The last minute loss of our room at another hotel turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We booked the Villa Verde from our rental car and got more than we ever expected! A great parking spot and free breakfast, which we didn't get with our original hotel. Our room was huge and impeccably clean. We often had the pool all to ourselves and the breakfast was amazing. The beach was 5 minutes away over a footbridge. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were attentive and always friendly.

The room could get a bit noisy due to the inn being on a busy road but we had no trouble sleeping and loved our stay. Shout out to Hector, Cristian Leidy, Sebastian and Serafina for making us feel welcome and appreciated as guests!

There was hair and piss stains on the bed, the door to the bathroom had holes in it, the water was turned off so my partner and I could not even shower or brush our teeth for the few hours we needed to be there before our flight. This “balcony view” was a cement step up on the ground level facing a dark alleyway and the brick wall of another building. We did not stay here and asked for a refund which they refused to give us. We decided to sleep in the car because that was a better option than this place. Please stay away!

Staff were unavailable when I arrived. range the bell at the counter several times. then called the place for 5 minutes before someone came to answer the phone. Then she talked on the phone with a dial tone for a while before interacting with me at the counter (I hung up when I saw her come to the counter). The hotel states they are a bed and breakfast, though didn't serve breakfast. So that is a farse. The door to the balcony doesn't fully close leaving a large gap. The shower is grungy. The company will nickle and dime you for everything. I was falsely charged on my credit card an dthis had to be corrected. So I recommend you inspect your card statement following your stay. Only positives are that they are painting the hotel to make it look nicer in the future and the AC works and the receptionist overnight was polite. The saying goes that you get what you pay for. despite the cheap price, unfortunately, I'm not sure this was the case for this nigh's stay.

Poor Customer service, no water at two different occasions, kept getting excuses on the water issue, had to ask several time to turn pump on for water, terrible service, and after speaking to them on at least getting some of my money back, because I had to leave to another hotel, they refused, no one never at the office to answer questions , I think they acted in bad faith I paid over a thousand bucks for a 7 day stay and only stayed 4 due to so many issues. they would not refund my money but its ok, they lost a great customer who loves to give good feedback when you are treated good. at the end is their Loss not mine, even though they kept my money. Very unfair.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Very accommodating and helpful.from check in, to waking up for the continental breakfast, and checking out. Loved how they attended to our needs.
I didn’t like that the room was so close to the main freeway and we could hear all the noise from the traffic, I woke up every day at 5am due to the loud noise and couldn’t go back to sleep. The windows are not sound proof so it didn’t help. The tv in the room was off to the side and very inconvenient for us to watch it from the bed, it should have been placed directly in front of the bed.( just a thought)The people next door were so loud we could hear them talking every time they had a conversation. The rooms were adjoining so it wasn’t hard to hear what they were saying. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low, it took a while to bring our teeth and wash our faces. We woke up in the middle of the night around 2:40am to use the bathroom and there was no water at all, for several hours!
The main reason we stayed at the property was the location, the reviews and the price. Good thing we decided to only try it out for 2 nights. Couldn’t take another night with the sounds of traffic in the morning.

Well we waited a little bit to check in because no one was at the desk but we can leave our luggage at the desk before we check in thank God so we can to do some stuff before we come back to check in. We were surprised by drinks and snacks in the room. We had breakfast, coffee and oj. The only thing that bothers me is the fruit flys which they can't control understandable. I was satisfied overall.

This was a very convenient location for a night after arriving at 3am very close from the airport and the staff was great but this place was very close to the expressway and I could hear the cars all night. The other thing is make sure you ask for a comforter if you are a comforter person. I was cold all night because the room doesn’t come with it unless you ask.

I liked that it was across the beach area so it was less congested & more tranquil. The staff was awesome & very accommodating. Christian was a sweetheart. The bed & pillow were very comfortable & rooms were very clean. The hot breakfast was: cheese omelette & pancakes, fruits, ham, cheese, slice bread, bagels & cereal. Coffee & juice. There’s an overpass that takes you across to Isla verde area & beach. The only thing is that you would have to walk up about 50 stairs. When you cross over, there’s is a nice Burger King. On the side of the Inn there’s a nice bakery de España about a block away, which has breakfast-dinner items you can pick. Overall, it was Wonderful! Thank you Isla verde inn. I would return! 😊

Elliott, the host, was incredibly welcoming and the room was spotless. The extended check-in time to 2:30 am was a huge plus since my flight landed at midnight. The staff was responsive and communicative through the chat feature. I appreciated the privacy and the delightful breakfast service. The convenient access to everything across the bridge was a huge bonus. I’ll definitely be returning to this place.

Rooms were nothing like pictures Water coming out of faucet was only a stream. Rust in and under sink Electric plugs all on back walls so no where to charge electrical items near the beds No clock in room. Furniture was one chair and it was all stained. Do not recommend this place to anyone

The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was nice and loaned us the sunscreen and after spray they have at the front desk. They also loan towels and chairs and had some boogie boards. The restaurant was a surprise. It was so pricey- so we only had apps and a drink. The mixed drinks were fantastic and the veggie app was delish.
Overall it's a nice little place! The parking in the lot is fun with a little remote they give you. The food kiosks are also sooo close. I think we'd stay here again - but hope they'll update it a bit.

It was great that even though we arrived early that the staff held our luggage for us until it was time to check in. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Elliot was amazing. We came in super late and he was so friendly. He gave us recommendations for food, how to get to the beach and was very helpful. The room was great! Just a few minute walk to the beach over a bridge, totally worth the walk to save hundreds of dollars to be ON beach. Love this place and will stay again. Breakfast and coffee was offered in the morning and even fresh fruit.

Very quick drive to airport. No shuttle. Excellent, welcoming, helpful staff.AC was good. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Easy walk to beach. Room lacking some maintenance. No weather stripping at all on door so we could see daylight coming thru all around it. This also made freeway noise louder.

The staff was friendly but the hotel is more like a motel. Right next to the freeway so I heard the noise all night. Very basic. Ok for the 1 night I stayed. Wouldn't recommend it since you have to walk up and down 2 long flights of stairs to get over the freeway to go to beach or dining. My door was difficult to lock and it was an outside room so didn't feel very safe. The breakfast was ok. At least there was coffee and orange juice.

BEWARE!! Major renovations needed. Broken bathroom floor tiles that lifts - must wear shoes or you’ll get injured. Towel holders are worn and rusted. Broken door to balcony that’s connects to next business rooftop very unsafe. Had to secure with hangers/chair. Chair totally worn out. Second floor wicker chairs in foyer no cushions, but there once I complained it will be posted on Expedia w/pictures. Front desk only shrugged, this is more like an hourly hotel rather than B&B. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Room on the second with two beds needed some work. Water pressure in the shower and in the sink were woefully low. One couldn't even use the shower because of that.
Needed extra blankets as the beds just had 2 sheets.
A couple of lamps needed new bulbs or total replacement.

After all that said, the staff , especially Christian, who checked us in, were TERRIFIC ! Everything was attended to right away except the water pressure issue because we didn't notice it until quite late.

The morning staff were equally proficient. We arrived for the Free breakfast much after the closing time due to our clock being wrong. They still brought us bagels and orange juice, coffee and fruit.
Talking to other hotel patrons, we learned that they none of them had water issues.

There were several places nearby giving us lots of choices to eat.

We would still go back to this hotel again (but only after checking the shower.)

The AC kept the room cool; the structure of the room was poorly thought through; the furniture was beyond old and worn out with visible rips in the chair; the electric socket was exposed and dangerous to say the least, the food for breakfast was microwaved at best with exception of some fresh fruit and yogurt! The orange juice was a plus but was served in tiny cups ie alcohol cups (free ones)! There was no elevators but Elliot was to the rescue the first night since he took the luggage up! However, overall this was not an experience I would like to do on repeat! I do want to give a shout out to Elliot who was very kind, friendly, selling the property amenities and breakfast ….man he has a talent for words! The lady in the morning was sweet too!
