James
Property is difficult for those with limited mobility. My bathroom was extremely large, almost bordering on the unusable.
YARIANNA

Daisy
Breakfast was fresh and the rooms very clean
James
Breakfast needs to go until at least 10 o’clock

The room was spacious and the bed was big. The bathroom was small. The staff were very accommodating. The area is loud until about 2 in the morning. Very convenient location.

I chose this hotel based on the photos they posted, but the photos are completely misleading and do not reflect reality. The hotel is in very poor condition. My room had mold and rust everywhere—even the refrigerator was rusty. The bedsheets were dirty and yellow, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I had booked a one-week stay but could only tolerate staying one night. After checking out, I contacted Expedia, but neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded my money. Despite staying only one night, I was charged for the entire reservation. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice
Nikolas
Staff were super friendly and welcoming and the room was equally as good. The location was great with the square/park being right across the road making seeing local culture easy to find. The food options in the area was also amazing!
saycha ivelisse
Excelente localización super limpios y muy serviciales
James
As one reviewer mentioned did not like the guest policy
Jose Gabriel
The photos shown on the app are completely different from reality. I don't recommend this hotel, much less Expedia for bookings. They have the worst customer service. In fact, they don't have it at all
Michael
It started off pretty good. And then a second guest arrived. A local resident of the city I might add. All he had was a digital copy of his identification. They wouldn’t accept it. They wouldn’t let him check in. So that was the end of that. The next hotel had no problem with that type of identification so disaster was averted. I could go on but I think I’ve made the point. Ohh by the way the room was already paid for. Got ripped off too.
Raul
I liked the accessibility to everything

Kayra
Alexis
Excelente servicio, gracias
jacqueline
The area was i would say ok, bc it was in el poblado, every night there were people screaming, laughing, being very loud until 4@m, facilities are in need of updates, no phone in the room, tv was not working, we ask to have it checked, nobody came, matress were hard as rock, no closet, etc…
Carlos
To much noise into the hotel
Alexis Ortiz
Excellent property with everything you need to enjoy Medellin and its surroundings. Excellent location close to everything. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Rahul
Good hotel
Excellent location , good staff , good AC and hot water , breakfast is ok. The only downside is the guest policy.
Jonathan
Party 24/7 next door. I couldnt sleep
Lissette
Jose
The staff was in contact with me all the time
Jose
Great staff. They were super friendly
Tyrine
Location is good, but will not recommend anyone
Karelis
It is very well located, you have a taxi outside all the time, Provence is a 10 minute walk away, you have a couple of restaurants nearby and souvenir tents. In the hotel itself there is nothing besides body wash, towels and breakfast that is free. At breakfast they give you 2 options and it is almost always egg, cheese and arepa. I was never able to use the jacuzzi area since it was never enabled. If it was enabled, you had to sign up in advance. Keep in mind that you are going to be in a motel because that is what the rooms look like. If you would like to bring someone up just to talk or whether they stay it is $25 per person per night. There was only one of the staff who was very rude to us but the others were very cool
Alberto
Property had damage

Randall
Nice place but with the bar next to it is very difficult to sleep. Very noise from 4pm until 3am
Erwin
Unable to sleep at night due loud music of the taco business next door. On the weekend with live band and DJ music.

Reymundo

Ian

Jorge

Nestor

Kihaeng
Staff friendly, property horrible.
Ryan
Place was pretty low end. And, there are close by parties till 5 am everyday.
Mark
If you want to experience power outage and flooded rooms stay here. It’s amazing at checkin they have you sign a waiver for any damages to the room yet when rain falls the room floods and the power goes out. I booked a room for 2 people yet when the 2 person arrived I was told I had to pay 50000 pesos, really? Then the power was out an I was unable to check my guest in. What an embarrassment. It’s a shame orbitz have these properties on their site. The only highlight was breakfast staff, they go all out to make your stay welcome. Even thought there was no power for 7 hours no compensation or anything was told or given.
