Had a great stay here, would stay again. Property is modern, clean & safe - staff was very friendly. The food at the various locations was tasty & fairly reasonably priced. The pool area was beautiful, spacious & very clean.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful, restaurants were a little pricey, overall the stay was very nice. I recommend coming up during the week days when the rates are cheaper. The check in and checkout process was very smooth. I recommend the hotel to anyone coming up for a get away.

We had a beautiful suite. Comfy bed. Things that could be changed were the pillows all 4 super fluffy. I like a flatter pillow. Chair in master bath was worn and tv had no signal in bathroom. But no big problem's.
Definitely stay again. Outdoor hot tub and fire pits a delight. Adults only pool hours a great idea. Lots of cold water bottles in fridge.

We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. We don’t gamble and mostly came for the spa and hotel. The food was AMAZING, especially at the Timberline Grill. We got a 50 minute couples massage and it was a weird but wonderful experience. They gave us complimentary mimosas and espresso that was heavenly. The reason I say it was weird is that they had a man massage me and a woman massage my husband. Pretty awkward but neither of us get professional massages often at all. I’ve only had one before and it was my husbands first time ever getting a massage. Quite the experience! The hotel rooms don’t come with a microwave but they’re available at request. They’ll charge you $8 for the microwave for the duration of your stay. Worth it though so I could heat up my $85 steak lol. The in-room dining was amazing from the Fireside restaurant. The omelettes are amazing and so are the breakfast potatoes. Especially with hot sauce. We also walked down to the Monarch Chophouse and spent $300 on dinner. HOWEVER, it was THE BEST most decidant meal I have had in all my 25 years on this earth. I would recommend that place for anyone. They took my gluten allergy very seriously and even brought GF bread to us. An absolutely amazing experience.

Beautiful so clean staff excellent especially Tony on nights checked us in and Jordan at the bar the rooms were fantastic smelled so fresh pool amazing one down side was timberline steak house not great food very overpriced and no laundry but the value was great here staff was genuinely nice and security was very tight no problems would recommend to everyone gorgeous scenery too

The elevators need to be maintained better, my parents in law free fell about 10 floors in the elevator. Also the bartender with the big beard is an A hole. Everything other than that was great though.

The room was very nice, clean. The mini fridge didn’t work and the “hot” water in the shower was barely lukewarm. When we first arrived I asked where a restroom was (been riding in the car for a few hours) I was told “over there” with a pointed finger and no direction otherwise. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful…but mostly closed (maintenance I guess) , so the areas that were open were packed full.

Great stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The casino had a fun, lively atmosphere with plenty of options, and it never felt too crowded. There were also great food and drink choices on site, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely come back!

The property was clean and the room was mostly clean. When a property is as welcoming and inviting as this, one would expect clean mirrors. Oversight on housekeeping. The pool area incredible! Next time we’ll be better prepared for this area. The communication between front desk and housekeeping was lacking. Non-existent. In my opinion. Clean towels and glasses should not have been a big request, but it wasn’t met. Overall we were happy, but it’s not a 5 star.

There were only one coffee pack in the room.( three of us in the room) The bed was too soft and too bouncy. I shared a bed with my sister and everytime my sister turned or moved the bed woke me up. The pool water maintenance maybe needs looked at. The pool water hardly smelled or tasted any chemicals, like chlorine or bromin. 6 of us stayed for two nights to celebrate my moms 79th birthday. I have told someone on reception about it when I requested adjoining rooms. We had a close up - road and mountain view, nothing to see kind of view.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable! The parking garage has no signage for where valet parking spots end. The garage directional arrows all point the same direction, so it’s impossible to tell if oncoming traffic is coming in when you are leaving.

I was so disappointed. I will NOT be staying again. The property gives off a work and tired feeling. This feeling is confirmed by the dated furniture and scratch marks throughout the hotel room. The nice thing about the room is the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty nice. And the price is just a few dollars less expensive than The Monarch down the street. And The Monarch is such a nicer property.
