We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The only downside was that the front rooms can be a bit noisy since you can hear traffic and other sounds from outside. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for five days, and we would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is beautiful! It’s small but cozy, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast eggs and omelets are made to order, which is a great touch.

There are a couple of things you should know, though. Yes, the view is nice and the rooms look amazing with the floor-to-ceiling windows, BUT outside noise is definitely noticeable. If you’re coming back after a night of partying, you probably won’t mind it. To be honest, it did wake me up, but it wasn’t enough to change my mind about staying here again so do the math!

Lastly, it’s a little more than a 10-minute walk to the main Provenza/Poblado area. I’d recommend asking the staff for directions on the best walking route back to the hotel. We were told the area is very safe, but you probably don’t want to walk through the underpass at night. We walk there first and just took an Uber back, it was better, quick and inexpensive.

That’s it! Those are the kinds of details I like to know before booking a hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Love this place!!

Breakfast was good. The menu was the same every day, but it worked well for us, and items were prepared fresh on the spot.
The initial room was quite small and did not have a proper wardrobe to hang clothes. There was also noticeable outside noise. However, the staff were very helpful and changed our room, which was much better.
The location is excellent close to the metro, many restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, supportive, and able to communicate in basic English.

The property location is great - located in Manila and close to some amazing restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop.

The windows are paper thin and we barely had a full night's sleep because you could hear all the traffic, and partying outside.

The breakfast that's included is ok. I was expecting better coffee since we're in Colombia, but what was more disappointing was the service. The main cook didn't really make you feel welcome.

The front desk staff though were excellent.

Overall, if you're looking for a place to rest your head for about 4-5 hours a night (starting after midnight) and want to eat off property, then this hotel is great specifically for its location.

Delightful hotel in lovely Manila

We arrived late at night and even in a small hotel there was staff there to greet us, except payment, arrange for us to secure our room, and answer any questions. The room was very industrial as others have described it and had great corner full floor-to-ceiling windows on two of the four sides of the room. The bathroom was lovely, the place clean, the breakfast staff friendly in the morning, and the checkout easy. Never before in my life have I felt guilty paying so little for a hotel room. It was an extraordinary value. It's in a fantastic location.

Some pluses, some minuses

The pluses: Room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Location is good to see Medellin. Breakfast was fine. Aircon, wifi and hot water all good.

The negatives: Walls are thin. I could make out conversation in next room. Significant street noise (I was on 2nd floor). Originally on 5th floor (way less noise) but had to move as when it rained the roof leaked. They were good about moving me but I was awakened early by dripping water on the bed and having to pack and repack was a pain. Laundry rates are a ripoff (I did not use at those rates) and be warned the water in the fridge is not free.

There is probably not a better location than this place. It is in the heart of Poblado the safest area in Medellin. The rooms are nice and clean. Really poor service

The hotel added an extra 5% for a non-Colombian credit card without letting us know. When we realized this and asked for a refund they first made bs excuses (\"the exchange rate varies a lot\") and then said they'd get back to us, which they never did. Another employee fouled up our taxi to the airport, and the cleaning lady disappeared plastic bags we were using to organize our stuff. Add to this the street noise and bad coffee, and we just would not recommend this place.

The rooms are unimaginably small, not given even enough space to bend over to put on my shoes, or pants. The noise seemingly coming from the restaurant down stairs was unbearable and I thought I could sleep through any thing. And it went on after the restaurant closed. That is on the night shift supervisor. The air shaft let the noise travel throughout the hotel. And you can hear everything in the hallways as the party moved along No window and small room made the small room made me find a quieter hoel closer to the partie
