We did’nt like the fact that we had to pay for parking. Also the staff for the breakfast were not very pleasant and starting taking food items away at 9:35. The breakfast time was listed until 10:00. Some people came in at 10:40 but several items were taken away already

Great hotel to stay at to hang around the beach and the beach area for a few days plenty of dining options from casual meals to fancy meals. The pier is right there to take nice walks on every day in the beach. The hotel is a really nice rooftop bar to hang out. Enjoy the scenery. However, the staff were a little underwhelming had many little snafu as the manager said with my stay, but aside from that great location to stay at.

Location is Fabulous! Plenty of food, shopping, the beach, the pier. However, We had so many \"Snafus\" as someone who worked there mentioned to me as they were fixing one of several that occured to me. Couldn't check in till after 3pm. Ocean View is Not Ocean View. It's partial ocean view. Parking was troublesome. I had to reverse my car while trying to leave twice because someone didn't add my license plate after paying for parking $25 a day. Location was amazing if you have a few days to sit back and chill. Let's hope the staff gets things together. Or, perhaps all the \"Snafus\" for the weekend just happened to me

Love the location of the hotel, and the pool is very quiet with a lovely jacuzzi. The lady of front desk was very helpful and bring us a good service. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is close to the Pear good for family or friends trip. They also have a rooftop with good music and ambiance for the nights. Highly recommend stay here

The breakfast could be better, there were some strange options. But it was included and the coffee was good, so there's that.
Bar on the 6th floor is nice. View is nice. Convenient to the beach if that's what you're there for. Restaurants are close as well.

We booked this stay specifically for the ocean view room that was advertised and confirmed before booking — but there was absolutely no ocean view at all. You couldn’t see the water even if you cut down all the palm trees and removed nearby buildings. It felt very misleading, especially since that was the main reason we chose this property.

To make things worse, the room had a broken patio door lock and damaged furniture, which maintenance had to fix right after check-in. The condition didn’t match Hilton standards at all.

The only positive was the front desk associate, Diane, who tried her best to move us to a better room, and Stephanie, who later offered a partial rate adjustment. Unfortunately, management handled the situation poorly and dismissed our concerns.

Overall, our stay was disappointing and not as advertised. We booked through Orbitz expecting an ocean view and a relaxing beach experience — but received neither.

Overall our stay was very good. The location is fabulous with the beach and many wonderful restaurants within a super short walk. We loved having breakfast available every morning and the games area was a big hit for the kids. The shower area of the bathroom needs a little TLC though and the water pressure was nonexistent hence the 4 stars. Overall though we loved this hotel and thought it was great for families.

Room service was the worst. They were not clean. They would not give you anything that you needed from this. You asked 4 times for towels, you would never get them. You had to call them already mad about it. In order for them to respond horrible customer service in general, there was only one lady at the front that was a little bit kind. And she would try to help, I don't know her name. It might be Stephanie, there's a lot of reviews on her in particular, only her. Terrible to go on vacation and havevto deal with this

Great stay but one big issue.

Beautiful hotel, great service by staff. But there were couple of issues that we had. We got our room 3 hours late which was a waste of time. Also there is no stove top in the room even though it says kitchens has a beautiful big fridge but no stove top. They have a plug in burner you can ask for but the only pot/pan they give you is tiny. You can only fry one egg on it. That was very disappointing as we booked that property as it says it had a kitchen. Even a bigger pan or pot or even options would have solved the problem but they only had one tiny frying pan to give us. Either than that, it’s a great location, great restaurant’s nearby. The beach was disappointing so we hung in the pool mostly.

There was hair in the shower, sink and floor did not look vacuumed. Toilet paper was not replenished as with towels and paper towels. The staff however were great, very polite. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. As for the parking garage that's understandable but need an easier way to exit when going out instead of a little piece of paper.

Dirty hotel no customer service skills

My room was dirty when I arrived carpet dirty bathroom dirty with hair in the bathtub sink on the floor and the sheets were smelly and dirty the balcony table was dirty when I addressed this to the front desk they said they would send someone to clean and the person only came with clean towels and cleaned the bathroom with no cleaning products and still left dirty towels in the bathroom I told her the sheets all need to be changed and she kept asking which ones until I had to like motion with my hands take off the sheets and put new ones on .
When I addressed this to the front desk staff they said it's a language barrier which is fine but that they would tell her to do a full cleaning I left to go out for a bit thinking they would make sure my room was properly cleaned only to come back to find dirty towels in my room and it was not cleaned with cleaning products I let the front desk know and nothing was done about it als I am Hilton honor member and I was not recognized at all and when I asked for late check out as a courtesy to me for all the trouble they said no I can give you a half hour

Amazing property with fantastic location. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Every day it was a struggle, little variety, yogurt never stocked, and some (not all) of the breakfast staff was less than pleasant. Everyone else we encountered was AMAZING and super kind.

Was told our room was ready for check in . When checking in , it wasn’t ready . They said they called the wrong person. No bedding for sofa bed when called the lobby they said they would be up with towels & beddings , took over 30 mins. Whoever answer the phone had an attitude after it rang over 20 times.

Overall a good stay, however the housekeeping staff is very noisy on the blocks. My check in agent was great, as well as one young lady who assisted me on 7/11 at around 3pm with getting a corkscrew which is apparently scarce. A gentleman at the FD attempted to school me on why they are in short supply....innapropriate. Location is great and hotel is clean.

I give it 2 stars so as not to be too harsh this is not my first time in a Hilton hotel (I was in another one) this one for what I paid left me very disappointed, to begin with, there is no internet, my phone and all the others in the group did not work, the parking against which we had to pay $24 dollars a day is in front of the hotel you have to leave the hotel and cross the street meaning if it rains like it happened to us we got soaked, valet parking is not enough, only for a few cars, you have to wait outside for a parking lot to free up and we even had to wait in a small line to leave the car to check in, the breakfast is not to mention (IT IS USELESS) it has almost nothing and no variety and to top it off it is COLD all the time, the COLD pool, in the reservation says it has heather and it is not true, the chairs and umbrellas have to be paid for and are very expensive (NO BEACH TOWELS) well anyway at least in Pompano Beach I am not going to rent anymore in a Hilton

Absolutely no on-site parking!!!!!! Guests are forced to park two blocks away in a City of Pompano parking garage for $25 daily at their own risk. Neither Hilton nor the city take responsibility for anything.
Hotel staff cares about absolutely nothing but they are polite.
Based upon my experience, Hilton is garbage.
