Disapointing Stay with Spa Hotel Parigi 2

I booked for a quadruple room which was confirmed. Upon check in we were brought to the 3rd floor went out of the hotel balcony which led us to a separate unit. We were given 2 separate rooms which were not even up to standards. Bathroom was clean but smelly, AC was not even blowing a cold air & quite a few mosquitos. I went to the reception to check why we were put in there where my booking was for a quaruple room. I was told there was no available room and that they will give me a free breakfast instead. We were transferred to a suite room the next day plus free breakfast. The room was ok. AC in the other room was not working. We slept in sweat! I reported it to the reception the next day and said they will check and they didn't. I asked for a fan around 12mn but they could not provide one. It was a bad experience.

A very low 3 star hotel surrounded in a 1 star environment, surrounded by rough suburbs and prostitutes on every corner. Not a place to stay if you like comfort, don’t want to worry about your car in the car park or are travelling with anyone you car about!

The day I arrived hotel didn't have service to the station. They said they can arrange a taxi but it costs alot like €35 to the hotel.
The general cleaneness was good but I stayed there couple of days but they didn't clean the floors and didn't mopped and last day they left the room half cleaned like coffee cups were in the bathroom with water inside!

The nearest station is Dalmine and Bergamo. But you can not walk. The last bus is at 8pm which was the problem.

Also, I have booked this hotel for spa. But the hotel said they charging for spa €25 for 90 minutes.

The nearest shopping place is 2.7km and you can not walk as it's other side of the motorway! You have to take a taxi again. There is no restaurant or cafe around.

The room was a bit hot when we got there otherwise the staff was helpful. On the website it mentioned air conditioning but it doesn't run all year round but later in the night the weather turned pleasant so not a big issue. Overall stay was very short but I can say hotel was nice and stay was comfortable.

Like a recent stay in Milan, our one-night stay here was nice. There isn't really anything special to say.. but at the same time, there isn't anything particularly bad either (other than the wifi being down/out). Service was good. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing extravagant.

OK hotel in the middle of nowhere

Be aware that for this hotel coming by car is a requirement. In Sabbio there are a couple of bars, a small convenience store and a tabaccheria. Thats about it. Public transport is available until 19:00, and the bus to Bergamo takes approx 45 minutes. If you want to take the bus back you have to be on the bus in Bergamo prior to 18:00. And it takes over an hour to get back....
In short, either have a car or spend lots of money on taxi (25 euro each way to Bergamo)

The hotel was good. We ended up in an appartment since we were four people. The appartment was a couple of hundred meters from the hotel so we didn't spend to much time there. The hotel was quite expensive based on location. The spa was good, though not exceptional. Once again, given the price it was not worth it.

For us a five day vacation would have been much cheaper at a hotel in Bergamo at three times the price of this one!

This hotel is at the end of the world in what seems to be industrial zone. Our first room smelled of cigarettes, so we were relocated to one without a window, but with a door with shutters we couldn't lift to let any light in. The SPA part is opened only between 3 - 9pm when we were seeing Milan and Bergamo. Rooms are small with hard and cold stone floor. My girlfriend was very unhappy about the room. Even though they look ok in the pictures, we didn't enjoy our stay there at all.

Adequate hotel mid-way between Bergamo and Milan.

Stayed here on my own for three nights whilst attending a nearby music event. Room was nice - bed comfortable and everything was clean. Annoyingly, the toilet flush broke on the first day and it was never properly fixed. Wifi is free, but whilst it's okay in the communal areas, in my room the signal was non-existent. Staff are nice, and the breakfast wasn't bad.

Wanted to use the spa facilities, but was told that they were only open from 3pm - and because I was at the music event all afternoon and evening, I never got a chance to use the facilities.

Location is a bit hard to find - I found some local kids who were brilliant and gave me excellent directions! It's on the outskirts of town in a residential area. It's not the prettiest of buildings, but it's functional.

Very nice hotel, very clean, modern interior. However paper thin walls won't let you sleep well. When I was looking for the hotel in the area, they offered breakfast in the prize of the room. When I finalized booking, they final copy said \" breakfast excluded\" :( It wasn't a big deal to us because we had a short flight early in the morning so we ate at my inlaws, but it was unfair that after I paid for the hotel, breakfast was not available to us anymore. Overall we liked that hotel.

I must say that the front dest was super the room was fine. \"Conveniently near the airport\" is about as far from the truth as it is from the airport because it is NOT convenient to the airport. We used this hotel as a stop over for our early morning flight back to Paris. We had no rental car and required the front desk to set up a 5:30am taxi FAIL!!! If it were not for the generosity of a guest leaving at the same time we would NOT have made our flight.
Will not stay here again and would not recommend someone to stay at this location.

Internet not working in my room - staff not interested. The hotel is located in suburbs nice & quiet hoverer you need a car to get to any kind of a shop etc. Most bothersome however was the paper thin walls ( the lady next door spoke at length on her phone after midnight and I could clearly hear every word, she was not shouting either!!) also the stink of cigarettes filled my room during the night. As I was only there for one night I decided to complain at check out however the 24 hour reception was deserted . I waited as long as I could before having to search for my identity card which I couldn't leave behind all this putting pressure on me getting to the airport.. not recommended

Very, very, very clean hotel

5 out of 5 for this hotel. It has been rated 3 stars but it is cleaner than many 4 start and some 5 star hotels. Great staff, very clean, decent breakfast, up to date and well maintained.
Clean, SOFTEST and best quality towels have been delivered daily.
Couldn't find any fault really and whoever leaves negative review is unfair.
Will definitely come back.

Hotel Parigi in Bergamo a good nights sleep

We were flying out early morning from Bergamo airport, so a hotel seemed like the best way to get a good nights sleep. It was clean, efficient, and a nice hard bed- everything we needed before our flight. The included breakfast was a waste, because we had to leave at 530 am, and the buffet didn't start until 630. However the clerk was great and offered us coffee, tea, juice, and cake. So at least our stomachs were full and we had our caffein.

All in all a fine hotel for a fast stay-- i would NOT recommend it for long term. The neighbourhood seems kind of boring, maybe not THE best as it was very quiet, kind of eery. But with a car and for a passing sleep, i'd say it was top notch.

This was a great hotel in a nice quiet town. I wished we could have stayed a few more days to sleep and replenish after working too much. The desk people were really sweet and the rooms were nice by Euro standards. Look forward to staying here again next time we're in Milan.

Das Zimmer war von guter Qualität, die Betten ebenso wie die sanitären Einrichtungen. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und gab sehr hilfreiche Empfehlungen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und vielfältig, auch dort waren die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter stets aufmerksam und erfüllten jede Anfrage umgehend. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus Bergamo mit dem Linienbus gut erreichbar ist. Allerdings haben wir keinen Haltepunkt der dort eingesetzten Linie in die Gegenrichtung gefunden. Von anderen Haltestellen ist ein Fußweg von etwa einer halben Stunde erforderlich. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichende kostenlose Parkplätze.

My visit

We were only seeking for an affordable place to crash near Orio al Serio airport before our early morning flight. For that hotel was perfect and as expected.

The AC wasn’t runnin’ so I had to ask the receptionist to turn it on. He did…but for reason I do not know, it ran for couple of hours. In the middle of the night had to go down to reception to ask them to turn it on again…which shortened my already short nights sleep. And who likes that!

Hotelli on kiva ja siisti, mutta aika kaukana Bergamon keskustasta. Sinne pääsee bussilla, mutta silti käveltävää jää silti noin kilometri ja matkan varrelle osuu aika pitkät portaat. Liikuntaesteisille voi olla hankala. Hotellin lähellä on kiva kahvila.

Avevo già soggiornato anni fa in questo Hotel è devo dire che è migliorato molto. Le camere sono molto accoglienti, calde ed insonorizzate, l’arredamento è stato rinnovato. Il personale è molto preparato, cortese e molto disponibile. La colazione è molto variegata con ulteriori margini di miglioramento. Continuerò sicuramente ad utilizzare questo Hotel per le mie soste di lavoro.

La cosa bella dell'hotel era la zona spa anche se non l'ho vista da vicino,i prezzi sono troppo alti per un hotel che si trova in una zona industriale in provincia di bergamo.La camera troppo piccola eravamo in 2 piu un bimbo piccolo,il letto era ad una piazza e mezza e abbiamo dormito malissimo,il bagno puzzava non so di cosa ma puzzava da morire.La colazione non era compreva avendo prenotato tramite Expedia,se volevi far colazione dovevi pagare 9 euro a persona per gli adulti e 5 euro il bimbo..Un esagerazione

Assolutamente da dimenticare.... ignoranza e scarsità di servizio sono al primo posto in questo pseudo albergo ,la piscina con spa vieta l’ingresso ai bambini di 6 anni ma non viene scritto nel regolamento al momento della prenotazione, in più avevo prenotato una tripla con una culla per una bambina di un 1 anno e non mi hanno fatto trovare in camera nulla e tantomeno mi è stato detto niente. L’addetta alla reception di un’ignoranza unica molto molto scortese ....mai più consiglierò questo albergo statene alla lontana

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit Wurst, Käse, Brot, Brötchen, Obst, etc..) Was mir gefehlt hat, war die Möglichkeit ein Rührei zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend. In der näheren Umgebung (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants.
