The breakfast was a little limited but fresh. We requested facecloths the second morning and was told there was no face cloths. However, we had 2 facecloths placed in room on the last night of our stay. The property is very clean staff is very friendly. Its a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was ok, we only stood there for two night. We barely had any hot water to shower. We only received one key and it has to be attached to the wall once you enter the room to be able to turn on the lights. If one person wants to stay in the room everything shutdowns once the key leaves the room. The check in process was not great either. We arrived at 12:30pm and by 3 pm we were still waiting as they started helping others who arrived after us rather than going in order of who arrived first. We didn’t get to our room until 3:40 and we had already reservations for a restaurant at 4pm so everything felt rushed.

Poor customer service; worst staff ever; small room; far away from the center of El Poblado (25 minutes walk); over-rated; over-priced for their service and location. It's not worth to spend your money at Heiss Hotel when there are so many nice hotels at El Poblado. All in all, not recommended if you want quality and good location.

“Me hospedé en Heiss Hotel en Medellín y la experiencia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue súper amable y atento. Upon arrival there was human poop on the bathroom of my room. When I mentioned to the concierge he seemed surprised, but did not apologize or anything. He just seemed shocked. Next day that my friend arrived one of the girls who was doing the check in left us there standing and went to the back room to continue to talk with her peers minutes after one other person on the floor call her out about not leaving the guest halfway through the check-in process. She proceeded with a fake smile to finish it again not apologizing for anything.

Pros: Location to restaurants and Metro; helpful and kind staff; rooms are small but well-laid out to optimize the space; comfortable beds and linens; great blackout shades; decent share-spaces on the ground floor
Cons: Lack of adequate soundproofing! You WILL hear your neighbors (both to the sides and from above) and their talking, TV, music, and other activities at all hours; you will hear anyone and everyone in the hallway; depending on your floor, you may hear events. The hotel provides both earplugs and a sound machine in the rooms, but they are no match for the noise of other guests (and I’m not talking about only uniquely loud guests). There is no apparent reason (other than cost cutting) for a newer hotel to utterly fail in providing adequate noise protection/reduction features given that a main purpose of a hotel is to providing sleep quarters.

You got to check out this hotel it is absolutely amazing great location approximately 20 minutes from the city. Is also an Asian Indian restaurant one block away from the hotel. There's also a convenience store in that same location. There's also five or six restaurants that you can literally walk to. The staff was great nice little breakfast area in the garden area downstairs. You also have a buffet on the also which is the top floor where the beautiful lap pool, hot tub is located. 10 Stars great staff great customer service hats off to everyone keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed because I have VIP status and received nothing for it, no upgrade no acknowledgement of status. There are a lot better options in the area that are cheaper and include breakfast. The hotel looks a lot better in the pictures. The pool is small but does have a wonderful view and the water temperature is warm. The drinks are ridiculously priced for the level of hotel it is. The coffee is very good in the bottom floor and the price is reasonable and the service is good in particularly the young lady that is there in the morning. The location is good.

The property itself is nice, but the room I had was not what I expected for a suite. The bed was extremely hard, and that's being kind. There is no TV in the sleeping area of the suite, it is located around the corner in the sitting area. There are no light switches near the bed so it is a walk in the dark at night to get to the bed. The toilet and shower re in the middle if the unit and is encased in a glass block wall. It is a nice concept until you're asleep and someone needs to use the bathroom. The light from the bathroom lights up everything because of the glass. There was also mold in the shower in the grout. Also the shower drain was slow and eventually the water crept out of the shower area and into the toilet area.

The room is beautiful. the views from the balconies are beautiful. just keep in mind that the space can be a little bit tight in the room. There aren't any dressers or big storage or anything like that if that's something you need during your stay. The gym is solid it can get a little warm in there, the pool was beautiful right next to the Rooftop Bar on the same floor as the gym. Everything about the aesthetic of the hotel was gorgeous all of the natural Greenery around just the energy and the vibe that was there was fantastic. The food was definitely on point downstairs give the pizza a try the drinks with solid. Overall I believe it's excellent value for the money. I would say one other thing to be mindful of is while there is a mini bar the fridge is small too if you're bringing things that you do need to keep refrigerated for example you might have a hard time getting it to go container in the fridge just to give you an idea of the size. While I appreciate them having snacks and drinks and water in the mini bar fridge I'd like to see the hotel have an option to just bring that stuff back downstairs and give it to them especially if you need the space or you're the type of person that doesn't want to have that Temptation around you. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat the staff was dope the hotel was dope it's in great walking distance to a lot too.

Almost everything about this hotel is perfect! It’s in a great location, the staff is friendly, the amenities like the gym and pool are awesome! The only real issue is the size of the room, it’s definitely smaller than you would like… especially if you have more than one suitcase. However the room itself is really nice and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Almost everything was perfect at this hotel until the end. I chose to take the hotel car service to the airport and was charged twice for the same trip. The car service representative agreed that I was double charged but said she would not refund the second charge without both receipts. The driver was smart enough to not give me both receipts, of course. I had to go through my Credit Card company to void the second charge. I don’t know if the car service was owned by the hotel but they operated from a podium in the front desk lobby. This was a disappointing end to a great stay. The car service was called Bold AeroTurex Espec. Avoid these thieves.

My stay at the Heiss Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that truly set the tone for the entire experience.
What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk staff greeting me with a smile, housekeeping maintaining impeccable cleanliness, or team members promptly assisting with any request, the level of attentiveness and dedication was remarkable.
It’s rare to find a place where every employee consistently delivers such a high standard of service, but the Heiss Hotel has clearly built a culture centered around guest satisfaction. Their commitment did not go unnoticed and made my stay feel personalized and stress-free.
I highly recommend the Heiss Hotel to anyone looking for not only a beautiful place to stay, but also an experience defined by exceptional hospitality. I will absolutely be returning!

Ive been to this hotel 4 times before. Never had any issues. But when i came this time,i was told if i don't have a woman's name on my list upon arrival i will be charged a fee to bring a woman to my room. Now it wasn't Never like this before and there's no warning before booking. So for a single man trying to enjoy himself that's a damper. So i thought to myself it couldn't be that much of a charge. So i met a girl ive been knowing a while back to my room. Rhey charged me 54 us to bring her up.and it doesn't matter if she stays the night or just ten minutes they charge you. But that's not the worst. So i paid and i was like ok. Atleast she is on my list so it shouldn't be no more problems. Well she went home and went to work and came back to me after work and they still charged me again; saying the girl who's on my list is a different person. So i didn't argue. I paid and asked my friend did you give them a different identification yesterday. She said i only have my identification why would i have 2. So they lied just to get more money. This is crazy. So i just checked out. I went to another hotel. And it cost me more to get another hotel. But Atleast I'm not being cheated. I'll pay extra for honesty. I will never come back again

We stayed in the Junior suite and had an amazing experience. Great layout with 2 balconies and a separate living room area for tv. Staff were extremely kind and always offered help where needed. For example, one day there was heavy rain when we were headed out to dinner and the front desk offered us an umbrella to borrow no questions asked! The restaurants on the lower first floor were excellent (Brayan and Sebastián were very friendly) and rooftop vibe was amazing at night with great music. We loved how tucked away this property was from all the Poblado/Provenza craziness but still close enough to walk. Will definitely stay again someday and recommend to friends.

Fabulous staff. Only thing the hotel needs is centralized room service... hard to get ice in the room, or just anything after restaurants close at 10pm...
If you want 24 hours service this is not the right hotel.

The rooms are extremely small, even in the premium category. While the hotel appears relatively new, the bathrooms showed signs of mold and were not properly maintained. Amenities are essentially nonexistent, which was disappointing given the expectations. The service was also a major concern. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and the situation with the manager, Lina, was especially troubling. Communication was difficult due to the language barrier, and her behavior toward my friend was inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are far better options available with improved amenities, better service, and more convenient locations closer to main attractions.

Very lovely staff, with the exception of room service staff. Not sure the name of this lady, however she was very condescending and rude. Essentially angry that she could not do the cleaning since we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Frankly, with a bit of kindness one can go a long way especially with how you speak to your guests. If there was ever an issue, it could have been communicated in a more appropriate matter. Besides that, the other staff were very kind, helpful and professional.

Our stay at Heiss Hotel by Jalo was absolutely amazing and played a big part in how much we enjoyed Medellín.

The location is perfect—walking distance to just about everything you need, which made getting around so easy. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcome.

One thing we really appreciated was the security. There was always someone in the lobby, and we felt completely safe the entire time—even when we’d sit in the lobby just to relax and people watch.

The little details made a difference too—like the vending machine stocked with snacks and even beer, which was super convenient after a long day out.

And the rooms… beautiful. The balcony views overlooking the city were stunning and gave us those perfect Medellín moments.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Heiss is a nice and comfortable hotel in Manila, just a short walk from the Poblado neighborhood. Manila is developing nicely as a tourist destination.

Hotel has a number of options for food, nice gym, and very secure. The standard rooms are small and acceptable for short stays but anything longer will need an upgrade. The pool is heated and nice but seating is very limited. I found the morning breakfast buffet acceptable but not the best quality in the area. I would recommend and will stay again in the future.

Service was great, staff was very helpful, location was convenient for walking to local areas, as well as easy pickup and drop off for Ubers and Tours. Nice selection of food from small breakfast items, to breakfast on the roof with a memorable view, and two restaurants with bars, on the ground level. Lastly, if you’re looking for a large room, make sure to book one with a balcony or double balcony. The rooms are small but we were there to sightsee and were out all day so it was fine for our agenda. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. Housekeeping was amazing. Always changed towels and cleaned it very nice each day. Staff was accommodating. Pool staff was also very great. Only downside I have was that rooms were tight, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was amazing. Those views are to die for.

Heiss Hotel is beautiful hotel located in a quieter part of El Poblado but within walking distance of great restaurants and parks. The Hotel itself has a coffee shop, 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, spa, health bar and a palates/yoga studio. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly and help full. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.
