We didn’t have an ocean view but the room and bathroom were spacious, but sand on the floor when we arrived .
The breakfast was excellent, best we’ve seen in a hotel.
Pool was nice but hot tub was lukewarm.no free parking, so keep that in mind. We could walk to several good restaurants and the beach .id stay here again and again

Our shower door wouldn't close all the way and we had to use the towels to dry the floor. Instead of fixing the door the hotel gave us more towels...Second, the window shade kept falling off the roller and i put it back on the roller each day...Third only one of the three drys worked in the laundry room...Fourth no towels to use when sitting out at the pool...Fifth every morning there was someone sleeping on the sofa with blankets next to the lobby. Not sure if the person was homeless or one of the staff but an unprofessional appearance...

We carefully chose your hotel to celebrate our 36th anniversary last week. We chose it specifically because it had a heated pool and hot tub. When we arrived (not beforehand) we found out that the pool/hot tub would be closed for the majority of our stay. We feel that this should have been stated at the time of reservation - or by email beforehand. We were also very unimpressed with the cleaning schedule. Our room was not cleaned the first day until very late afternoon (near dinner time). And then, we didn't have it cleaned the next day at all. We had full trash cans and no towels. We were told that you only service the rooms every second day. This is not the service we have ever known in any other hotel we've stayed at. Ever. On a good note ... the staff, for the most part, was very nice. However, I am sorry to say that we cannot recommend your hotel and would not stay there again.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great, but the layout is horrible. People were constantly standing in each others way because they were waiting for something to cook while others were simply trying to get plates or silverware. If the layout was rearranged, it would be fantastic. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but could use some cleaning. The best part is being so close to the beach and the Pier. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The location is great The room more of a one star. The photos online make it look way nicer than it is. As long as you don’t plan any time in the room it is fine. But there is zero seating. No chair or sofa, no coffee table. Only a tiny nightstand. It was a bed in a big empty room. It had the space for two chairs and a table or a sofa

Small room, no closet, very thin bedding. Pictures look much nicer than what it is. Sat night live music until 11pm which all you heard is the constant loud bass. Next night, neighbors were very loud until after 2am. Not much to do in area and few restaurants. Only plus was beach is very short walk away. Breakfast was not edible. Only plus was the staff at the front desk was very nice. She just started working there and was very helpful.

Where do I start? I guess you get what you pay for.
The room was small. No where to put your clothes, and one of us had to live out of our suitcase. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room 2 days out of six and we had to asked for fresh towels twice.
Mattress was comfortable, pillows were too soft.
Breakfast ends at 10am but don’t expect the coffee or food to be replenished after 9.45am. They just start to clear things then so you’ll be SOL at that time.
Front desk was very good and the Pier 6 bar on the roof was great. A special shout out to Celina from behind the bar who was particularly impressive.
A great location, close to the pier, beach and a lot of great restaurants.
At best, mediocre.

Everything was great except for the poorly prepared breakfast. Pool and water were well-taken care of. Customer service at the front desk was friendly and casual. Parking was right next door in a multiple story garage. Go grab a coffee and a breakfast pastry at the coffee shop across the street. I think for the price, they should go a little more quality on the breakfast foods and those cooking it. Food quality was like days-old and nuked. Other than the food and picking this place for the free breakfast, but being disappointed about that, the \"location, location, location\" was perfect.

Probably the most disorganized experience I’ve ever had. Stayed there to watch the Pompano drones show. I reserved and prepared a table at the roof top. When I got there there was no more place to sit. There were 3 waiters for 600 people. I managed to make an order and after almost 2 hours it never arrived. Terrible! Then the had my food to go, it was cold and bad. On top of it I had to pay 115 usd for it. Wint ever come back again to this hotel.

Honestly for a Hilton hotel. Let’s start with overpowering smell of cleaning agents in the hallway. In front of our door there was food crumbs etc. the door was painted in over in swirls looked a renovation door other doors were fine. The floor in the room was sticky, there was stains and spots on the comforter and sheets. The ac puts out a weird smell. Very disappointing for $300

Terrible experience — I do not recommend!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the service is outrageously expensive and doesn’t deliver quality to match. Breakfast was a disaster: several basic items were missing, including fruit, bread, and even coffee at times. The shower in the room didn’t work at all — an unacceptable failure that ruined any sense of comfort. And to make matters worse, the parking fee was double the price that had been advertised, which made me feel deceived.

I will definitely not return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency and comfort.

The whole staff was incompetent
I checked in on Monday. I told the staff I wanted to extend my stay. Told that was fine.
On Tuesday, I checked in with another staff member. They told me it was fine.

Sunday night I was locked out luggage held hostage security guard watched over me
No call throughout the whole day until around two when I came to check my room and that’s when I noticed I was locked out. Had to go to the front desk. That’s what was going on. Nobody told me for about 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous..

What’s the place looks like it’s gonna open for 50 years.
Horrible experience all the way around to my door knobs and one growing out to the balcony and went to the bathroom was broken off. The staff told me they knew about it and don’t worry about it. Craziest experience I’ve ever happened in upstate all over the world.

Great hotel with walking distance to beach, good restaurants and shops. Vance at the Front Desk was very welcoming and cheerful and was able to check us in earlier. We had a nice ocean view room. The floor was still sandy and probably needed another good swipe. But overall, the room was nice. The ladies at breakfast very friendly and breakfast was good. Parking is just around the corner in a parking garage for $25/day. But there are parking fees everywhere in the area!!!!So, compared to the $49/day we paid in Miami, this was ok and one can go in and out of the garage. Overall, would definitely stay again as it made our stay easy, convenient and comfortable.

Called in on 9/10 asking for early check-iin. told rto call uon arrival on 9/12. called @8:15 am upon arrival… they would work on it… missed call from hotel@11:26 Hotel called back.. room teady. upon arrival to hotel… they gave room away! Had to wait for another room… got room… only to notice there was no black out blnds… just sheer. reported t to the front desk on way out for evening… sent maintenance to room to fix… upon return front desk informed me that blinds could not be fixed… no rooms available THAT ROOM SHOULDvNOT HAVE BEEN ISSUED in the first place. They agreed to room compensation, but would have to contact thrd party that I reserved wth. No sleep that night …like day in the room. Complained to front desk… and told them that I had been ip 33 hrs no sleep… activities were planned for whole wedding weekend… I wanted my full stay comped… hotel had room avaiable… would have to pack and move upon my days return. Did so @ 10:30 that night! No drawers for clothes… 4 hangers… no ice bucket… no DO NOT DISTURB signs they ran out…. lived outta my suitcase for 4 days
Not once did I have to use my room key for the elevator as stated… was not secure as stated fir single woman. would like my stay comped… NOT just the first night! I came to enjoy my friends wedding… as others that stayed in thr TRu. They ruined an enjoyable stay for me

The Rooftop Bar was a fun place to kick back too. Our room was comfy; breakfast wasn't fancy but sufficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel left a very unpleasant impression. The ceiling in our room had stains, the balcony floor was covered in sand, and the glass doors were dirty and smudged. The pool was in terrible condition - the water looked dirty, with sand all over the bottom, clearly not cleaned properly.

Housekeeping in the room itself was okay, the bed linens were clean, but that didn’t make up for everything else.

Breakfast was awful. Everything was made from frozen products and cheap pre-cooked items, even the boiled eggs were the packaged ones from the store. After eating there I even started feeling unwell. It really felt misleading rather than real service.

I don’t mind if a hotel is simple or doesn’t have certain amenities, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But dirt and poor hygiene are unacceptable. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Where do I start?
The hotel building itself looks nice, and the morning receptionist was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The afternoon receptionist (not the skinny one) was unfriendly.

Breakfast – Awful. We tried it on the first day and could barely take more than two bites.

Pool area – Consistently dirty. They only “clean” it once a day, and it shows.

Check-in experience – We were on a waiting list to get our room early, along with 6–8 other guests. We were #4 on the list, but somehow ours was the last to be ready—20 minutes after the official 3 p.m. check-in time.

Housekeeping – Easily the worst part of our stay. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The floors were sticky, the shower had mold in several spots, and there were hairs in both the shower and on the floor. The desk lamp was literally hanging by its electrical cables.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The cleanliness and service are well below standard. We will never stay there again!!

My room was not clean well when I arrived. Dirty bathroom due to unclean shower, filthy shower door among other things that I kept noticing during my stay. Then I had to call to get the points promised to me for the inconvenience.

I did like the surrounding area and location of the parking garage but my pass didn’t work for the entire stay and I had to call for help upon every exit. BUT the pier and beach are nice, close and I had a decent view.
