I have always stayed in this hotel when I go to Colombia. This time it I went with three friends a we struggle because the hotel did not have hot water. The water is very cold. The rooms need some TLC because the wood looks pretty run down almost everywhere in the bathroom. In our rooom 502 only two electrical outlets worked so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and kept the TV disconnected to use that as an extra outlet.Also the sexta street is Perth abandoned. That is one of the reason I usually stay here. The staff in this hotel is awesome, everyone is very nice and their morning breakfast are delicious. If you don’t mind cold water then this is an okay place to stay. We are used to have warm water so we won’t be staying at Versalles hotel again.

This hotel is a disaster. The sink water tastes awful. The bathroom window is broken. The bathroom is filthy. There's no hot water in the shower. The sheets smell bad and the bed is rock hard. The AC doesn't cool the room. The furniture is very old. The staff has a bad attitude and very little motivation to work. There are only two very rough towels. The lighting is very poor and, finally, there isn't a single decorative touch. Horrible.

The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.

The shower was dirty,I would say they never clean it,I got athlete foot,the bed matress was so uncomfortable,my back hurts,I only slept there for about 3 nights eventhout I paid 8 nights room1004 ,I paid for queen bed an got a smaller bed.iam not satisfied stay there 12-20-22 to 12-28-22

The hotel is literally frozen in time, but it was clean and friendly staff. There is no hot water available which is odd but it wasn’t terrible. Great location and did the job for 1 night.

There was no hot water in the suite hot tub or jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was not clean. The ring desk guy was really nice and tried to help us. But wasn’t the point. I felt I threw my money to the garbage.

Didn’t have hot water after 10 am and water was turned off intermittently during the day. None of this information is mentioned on Expedia which I think is really a lack of research on part of Expedia. Will definitely NOT BE staying here ever again

Bare basic hotel for business trip

If you are looking a hotel just for sleep while you are in a business trip, this is a OK hotel for the price. I've used just for 1 night while waiting for my early flight the morning after.

Room is clean, staff is under-trained but they try to do the best they can.

This is my second stay here, I hoped the second would be nicer than the first, but after this one I might not be back.

This hotel seems to be decaying, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, but the hotel itself seems to be falling apart.

The wifi is very weak everywhere in the hotel, the towels feel like old hospital towels and the doors on the room offer no privacy, on my last day i was changing to finally leave and one of the room attendants walked on me without knocking on the door.

The breakfast is good for the price and the staff of the restaurant is great and attentive.

Overall, if you are on a budget and need a place just to sleep this place is good. It is on a great location and you can basically walk everywhere.

Beware: Cash only hotel.

Made the reservation 2 weeks before, when got there they told me they don't accept credit cards Colombian pesos only, I explaint to the front desk how hard is to exchange dollars in Colombia and after 8:00 pm is impossible to get pesos anywhere, no manager to talk to.

Spend a little more and get a better place

From the start a big disappointment. Traveling for a short vacation with my family I booked two rooms 3 months in advance. Upon check in I was told they only have one room for 3 people in my reservation. Paula a very unskilled person in customer service couldn't care less and didn't try to offer me options. When I started my call to expedia, they \"suddenly\" found the mistake they made and managed to accommodate us. Things didn't stop there, out of 5 nights, three of them we didn't have water no wi fi after 10 pm in our rooms. In my room the faucet was broken and took a minute for them to fix it. Safe boxes didn't work in two of the rooms. Towels look like a luxury. We only had 2 medium old towels, forget about hand or wash cloths. Noise was awful. Housekeepers would just come around 8 am when we were trying to rest knocking on doors so loud !! They would even walk on you with no regards for your privacy. Breakfast wasn't exactly a highlight. At breakfast Nelson was a really nice man, very attentive, but the woman who replaced him was awful. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable with inappropriate comments. I have to say most of the staff was helpful and respectful. Exceptions: Paula, the breakfast lady and housekeepers didn't make the cut. I'm not a person that is hard to please, but this was too much adding to have my family go through this. We opted to laugh about it, but we would never recommend this place.

Not a hotel for English speaking tourist.

I wouldn't book this hotel again on departure I had to pay cash. The hotel doesn't accept credit card. The hotel didn't mention this when I booked until the day of departure. The reception staff didn't speak English or tried to accommodate English tourist. The hot water didn't work two days we stayed there. The wi-fi wasn't reliable. The shower head was broken and came out like a force of water.

La atención del personal en general fue muy buena, el lugar estaba muy limpio, buena ubicación y el sitio es tranquilo, el desayuno es rico pero los dos días fue el mismo menú, debería haber mas variedad en frutas y huevos al gusto.

El lugar se veía muy bien en fotos. Cuando llegamos allá nos cobraron 20.000 más de lo que decía en internet. No es grave. Luego, no nos dejaron ingresar a la piscina y al comedor porque estaban en un evento hasta por la noche (llegamos a las 2:00 pm). Las habitaciones olían a viejo, la madera y todo estaba viejo. El aire no funcionaba bien, ni el televisor. Cuando salimos en la noche nos dijeron que llegaramos antes de las 9:00 porque cerraban el parqueadero y no nos dejaban entrar. Llegamos a las 8:50 de la noche, ya tenían cerrado y casi no nos abren. El desayuno estuvo bien. Realmente no es un hotel cómodo y no está en muy buenas condiciones. Nada que ver con las fotos y con la entrada.

El estado del mobiliario del hotel es viejo, sin mantenimiento, descuidado, el baño viejo en precaria situacion, el aseo diario es pesimo, tardio, se les olvida poner papel higienico, toallas viejas, pequeñas, el personal desatento, la tarifa en el hotel es superior a la ofrecida en internet.
NO recomiendo a nadie este hotel, pesimo.

Pésima atención, no cumplen con la oferta de valor

La oferta de valor no corresponde a la realidad: no tiene parqueadero, tuvimos que ir caminando a un sitio a 4 cuadras. El costo fue mayor al que se específica en la página de Hoteles: 20.000 más. La atención de la señorita que maneja la recepción en la mañana es pésima, displicente. Nada recomendable

Es un hotel viejo, con humedad en algunas zonas, los baños son cuaternarios y sin agua caliente, las camas y colchones no son muy comodos; el personal aparenta ser amable y no dan soluciones a sus quejas y reclamos o peticiones, la comida y el desayuno del restaurante del hotel es muy regular.

Hotel pésimo servicio, sucio, pago solo efectivo

Muy Mal, el hotel es pésimo, habitaciones sucias, sabanas muy sucias, no fueron cambiadas después de que se fue el huésped anterior, tenia pelo en la sabana y con fluidos en la sabana,un verdadero asco
No aceptan tarjetas de crédito todo lo tienes que pagar en efectivo al momento del check in, lineas telefónicas bloqueadas al exterior y no facturan a nombre de ninguna empresa.

No reciben tarjetas de crédito

Al momento de liquidar la cuenta fue muy difícil. No aplicaron las retenciones de ley y adicionalmente no reciben tarjeta de crédito. Es trabajoso pagar una semana de hospedaje en efectivo.
