We loved the buffet the most, we went to lunch and our friends went to dinner and they paid much more than us and said they would have rather came to the lunch buffet because it was VERY similar. 24/7 was not our favorite and seemed overpriced. You might as well just go out for breakfast.. (no food included) The pool was amazing but with littles be aware there are strict hours for littles to be in the pool, (10am-6pm if I recall correctly). One outdoor hot tub which fills up quickly time to time. Great rooms, good spacious bathrooms with walk in shower and open vanity area. Staff was good to us, no issues with them.

I paid top dollar for my room only to find trash under the desk, where the coffee pot was also the extra 25 dollar fee to check in 1 hour before 4pm but we had to check out before 11am thats not even 24 hours. I was in room 1330 and i could still smell the staleness in it from last people must. of stunk or smoked. Also heatring the neighbors kids scream all night was a nightmate sence when does black hawk welcome kids.

Everything was great only down fall was the roller blinds were broke. We could open the main one by hand but the one by the tub was broke and we couldn't open or close it without calling down and having them do it with a remote and that was the reason we got that room.

I decided to stay here because it is the newest property but the property was dirty. The restaurants, we did the buffet for dinner and the 24/7 for breakfast and food was ok but you could see how dirty everything was. The room as soon as we open the door had a pee smell. The pool closed for kids at 6pm when check in is only at 4pm, not convenient at all if you are staying with children. Overall very disappointed with the experience.

Lovely and lovely hotel in Black Hawk. Enjoyed our stay but note they charge extra for early check in. Had great dining and amenities but had to request a robe and slippers, they also charge you if you take the toiletries provided in the room. Would recommend staying here though. Loved the decor, pool, etc.

I brought my fiance here for his birthday. We stayed in the King Spa Suite it was absolutely amazing we didn't even leave the room but to get some food for the first night. Definitely worth the extra money the jacuzzi's home was perfect. The casino itself was clean and nice we enjoy it all aspects of the hotel the buffet was probably the best buffet we have ever been to. As well as we enjoy the pool in the hot tub the last time we were there. We will definitely stay here again we absolutely loved it!

The room was very comfortable and quiet, despite there being lots of people at the resort. The rooftop spa facility was very nice and there was only about 15 people in the pool and hot tubs on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. The price of the room was 50-100% more than what other equivalent properties charge in Metro Denver. As noted there were a lot of people in the resort on Saturday afternoon and evening, so it was crowded in the cafes, restaurants, and casino areas. We had dinner at the Chop House, and the steak offering and service was above average, the desserts were the best part. We didn't stay for breakfast, so we can't rate that amenity. Overall a decent experience for our group, but not something we would repeat in the future. If you are interested in gambling, then we were told by locals that there are smaller casinos with a cozier atmosphere and less stressed staff.

My husband and I were traveling from the Great Sand Dunes to Rocky Mountain National Park and decided to stop at Blackhawk for one night.
We booked the club lounge king room. There was a line at check in but moved fast, check in was smooth and easy, Rafella was very nice and friendly and she showed us the elevator system. The elevators were confusing at first but found it very clever and made me feel safe as a guest at the hotel.
The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and spacious.
The club lounge dinner food was good and the selection was fine, mostly light snacks. They served fruit, cheese, cured meats, crackers and chicken tenders.
The dinner at the Chophouse was great. We had some the bison tenderloin and beef prime rib and black truffle gratin. Ended the dinner with strawberry gelato prepared at the table. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous.
Continental breakfast at the lounge was good.
Peaked into the pool and fitness area in the top floor. Both were clean

I came in with high expectations, and boy were they met or exceeded. The hotel is gorgeous! Rooms are ample, comfortable, and beautifully finished. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Staff was attentive and helpful. Loved the conseirge lounge, Santi was fantastic! The food was excellent. Highly recommend Twenty Four Seven, and the Buffet. All good foods. The free valet parking is clutch too. Casino is nice, but nothing out of this world. Would be nice if the games were a bit more giving lol. We still had fun. 8/10, will stay again.

The only slight difficulty we had to navigate was the parking or valet option for the first time and there is not a microwave in the room to heat some leftovers from the great restaurant option. Check in.....arrived 3:30pm(Check in was 4pm). Was told my room was ready, but would have to wait 30 minutes. Huh? Or I could pay $25 to enter my \"ready\" room. I wasn't there 3 hours early and I get that there are early check in rules, but if the room is ready and it's only 20-30 minutes before 4pm, then why not let people check in. Come to find out, that there were 4 couples waiting the 30 minutes.

Food and Beverage......Food is mediocre and overpriced. For perspective, a small pizza was 23ish bucks. Buffet was around $60.

Staff....Amazing. Only thing that made the $250/night stay worth it.

Rooms.....Really nice. Thin walls. Noisy neighbors. Fridge and Coffee maker. Bathrooms are really nice.

Overall, not worth it. If prices were $150-$175ish, then I would say go for it. Better options for cheaper in the area.

The property is very nice. Clean everywhere we went.

The 24/7 Restaurant was nice. The food was hugely portioned but very good. The beef brisket was excellent.
The Bistro was just okay. The Dirty Martini was not mixed correctly and not remade when server was asked about the problem plus very expensive.
The Baby Kale salad was basically just a large bowl of kale with only one half a baby tomato and a few orange pieces chopped. The dressing was very good.

The casino was very loud as expected! We chose the third floor around the Sports betting area. Very comfortable seating to choose from and we were lucky to find the slot machine games we enjoy.

We upgraded our room and were given concierge access to a nice cocktail lounge on the 20th floor. Excellent service! Great Manhattan cocktail. The spa, pool areas were just lovely and worth every penny.

We will return for sure!

The only staff that is nice are the men in the blue jackets and the hotel lobby. Dirty dirty dirty. The room was out dated and smelled dusty and moldy and the shower was awful, tile was slimey . The air conditioning wasn’t cooling. But it is a casino and you are there for only one thing. A little too pricey for a one night stay. I wouldn’t recommend

Nice property. Feels very upscale and you're paying for upscale. At first glance, it feels clean. The rooms are nicely furnished, the casino is where it's at. The pool and its attendents were nice and welcoming, the housekeeping staff seemed genuine. We enjoyed the security of requiring a room key to access the rooms and that you could only access your floor. The cons: All of our dining experiences here were left wanting. The first night, we ate at twenty-four seven twice. The first dining experience, we were sat next to a large table who contained a belligerent and drunk gentleman who accused his waitress of smoking weed because she took so long then drinking his beer because she didn't bring it. The next dining experience there late that night, our poor waiter was so flustered and our food took over half an hour. The following night we had the buffet. Our attendent was very nice, but the food was left wanting. The prime rib was dry. The lobster tails, overcooked, but the crab was decent. After gambling, we went to our room to freshen up. Children on our floor decided to run throughout our floor Twenty-Fou/Seven, again, because there isn't any other option. Our food took a while again. Two ordered well burgers. They came out pink. When we notified our waitress,
