I was first put in room 210 and the room was messed up, the bathroom was even leaking, and i was forced to request for another room which took forever. I eventually got another but there was no network connection at all in the room, spent all my day either sitting at the reception or by the stairs just to access internet. whew

He was rude and argumentative and never sought to solve any of the complaints. Instead, he said we got what we paid for. They had issues and now its just filled with cement. The breakfast is ok. If you want to buy seperate its like $250 rd pesos so like $5 us.

On arrival I was told to get into a free taxi that took me to another similar hotel nearby called Renacer. Other hotel guests told me it happened to them while ago as well, so perhaps it's a long term practice.
For the same money I was booked there. Decent local budget hotel with swimming pool and little kitchen serving breakfast and other meals as well as beers. Room was clean although AC condensation was dripping on the floor.
Overall very good value for money and close walking distance to Colonial City.

The security guard Danilo spoke English well and was always wanted to be of service a real genuine guy. Erik in reception also spoke excellent English. The hotel could not do enough for you all you needed to do was ask. The food was good and an ambient evening sat outside enjoying a cool beer topped off the day. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who wanted a clean, friendly hotel which was near to the sea and also had an on site taxi service that would take you anywhere. Wilkin the taxi driver was excellent but he did'nt speak English but we got by with google translator.

then I tried to cancel my booking without any luck
I want a cancellation of my hotel teservation booking because when I went to the hotel, the reservation number #8069259010768 never took place into the system. But they did gave me a reservation above and my credit card, I beleive it was charged for the amount $64.00 dollars. The teller or booker, tried to help me, but there was not reservation at all. So I left the hotel.

- This location needs a lot, A LOT AAA LOT of fixing... I reserved for Dec 24th (1 night only), stayed in Room 103...
- Bed sheets were dirty and had a lot of hair (saw this right before going to sleep, 1:00AM!), -
Cockroaches in the bathroom,
- Bad smell all the time in the room.
- A lot of dust and spider web all over the place.
- Bathroom windows were falling
- You can hear what the person in the room next to you is talking
- I had a shirt in the closed (which I intended to use the next day), it was all wet due to water leaking (AC propably). < this really drove me crazy.
- Restaurant is not good at all. We had to wait for the chef to appear for a simple continental breakfast (that was missing couple of things)
- In general: needs a lot of painting and basic fixing.

- The AC appeared to be brand new.
- Marcos and Erick were really really polite.
If you just want to spend the night for few bucks and you don't mind the bads above, this is your place. If the hotel wants to contact me so I can give them more feedback I'd be happy to, but I won't stay there again, never.
