When i checked in to my room is smelled bad and the ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling, picture provided. Then the next room had no shower head and was the last room available so i had to take it but in the morning i found a huge roach in the shower, Picture provided. House keeping needs to do much better in cleaning and checking the rooms.

This hotel made me feel like trafficking is happening here. I arrived late due to flight cancellation.
I was charged a holding deposit which I was advised would clear quickly. Now I’m being advised it make take up to 4 weeks. I have never heard a hotel deposit taking 4 weeks to clear.

I received my room key.
The hallway of floor my room was on, was filthy with all types of stains on the floor. No wet sign was up as there were recent spills.
There was a party going on the floor and smelled like marijuana even though it’s a “no smoking” hotel.

My room phone was completely off. Very alarming. The lamps by the beds were broke.

The lights were flickering and the room was extremely hot. The floor was outdated and needed to be clean. There were stains on the wall. It was a corner room so yes I did get an eerie feeling of being unsafe.

This hotel needs some serious cleaning and upgrades. I truly want my money back but hey wishful thinking

It was a terrible experience. On Saturday night, I couldn't sleep at all until 3am. The rooftop party continued until 2:45am., with heavy bass vibrations shaking the entire fifth floor. I called the lobby for assistance, but it was no help at all. at all.

Stayed here during my trip to Flushing and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, especially for food and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Definitely one of the better hotel options in the area. Would stay again.

Walked into a clean, but overly strong Fabreeze-like smell in our hotel room. Not sure what cleaning solutions are being used, but the Fabreeze-like smell was particularly strong and overpowering. We stayed 3 nights and the strong smell didn’t go away until the 3rd day. This might bother someone with sensitivity.

There was 1 soiled spot on the carpet. Not sure why this spot was left soiled (it looked like a wet dirt footprint). I took a wet wipe and wiped it down myself, and it was gone. Not sure how a maid would miss cleaning it.

One floor standing lamp also was dead. It was plugged in, but couldn’t figure why why it was dead. We made due with just the other floor lamp (there was 2 luckily).

The shower & soaking tub area was sectioned off by glass stalls with a privacy stick-on screen (I definitely knew it was stick on because at one corner it was peeling). There are no walls for the toilet as well, there is just the same glass stalls with stick-on privacy screen. There is a bathroom fan, so at least someone who is embarrassed can at least hide behind the sound of the bathroom fan. This setup is fine for couples who don’t mind being open with their bathroom activities, but for those sharing a room who are not intimate in that way, this set up is VERY awkward.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Mattress is on the soft side.

The built in cabinets had scractches on them, but it’s more so a cosmetic thing. Lots of room for storage.

Cops literally next door. Safe.

My fiancé and I stayed at The One Boutique Hotel in Flushing after attending a rooftop birthday party at the property. The event space was fine and the party was enjoyable, but the hotel stay itself was terrible.
We only booked the room because we didn’t want to drive back to New Jersey after partying until 2 AM. We had already seen reviews mentioning shabby rooms and poor customer service, so expectations were low — but this was far worse than expected.

At approximately 7:20 AM, we were abruptly awakened by loud chaos outside our room. A man was yelling on speakerphone about being locked out, followed by hotel staff pounding on doors, aggressively jiggling handles, talking loudly, and eventually drilling into a room for HOURS. The noise was so excessive that the walls and glass in our room were vibrating.

By 10:20 AM, after nearly three hours of nonstop disturbance, I called the front desk. The employee casually informed me the man had been locked out since 2 AM. Even more concerning, the guest later told my fiancé he had been living there for SIX MONTHS. Clearly, this hotel has operational issues involving long-term occupants mixed with transient guests.

No apology was ever offered. Staff acted completely unconcerned.

The room itself was run-down with chipped paint and only half the bathroom lights working, forcing me to get ready in dim light. Yet they still had no problem placing a $100 incidental hold on my card while we were the ones inconvenienced! DONT STAY HERE!

It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better.

Found a used condom next to the bed. One of the light switches were out & worn out walls. We were offered a room switch which sounded ideal. Unfortunately, although the second room was clean and looked nicer, it was freezing. Although I set the thermostat to 78 degrees. The room never became warmer.

Very clean seen a roach by the lobby but this is new york you're going to see one or two bugs. Ive stayed here 3 times the only bad experience was my second time staying there and the front staff late night was not helpful. Its like he didnt care how i got in my room that i was locked out of unexpectedly. So they placed me in an tiny room for the night which was crazy cause i didn't pay for a bigger room where all my luggage was in to be place in a dorm room without my belongings cause i had to wait for early morning housekeeping. The bathrooms are weird, you damn near can shower and poop at the same time.. the sink was clogging and taking its time to drain.. just crazy

Temperature could not be controlled, room has no windows, was very small (-10ft by 8ft), no shower- was attached to sink. You had to stand at the sink and the shower was directly overhead. This also resulted in water getting everywhere including into the room. Not for claustrophobic people, not for more than 1 person. Mold in bathroom.

I loved the window, absolutely huge. The shower being separate from the toilet with the sink in between. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We went to the Ooo bar and Lounge. It was pretty lively in there and we had a lot of fun. The Bartender (Chelsea) there was amazing and took really good care of us.

The bathroom shower keys have been changed ! It appears the hot water key is not operative at all times as needed.

While the rooms appeared satisfactory, three out of four experienced significant fan noise issues. My room specifically lacked heating for three days until Monday, when staff explained the issue was due to a neighboring unit's air conditioning, which I found illogical. Additionally, the hallways consistently smelled of weed, and music from the rooftop club, located on the 8th/9th floor, was audible from the 3rd floor. On my final night, after finally being relocated and purchasing air fresheners, I finally experienced a comfortable and odor-free sleep. The perceived lack of customer service/refund, attributed to my booking through Expedia, was regrettable.

The pictures on the listing are misleading, at least for the compact room, which is approximately 10x10 feet. The shower head is directly over the sink and shares a floor with the toilet. When you shower the water collects on the floor and walls. The glass walls around the bathroom are 3/4, so you will hear and smell everything that goes on in there. Cleanliness was okay, but there were definitely areas of the shower that could have used scrubbing.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Next door is a KTV, and it’s noisy even in the middle of the night.
The room light was broken — you couldn’t turn it off, so I had to sleep with the lights on.
The air conditioning didn’t work either, and there was a portable AC unit that was loud and annoying.
The room was small and cramped.
The front desk was an old man with a terrible attitude.

The hotel requires the room card be inserted into card reader to have access to the lighting and fixtures inside the room like lights, electrical outlets, etc. It can be helpful since this reminds you to take the card before you leave the room. Bedding was good and comfy. For the most part is clean. Found a few trash containers behind the nightstand from previous guest. The lock safe was out of battery power so locking valuables was a missed opportunity.

Location was conveniently placed around a lot of restaurants and cafes so food options were plentiful.

Main St. subway end stop is a few blocks away so catching the local transit is easy to get into Downtown Manhattan.

The hotel was decently located for what we were looking for. The shower was located behind glass walls in the bedroom and the door leaked quite a bit regardless of what we tried to stop it. The AC was good in the hotel but weak in our room as well. There was no window so it was impossible to cool the room in another way. I would stay there again, there were just a few small things that impacted my score a little.

This place felt dirty - hair strands and damaged items. There was only one outlet in the room (outside of the bathroom) so it was impossible to charge my laptop, watch, and phone. The bed was meh, the pillowcases didn't fit. The fan was loud and noisy. And the chair at the desk was so low (and not adjustable) making it really difficult to work. I will not stay here again.

It was a little dated, but had everything you could need. I did have trouble with the shower, it is connected to the sink. I went to use the sink when I went to use it for the first time at night, not knowing it was set to shower, I have myself a fully clothed shower.l, so beware of the faucet settings.

The hotel is a bit confusing. It tries to promote itself as an upscale asian style hotel. But they don't keep up with their standards all together.

The furnitures are worn out though they try to keep it in good shape. The high bed frame corners bruised up my knees. The showers were horrible. There was barely enough pressure and water. Instead of replenishing out bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they leave behind what's not used by the last guest, so that the new guest has to bother the reception desk for new ones. Also, there were some fire alarm speaker that were broken. So, all you heard was a continuous long strand of beeping sound. Lastly, the memory foam bed was way too soft.

Most importantly, the receptionist was great and patient. He was friendly, courteous and helpful.
