The room was great! Large and roomy. It was clean and climate control was easy. The tub and shower were great as well. The room quality was top notch. I loved the Buffett but there should be more options for easy sodas and water for hotel guests like vending machines on the floors.

Biggest disappointment on the casino floor was the lack of any cocktail servers! No one and I do mean no one was serving any of the gaming machines, not even the roulette or black jack video machines. It wasn’t until Sunday morning after brunch that one lady was finally serving the machines.

Our family dropped like $2k in 24 hours at the casino and had to pay for our drinks the whole time. Worse, you had to leave your game to go stand in line for 15-20 minutes to pay for your own drink.

Bed was sagging in the middle and headboard was peeling. Took over and hour for someone to come fix the toliet after calling the desk twice. Television wasn't programmed. Only 1 menu at the restaurant... No snack area for nighttime munching. Left after 2 days of a paid 5 day stay.. Won't be coming back.

The sheet was stained but other than that, the room seemed cleaned.
There was an issue with a male entering our room early in the morning. Both of these were reported to the person who checked us out.

After our friends checked in at 1:30, we tried to check in at 1:45. We were told we would be able to check in at 2:00. We went back just before 2 and waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they didn’t have a room for us. Meanwhile, they were checking in everyone else. They said that they would call/text within an hour when our room was ready. That NEVER happened. We went back at 6 and were finally able to check in. It was disappointing to be given the run around when we have visited many times and were meeting friends. Usually, our experience has been positive. This was not.

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. The hotel staff were shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. Basic requests were treated like personal insults, and any attempt to get help was met with eye-rolling, indifference, or flat-out ignoring us. No one seemed trained, no one took responsibility, and no one cared. It felt like the staff’s main goal was to do as little as possible while making guests feel like an inconvenience for simply existing. A hotel can have nice rooms, but when the customer service is this bad, it completely ruins the experience. I would absolutely not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

The rooms were clean and I loved that the casino was smoke free. The price was expensive for one night even with the Expedia discount. The staff was friendly and helpful. One issue we had was the parking lot and the signs to get out. It was extremely difficult and after ending up at the the valet area 3 times we were able to finally track down a valet that said the exit was on the 5th floor. The signs were not taking us that way. All in all it was a great stay.

Room was spotless, staff on my floor was excellent.Weda nickname and her staff I was in room 2012 for 4 stays went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Also the staff at lobby desk went over and above to make sure I could keep same room all 4 nights. Paid for 2 nights, because of flooding in california my guests could not fly into denver because of delays and cancellations. I added 2 more nights hoping they could arrive, no luck.So my xmas family for 4 days was ameristar staff of weda and her team, firestone grill team, I ate there all 4 days no where else,food was excellent , lobby overnight crew, day crew also, the pool and outside whirlpool was clean, water temperatures perfect. I stay in alot of hotels has a high school, and offseason college 🏀, and girls flag football 🏈 official all year round.5 star expereince. Sincerely Gino Mares
