition on the guests at the Hamilton. You can't really use the beach for those 2 hours!

It was a nice property, very quiet and tranquil.
Checking in went easy. I got a sudden upgrade on my room. But it was a nice upgrade great view. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on the sea front that you can get a bite. Least favorite was the parking. Some persons park terrible. Missing in the room is a full body mirror to view oneself. It was very inconvenient. Other than that it was spacious and nice and had all you necessary amenities.

The amenities in the room was excellent. I arrived around mid-day well before the 3:00pm check in time and longed to take a rest after a long day. The reception Staff, Tamika, was gracious. She said the room was ready and she was prepared to checked us in which she did. This was a great relief and it made my day and the stay at the property just right.

These condos are cozy. The furniture like the bed can use some upgrades, but the rooms come complete with kitchenware, washer and dryer. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options. Just wish there was a supermarket close by for grocery shopping.

The beach was one of the nicest on the island with great swimming and a nice long beach to walk on. The restaurant on site was also good. Our room was a 2 bedroom and was perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean! The service from the resort helped arrange pick up by ferry as well as did some grocery shopping for us so we had some basics when we arrived. We travelled out of peak season so it was fairly quiet. A couple of other restaurants were in walking distance, and our taxi driver took us into Charlestown to get groceries and to Pinneys beach to some bars. Pack your own snorkel and goggles so you can enjoy the sea life! All in I would recommend this as a great value place to stay on the island. Nevis was beautiful!

Spacious apartments perfect for a group of friends or family. Pleasantly surprised to find out the two bed apartment had two bathrooms. Beds are queen sized. Gorgeous grounds and friendly staff. It was great having the on-site restaurant for food and drinks (at the restaurant, on the beach, or for takeaway to eat at home). The beach is amazing and just steps from your door, and never an issue finding an empty beach chair. Thank you for a great week!

Our room was right on the beach just feet from the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets from our deck balcony every evening. Everything was clean, and very spacious. We were able to park right in front of our building which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially figuring out the island car ferry system which is a bit of challenge, but their help got us back over to St Kitts in time for our flight home. Restaurant at the hotel had great variety and was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are on the island.

The unit was lovely and had everything that you would want. The location at the beach is beautiful. The Yachtsman Grill restaurant is very convenient, with the option to call a taxi or rent a car if you would like to go elsewhere. I would have liked a few more umbrellas at the beach and some brochures describing the area's attractions in the lobby.

The room was very spacious, it was quiet and I love the trees around the area. The air was so fresh and there was a pasture next to my room with flowers and rocks and believe it or not the beach was right around the corner. It was sad I had to leave. My time at the Hamilton gets better every time I visit!!!

The Hamilton Beach is a nice property however the A/C did not work in the bedroom during our stay and the office was closed due to the Tropical storm/Hurricane Tammy. Also it would have been nice to have umbrellas in the room since you never know when it might rain in the Caribbean.

Some things could be improved (cheap soaps, sink was slow to drain but fixed immediately when we called, gaps in door jamb allowed mosquitoes to enter unit, dryer wasn't working but staff dried our clothes and returned them to us timely). Overall pleasant location and would return to this property again. On site restaurant was good with ample choices, full bar and decent wine and beer list.

Whether for business or pleasure (-I travelled for both) the personal and shared spaces were accommodating, neat and well-maintained. Did not hurt that I could walk out of my room and on to a well-kept, clean and clear water beach in less than 1 minute. Had my first massage in life, easily set up and effectively done. Staff were warm, polite and professional. 10/10 would stay there again.

No bellman service at check in. The room has a very fragrant scent, which was overwhelming. The bed was SUPER noisy and squeezed at every move. The tv Channels were mostly in Spanish. So please bring your devices to be entertained. No smart tv. And for two days there were no water for an extended time, because of this we had to cancel dinner plans and stayed in. On the positive side. The pool was nicely maintained, the other amenities in the villa was nice. The staff was friendly. I am not sure I would come back though.

This property is an excellent choice for a relaxing sabbatical.
We stayed 8 days which was out first time at St. Kitts/Nevis. July is the slow season and we had the beach to our selves for the most part. We rented a car so we were able to explore the island. Room service everyday in this nice 2 bedroom condo with 2 baths. We could use the kitchen which was fully supplied or not. The Yatchsman Grill is on property but run by someone else. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner excellent.

All people at the property, restaurants and Villas were there always available if we needed anything. The island is a peaceful, safe and beautiful place without typical tourist trappings.

You can rent a car as we did and go to St. Kitts to explore that island. Again, the main entertainment was great restaurants. The ferry across was old world on a WWII troop carrier. I had the $100.00 round trip fare blow out of my pocket without knowing One of the workers caught it and gave it back to me. The ferry had some bad reviews but don't believe them. They are obviously people who have not traveled and expect everything to be like home. Think Island time and relax for real.

Disappointed in size of bedrooms and baths

The location was great, check-in was easy, great restaurant on property, and a nice beach. The issue is that when you rent a two bedroom villa that has over 1500 square feet you don't expect to find bedrooms that are so tiny that one has a queen bed and room for only one nightstand, and the other has a full bed and room for only 1 nightstand. The bathrooms were also so tiny that there was no room to put toiletries and the second bedroom did not have the bathroom connected. The greatroom with the kitchen was obviously hugh and had lots of wasted space.
