Unfortunately I stayed 4 days with my family. I’m 58 years old and travelled several countries, had never had experience with such a terrible hotel in my life.
On June 16, 2026 my room Air Conditioning was not working at all and it was 27 degrees Celsius inside the room and I called the reception to show in the middle of night at 1:00 am, but he was helpless, then I asked him to change my room or provide me fan which he denied. Then I opened my window but couldn’t handle the Traffic and train station noise. I had to close my window and we all har sleepless night.
Also the staff at the front is rude and no customer service etiquettes. The elevator very small. The rooms are pretty small too.
I would not even give this hotel 1 star also. Thanks

Ease of access to the train station was a definite win. Close to lots of food options. Outside of needing proximity for travel this is not where I would personally choose to stay. It's clean but basic.

We only booked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest and easiest on the area as we had arrived at Gare Du Nord quite late with children and only needed one night

I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a fancy hotel or a long stay hotel.

The floors were terribly dirty so I would recommend either wear shoes or slippers when walking. The lift was extremely small so we had to do separate lift journeys, although there are stairs it would have been hard with luggage, children and prams.

The room was a little spacious and does have a TV and air con (although we didn't switch it on).

The beds were quite comfy and plenty of pillows which was one of the positive thing.

We wouldn't stay here again unless it is last resort.

The concierge was nice as he spoke English albeit not the best but knew what we wanted etc.

There were a lot of shops and restaurants outside given that it was right opposite Gare Du Nord.

The 24 hour desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were loud as the elevator was right next to our room so every time it was used, it could be heard. Other guests walking around at all hours on uncarpeted floors, slamming doors and just generally being loud at all hours hindered sleep. The location was originally perfect - right across from the train station. However the locals hanging around out front was unsettling. Breakfast was wondertaorh a great selection but we had to walk around the corner to get to it

Hotel located directly opposite Gard de Nord, Which is ideal for the Eurostar.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.

So many restaurants, shops, bars, and amenities within 5 minutes walk.

Disneyland journey took around 50 minutes on the subway each way.

Room was clean, and the bathroom was all good.

Thanks for a great stay.

The room (when we could get in it) was clean and actually a very nice size room away from the noise of the front of the hotel. Bathroom was large and clean but soap dispenser for handwash and shower were not working. But we had plenty of towels and water was hot so room was good.
There is air conditioning but we did not use.
The Breakfast is in the next door hotel which is round the corner. It is a very small area with only one person doing breakfast so lots of used dishes on tables and a wait to get clean dishes and cups. The area is very small but the breakfast provided was adequate for what we expected so have no complaints about the food options and drinks.
We had issue with the room entrance key so the staff were very frustrated by us and were not communicating with us. Plus the staff do not seem to relay messages to each other as every person we met on reception we had to explain the situation again

This hotel is in a great location for anybody arriving on Eurostar from London, it's just across the road from the station.The hotel and room are designed to make the maximum use of the space, clean, with room service every day. The shower was hot with good pressure and enough towels.The bed lovely and comfortable. There is a tiny lift which leads to a narrow corridor with the bedrooms. The bedroom doors do make a significant noise when they close which can be heard all along the corridor. The breakfast is in the New Hotel just around the corner. Not easily accessed as it in the basement, down steep stone stairs. The breakfast room itself is like a church crypt with arched stone ceilings and a full suit if armour to add to the vibe. The breakfast had a reasonable choice. In the next street is a Carrefour with a very good selection of every thing.

The two best things about the hotel are the staff and the LOCATION. It is perfectly situated across the street from Gare du Nord. Multiple transportation options!! The people were very helpful. The condition of the building and the rooms is not ideal.

The hotel was very convenient for Gare du Nord, Paris and it was clean. The room and bathroom were spacious and there was a lift. However, for a \"superior double\", it was very basic. There was no feeling of luxury, there were no tea or coffee making facilities and there was only one small pillow each. We did not have breakfast.

Very old and felt mould in the air! The breakfast is in another hotel and you had to walk there (it is cold in November!). No slippers provided and we were told to keep the shoes inside! Extra star for tiding the room in the mornings (no changes of the sheets, just towels). No kettle in the room or water jug, nothing.

the room 36 and bathroom were spotless,bed made every day,towels changed every day,bathroom looked as though new,the wardrobe claen and large with secure safe fitted.
I sleep with a torch under my pillow and it fell down the back of the bed and I had to retrieve the torch from under the bed,the cleaners have not cleaned under the bed for somewhile,not seen but should be done but apart from that was good in that room and staff very friendly and helpful,24 hour front desk is manned.A 100% bonus this hotel is directly opposite the Gare Du Nord rail station where you arrive on the EUROSTAR........ Their breakfast was not for me,you have to leave the hotel and walk around the corner to find the place and go downstairs and lets leave it at that but not for me or my companion but plenty of eateries nearby. would I return , yes 100% worth more in my opinion of a 2 star.

The room was extremely small, felt more like a box than a proper accommodation. There was no kettle or no fridge provided, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The shower has no curtain, so whenever someone used it, the entire bathroom became wet and slippery-posing a safety risk.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend stay overnight here.

To no fault of the hotel, we experienced some concern during the September 10 strike. Upon leaving the property, tear gas was deployed nearby to disperse crowds, and police had barricaded the train station entrances across the street. The surrounding area also appeared to have frequent drug activity, so I would advise caution when walking alone at night.

That said, our room was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The location next to a major transit hub comes with certain safety challenges, but the convenience of easy access to transportation was a significant advantage.

It is directly across from Nord Gare train station to get to the airport. Good option for the end of your journey and you have an early flight the next day.

Otherwise, it is not a great neighbourhood. The hotel is no frills and wifi in the rooms is very weak.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The reception spoke fluent English without a smile, but was efficient.

Great location and good value for money.

The room is basic and small, although generally speaking this tends to be the norm with Paris. The room was clean with a great view, and the balcony was a particularly attractive feature, providing great views of Gare Du Nord. Some visitors complain about having to leave your key with reception when you leave the room, but I find this quite useful - you cannot lose your key!
The breakfast is basic, so make sure you are down early or there may not be a great range of food items left.

Staff is good. Had a problem with parking. They have paid parking only for compact cars, which i was not aware. If they have mentioned it already, then it would be my problem not to check while booking.

Though the hotel is good, because of the location, too much smoke smell on stairs. Though hotel is trying their best, because of the location, it cannot be controlled.

Very busy and lively and access to many restaurants and mainstream fast food restaurants if that’s your preference. Doesn’t quite give the Parisienne feel long term stay, but for a shorter stay it’s fine.

We booked here because it was across from Gare de nord and we were catching the Eurostar. This is not a fancy hotel and no extras but what you pay you get a clean comfortable room and a very nice renovated bathroom. There is a small elevator and there are many places to eat nearby. We stayed somewhere else when we visited Paris and I wish we had stayed here it is a lot closer to everything than we were. I would definitely stay here again.

Creepy but basic to the bare bones. Sensored light system with lag so you walk in the dark. Very creepy. Extremely rude front desk except for the young Indian man. Located across the street from a main train terminal. If you decide to stay there, ask for the rooms with the renovated bathroom or else you’re screwed if you’re taller than 5’7”. The only positive thing about this property is they offer AC. We were desperate as there was a heat wave the week we were there.

I was here for 1 night only. We were leaving on the Eurostar to Brussels the next day so I was looking for a nearby hotel to the train station. The bed was the best in my 15 day Europe vacation. It was huge, it felt like 2 queen beds side by side and it was the comfort I like. We were on the 2nd floor with a big balcony over looking the train station. We were directly in the Richmond letters spelled out. Our bathroom was a good size. The room itself is dated, but location and bed was great. Tons of restaurants and cafes to walk to. Metro super close and train station right in front. With the windows closed I didn’t hear any noises from the street, which was a good surprise.

Perfect location across from the Gare du nord and easy walking to all the main sites. Was noisy, guests not considerate when returning early hours of morning and on a busy road. Breakfast is served in the new hotel around the corner which would recommend paying for. We ate on an evening in the restaurant next door which was also excellent. This is a budget hotel but we were happy with what we paid to be in Paris.

Quaint rooms with an extremely close location to Gare De Nord train station. Lots of restaurants in the are, but it is touristy. Pleasant and very cute. Nothing fancy, but we stayed for 4 days and had no issues. You are required to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave, but there is an attendant always at the desk. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, the rooms are very small but it was the perfect place for us as a couple.

Staff the at night that got me out of the bathroom was very friendly and nice also the one at the B’fast, I gent to the bathroom I only close the door and the lock can’t not open it I was lock for mor the 1/2 hour was super terrible I was screaming, kicking the door till the dark skin men help me he was super worry trying his best to get me out he went and got help from the handy men.
I never receive apology from the manager.
Also to mention the room door was not opening also one day wen o try to get in, no big deal but they need to add better locks!!

The hotel is directly across the Gare du Nord, and very convenient for Paris to get into the Metro or the regional trains. Also within easy walking distance of a lot of sights. Good hotel for price!

I was really worried about this hotel after reading the reviews however ignore those that rate this a bad hotel. For the price i was impressed, larger than imagined room and bathroom. Hot water whenever. Room clean and serviced with fresh towels every day. Location brilliant walking distance from Monmartre and Pigalle. Opposite Gard du Nord, seconds from Metro. Loads of restaurants and take aways near by. Only downside was the bed which was hard but i slept well and it was quite. Also had to hand room key in whenever you left hotel but rooms have a free safe. No issues with feeling unsafe at night, area is busy but so is the whole of Paris!

Ideal for a long weekend in Paris. Conveniently located right in front of Gare du Nord, so handy when arriving on the EuroStar. The double room was large, comfortable and clean, with a large shower which I fitted in given my height. It was nice to have a small balcony. The only issue was the Internet was down for the whole time I was there, so I had to do online work from a café next door, which wasn't ideal, but it wasn't the worst. All in all, I'd stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was easy to find, right across from the Gare du Nord, very well located. The room was very clean and had A/C! Bathroom was very clean as well. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy at night but there were no issues at all.

A/C was not working and then supposed they fix it but we never did feel the cold air, we did keep the windows open to feel the fresh air. Elevator too small (3x3). Room to small for 3 persons. We love the bathroom is big, clean, better of the rest of the room. Too expensive per night for the worst stay.
