Der Teppich im Zimmer spricht sicher mit einem, hatte ich das Gefühl. Fußpilz unvermeidbar…

Eigentlich sollte ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme. Welches allerdings nicht gereinigt wurde. Und vernahm bei der Nachfrage nach einem neuen Zimmer das auch ein anderes nicht gereinigt wurde.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis echt eine Zumutung. Irgendwelche Aufbackbrötchen aus dem Supermarkt ( kein frisches Brot, kein Naturjoghurt, keine ordentliche Müslibar ( sprich Haferflocken und Nüsse ) von der Rühreimaschine mal ganz abgesehen. Preis/ Leistung sollte hier schon passen!

Conditions at hotel are ok but check in process is a nightmare. No front desk. We have to use entry panel. We have follwed to the instruction but can't walk inside. Have to call to very unpleased lady and after phone, somehow, key felt down from drawer. After 30min process with nerves we walked in to room.

This place reeked of cigarette smoke! It was confusing to find our room but the front desk helped us. There were workers (?) sitting outside the bathroom window smoking. The toilet ran constantly and there were webs/bugs everywhere. The floor was dirty and left dirt on your feet there was also water in the hot pot which made me question what else hadn’t been washed. It was super HOT- the heater was on in the back bedroom and we couldn’t turn it off so we had to open every window and pray nobody jumped through it. Seemed like a hostel but without a shared bathroom. Also 1 toilet for potentially 6 people staying there. Shower was nice once I figured it out but the water in the sink fluctuated from hot to cold constantly. Breakfast was terrible- hard piece of bread and minimal coffee.

A very missleading stay from what is advertised. There is a spa although you have to pay €19.50pp to use it. The “hot tub” in the spa is just a 1 person jacuzzi bath which you must also buy on top of the spa costs. At night all the heating was turned off so it was very cold. Room was clean and quiet though. all the machines for coffee etc only take coins so make sure you bring plenty with you. The restaurant next door was absolutely incredible and reasonably priced though

Das Deluxe Einzelzimmer ist wie eine Abstellkammer mit Tisch und Fernseh drauf im Bad kein Becher für Zahnbürste,kein Vergrößerungsspiegel einfach nichts wohnliches und dann \"Deluxe\"???? Vor dem Fenster befindet sich direkt eins Sitzgruppe und der Aschenbecher direkt vor dem Fenster soviel zum Nichtraucherzimmer.

We had been excited to book a three bedroom apartment with two baths and kitchen and balcony. Our apartment had no balcony, instead a patio with a large van that belonged to hotel blocking any view. Blinds were in terrible shape and outside lights kept all bedrooms lit and we like rooms dark when we sleep. One of the two baths was a half bath which was fine, but the other bath lacked a toilet, just shower and sink. So only one toilet. No locks on bathroom door witg shower. Trash in half bath had not been emptied. Corners in living room dirty. Kitchen had stove, sink, small fridge. No microwave. Plus was size of bedrooms. But we were very disappointed in the upkeep of our room.

This hotel is decent for the price. Our only real complaint was the breakfast -- so-so rolls and coffee or tea, that's it. If you want butter, jam, etc., you have to pay extra for it!

The staff were helpful, when they could be found, but there were not enough of them. The hotel was clean but the restaurant was not open, which meant a fifteen minute walk to a very nice, basic cafe for dinner.
The room was large but it was on the road and noisy at night.
I was there for an exhibition at the Friedrichshafen Messe, there was no hotel shuttle, it was too far to walk and taxis were hard to come by. Each morning I had to wait 15-30 minutes for a taxi.

Reception \"not open until 3pm\" actually meant hotel not open - we stood 15mins in the rain.
Lift not working and despite my inability to carry heavy cases up two flights of stairs, and my husband struggling to do so with an injured leg, no help was available.
'Breakfast' consisted simply of mini croissants on paper plates, and a coffee machine.
There was no hair dryer in the room.
There were old wine stains on the bedroom carpet.
The bed was far from comfortable.
The receptionist was permanently stressed and hardly ever in reception, although she did apologise as we were leaving.

The room is not the same as the pictures.
It was really hot and without an air-conditioner. So we try to open the window, but a lot of insects went inside the room afterwards. The wifi was not working.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

An average hotel with a parking lot outside.

It was ok, the receptionist was a pleasant guy who let us in and advised us about taking the car to town. Upon return, we met a couple who could not get in because after 20:00 there is nobody at the reception desk. We unlocked the door of the hotel, they got in and took the keys of the room they booked online. So if you are arriving later to town, it might be wise to make arrangements about the reception in advance.

Das Zimmer war in einem saumäßigen Zustand. Fußnägel im Bad, überall fremde Haare, zwischen dem Klappsofa alte, gefüllte Mülltüten. Alte Gummibärchen hinter dem Sofa, benutze Taschentücher unter dem Lattenrost vom Bett. Um 8:45Uhr gab es kein Frühstück mehr (Frühstückszeit von 7:00-10:00Uhr). Keine Brötchen, kein Brot, keine Eier, … . Es war dreckig und kein Personal vor Ort. Eine Dame war scheinbar für alles zuständig (saß an der Rezeption und nahm die Beschwerden entgegen! Nie wieder!!! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Das war eine bodenlose Frechheit!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours just to check in because there was no one available to assist us. After finally getting into the room, we immediately noticed that the hotel was not clean and clearly not well maintained.

The spa facilities were broken and unusable, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel in the first place. The breakfast was also very disappointing and completely unlike what you would expect from a German hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Germany. Honestly, it does not even deserve one star. We are also very disappointed with the reviews on Hotels.com, as they did not reflect the actual condition and experience of this hotel at all. Hotels.com should make these kinds of issues much clearer in their reviews, especially when the reality is so different from what is advertised elsewhere.

Bis auf den Vormittag hat man Niemand in dem Hotel gesehen. Der Eingangsbereich ist zwar hübsch gestaltet, aber es riecht nach kaltem Rauch. Die Böden sind fast 8nberall mit Teppich verlegt.
Mein Einzelzimmer war OK. soweit sauber, und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr gut, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Auch gibt es ein Balkon.

Wir haben eingecheckt, und nach 10 min gleich wieder gegangen und irgendwo anders ein Hotel gebucht!
Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, überall Haare.
Auch das Bad war sehr schmutzig! Einfach ekelig!
Ich empfehle niemandem hier zu übernachten.
Ich bin Servicetechniker und sehr viel unterwegs: mit Abstand das ekligste was ich je erlebt habe.

Von Anfang an eine absolute Vollkatastrophe.. Fangen wir beim Service an, leider nur schlecht geschultes Personal, mangelnde Fachkenntnis, sowie Absolut keine Struktur des Tagesablaufs. Personal kommt und geht wann es möchte, grüßt nicht, gibt keine Informationen an die Hotelgäste weiter und wirkt auch noch genervt und gereizt sobald man Sie darauf anspricht.

Das Hotel macht von Außen noch einen Recht soliden Ersteindruck, nach betreten des Gebäudes verfliegt jedoch recht schnell die anfängliche Euphorie.. Schmutz, Staub, verschmutzter Teppichboden, Fleckige Gardinen, schimmelige Sitzkissen und ein generell verwahrloster Zustand. Auch für den Preis kann man gut und gerne einen gehobeneren Standart verlangen.

Am positivsten im Gedächtnis bleibt mir letztendlich nur noch zu sagen, das es toll ist, dass auch Hunde im Hotel erlaubt sind sowie man ein kostenloses Frühstück erhält.

Dennoch werden wir uns in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Bitte fragt an der \"Rezeption\" wegen der \"Echt-Bodensee Card\" nach. Dadurch bekommt ihr kostenlosen Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus&Bahn) sowie zu ermäßigungen und Rabatte bei bis zu 160 weiteren Attraktionen. Das Hotel ist dazu verpflichtet euch diese Karte auszustellen, hält es jedoch nicht für nötig Sie davon in Kenntnis zu setzen.

Beim Check in wurden wir nicht richtig beraten und nur möglichst schnell bedient. Das Bett war nicht gut bezogen, und ziemlich durchgelegen, und der Teppichboden wurde eindeutig nicht sauber gemacht. Im Bad kam kaum Druck aus der Dusche, sodass Haarewaschen nicht wirklich möglich war und undicht war der Hahn auch. Unter dem Waschbecken waren rosttropfen zu sehen.
Sind einen Tag früher abgereist, auch das Frühstück war keine 12 Euro wert. Allgemein viel zu teuer für die Leistung. Zusätzlich wollten Sie uns das Frühstück am anreise Tag noch berechnen, obwohl wir erst um 15 Uhr angereist sind. Alles in allem kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber und optisch in hervorragendem Zustand. Betten hochwertig sauber und gut. Was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, ist dass die Fensterhebel kaputt sind, die Türen klemmen, die Heizung rauscht und das WZ gar nicht warm wird. Es fehlt der Haustechniker mit Öl und Werkzeug!

Großes Tageslichtbad mit leichtem Schimmelbefall. Fleckiger Teppichboden im Zimmer. Am Wochenende kein Fahrradabstellplatz frei. Ungesundes Frühstück ohne Obst und Müsli auch nicht gegen Bezahlung am Automaten. Rührei aus dem Dampfbad gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmer war mit Ausnahme von Spinnweben in einer Ecke sauber.

Schreckliches hotel, ab 20h ist niemand mehr da, auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar, alle gäste sich selbst überlassen und somit auch schrecklichen gästen die party machen. Morgens um 1h hätte ich fast die polizei gerufen, unsere nachbarn waren schrecklich laut. An schlaf kaum zu denken…zusätzlich hatten wir einen brummenden abzug auf unserem balkon endend…und das nannte sich comfort zimmer. Wir haben das hotel morgens fluchtartig verlassen, können hier nur abraten.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Als Reiseverkehrskauffrau kann ich das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen. Natürlich war ich beruflich schon in besseren Hotels, allerdings auch in weitaus schlechteren Hotels, im 3-3,5 Sterne Segment.
Wir zahlten ca 60€/Nacht im großen Deluxe Doppelzimmer, völlig angemessen.
ACHTUNG das Hotel ist OHNE Frühstück! Es wird als GESCHENK des Hauses ein kleines Buffet mit Croissants, Brötchen, einige Teesorten und Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat, angeboten. Ich war wirklich entsetzt darüber, wie hier in manchen Bewertungen das Frühstück als \"Frechheit\" bezeichnet wird, obwohl es sich hierbei um ein kostenloses Goodie des Hotels handelt. Etwas geschenktes zu bewerten ist völlig daneben!
Wer Aufstriche, Saft oder Rührei zum Frühstück möchte, kann dies an einem Automaten käuflich erwerben.
Für 12,50€ p.P. kann für 4 Stunden der Wellness-Bereich genutzt werden, dieser beinhaltet: 2 Erlebnis-Duschen, 1 Dampfbad, 1 Sauna, 1 Whirlwanne (nochmals zum Aufpreis von 4€/halbe Stunde), 2 Massagesessel und Ruhebereich. Für uns, als Saunagänger, hat es sich gelohnt.

Kleine Defizite:
Die Hand-und Duschtücher werden leider grundsätzlich gewechselt, auch wenn sie aufgehängt sind. Hier sollte an den Umweltschutz gedacht werden, wie bereits in vielen Hotels.
Beim Check-In/Check-out ließen sich Fragen vermissen, wie z.B.\"hatten Sie eine angenehme Anreise?\" Oder \"hat es Ihnen bei uns gefallen?\" Das wirkte leider unprofessionell und ungewollt unfreundlich.
Im allgemeinen waren die Angestellten aber freundlich.

Alles hat nach rauch gestunken, es war dreckig, der Teppichboden hatte Flecken, das Bad alt und fleckig der Balkon keine Kissen dreckiger Tisch Parkplätze eng ich wollte schon gar nicht in den Frühstücksraum überall unangenehme Gerüche die Bilder auf der Homepage stehen in keinem Zusammenhang Die Glühbirne hat geflackert

Skurrile Tapeten und Dekoration im Gastraum, schafft eine moderne Atmosphäre in einem älteren Haus. Gute Idee! Pfiffig fürs Frühstück: Automat für Brotbeläge und Extras, es gab leckere Mini-Croissants und Mini-Brötchen. Und einen guten Kaffee-Automaten. Danke!

Schade: Selten Personal am Empfang, das liegt noch an der Unterbesetzung durch Corona-Kurzarbeit. Tipp: Die Rechnung direkt bei Ankunft bezahlen, das spart Zeit bei der Abreise.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung die sehr groß war und alles hatte was man so braucht, leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas \"abgewöhnt\" das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sah nicht mehr besonders gut aus

You get what you pay. In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft , auf chic gemacht aber fail.
Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher, großer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Lage etwas dezentral ( was nicht schlimm ist ), aber mit viel Durchgangsverkehr. Kaffee / Tee plus Gebäckauswahl kostenfrei - Beilagen gegen Entgelt aus dem Automaten. Nutzung der Sauna gegen Gebühr.
