The club resort is situated on the Petalon peninsula, between Vrsar and the Koversada camp. It is located along the coast, and the centre of the township of Vrsar can be reached in only a 10-minute walk along the walking path.
Rovinj is some 20 km away. The 176 accommodation units are situated in terrace-like arrangements on the hill, with several accommodation units linked in a pavilion-type series.
Guests are welcomed to this air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The resort provides a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a children's playground and a kids' club.
For dining and drinks, guests can enjoy the on-site café, bar and restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access, a laundry service and bicycle hire.

Air conditioning not cool enough
The hotel sets the lower limit of the temperature of the air conditioning at 22 degrees C. I found that temperature too warm to sleep, so I checked out after one night. Also whenever the AC unit came on, it made a loud rattling sound, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Brilliant to be right on the beach, very beautiful and clean and the half board meals were great. Drinks and hiring of the loungers were expensive, but a lovely location with good trips close by .

Ive stayed at at my fair share of hotels and resorts, but Ive got to say my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful our Petalon resort experience was. The room was clean and modern, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the view from the room was spectacular, the breakfast buffet was vast and had options for all tastes, and the swimming was great. The hotel bar and restaurant has a lot of great options for food, and for people who dont like swimming in the sea, the pool was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to lots of neighboring historic towns too, so the location was ideal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely plan on staying there next time we make it back.

Overpriced holiday
This hotel was advertised as a 4 star accommodation. However I could only describe the hotl and the experience as overprecied Butlin type holiday. The resort was overcrowded with only one pool that was not kept with the condition advertised. The meals were cheap cafeteria type food. I think the problem was that it both served the camps and the hotels. There was no wifi only at the reception and the cafeteria and was not free. All the sunbeds and parasols were charged for. The whole holiday was hugely overpriced.

Amazing Price for a great resort!!
Totally loved this place. Stayed two night and wished we would have stayed a whole week. The apartments were very roomy and well furnished. Its also right on the water which is a great area for snorkeling and diving. The free breakfast was also first class.
Because we went during the late off season, it wasn't crowded at all and was quite comfortable.
The only down side was that our shower head broke during our stay and there was a problem with ants at the door way. The hotel staff gave us some bug spray and that solved the bug problem.
Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Schöne Unterkunft, , das Zimmer war prima und wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht, vom Balkon toller Blick auf's Meer. Die Halbpension war sehr abwechslungsreich und es hat gut geschmeckt, Alles in Allem sehr gelungen u.empfehlenswert auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war sehr gut.Es war eigentlich ganz schön, nur im Bad hat es von der Decke getröpfelt.Wir mussten die ganze zeit einen Kübel am Waschbecken unterstellen.Denn Schaden haben wir gemeldet wurde auch gleich begutachtet aber wurde nicht beseitigt.Das war eigentlich das einzigste was mir an diesem Urlaub nicht gefallen hat.

Way to crowded - you cannot enjoy the pool and cleaning is not cleaning just change of towels. If you like spending time at the pool - choose another place. It is way to small for all the people using it. To enjoy the private Beach to the resort you have to pay 24€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella pr day. Not okay when you paid for the resort.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren nicht überragend aber für zwei Wochen mit Kindern völlig ok (ausreichende Möblierung, täglich schnelle Reinigung, Badewanne mit Dusche). Hin und wieder fiel der Strom aus. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Frühstücksbuffet teilweise sehr voll. Vrsar kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen (10 Minuten). Viele Sportmöglichkeiten (leider kein Kajakverleih). Störend empfanden wir die häufige und laute Livemusik am Abend. Würden die Anlage aber insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

Die Anlage wird gepflegt, Strand, Grünanlagen, Pool täglich und die Zimmerreinigung ist täglich gründlich.
Zimmer war gut aber nichts besonderes.
Parkplätze auf der Anlage recht voll aber mit etwas suchen hat man immer einen gefunden.
Buffet sehr gut, Frühs sehr reichhaltig und Abends jeden Tag Abwechslung, viele andere Speisen täglich und alles sehr lecker!
Die Liegen am Pool sind kostenlos, am Strand 100 Kuna für 2 Liegen und einen Schirm. Es ist aber genug Platz für eigene Liegen, Decken etc.

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht und zwar über mein Zimmer, dass hat so nach Verwesung gerochen dass es unmöglich war darin die Nacht zu überstehen!! Ich habe es trotzdem mit viel von meinen teuren Parfüm und Deo irgendwie überstanden. Am nächsten Morgen bestätigten mir das Reinigungspersonal, dass es bekannt ist das dieses Zimmer so schrecklich stinkt und ich doch zur Rezeption gehen soll, dann bekomme ich ein anderes. Was dann auch geschah. aber auch die Damen von der Rezeption haben über dieses Zimmer Bescheid gewusst und mich trotzdem darin einquartiert !!! Auf meiner Frage nach Entschädigung sagte man mir, wenn ich noch nicht Bezahlt hätte würde ich diese Nacht nicht zahlen müssen immerhin 200€ für eine einzige Qual !!! Aber so können sie nichts machen. Es war mir auch niemand behilflich beim Umzug meiner Sachen was auch zwei Stunden von meiner wertvollen Urlaubszeit in Anspruch nahm!! Das neue Zimmer war sauber und roch normal , doch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht jedesmal wenn diese kühlen wollte kam ein etwa 5 Sekunden langer Kompressorton alle 25 Minuten auch in der Nacht, ich war so genervt von den ganzen dass ich mich freute diese Snlagr am nächsten Morgen wieder verlassen zu können !! Dafür habe ich über 400€ bezahlt deswegen die absolut schlechte Bewertung ich möchte die hiermit bitten in meinen Namen die Hälfte der Kosten zurück zu fordern ! Die zimmernummern waren 268 ( stinkezimmer ) und 259 ( def. Klima ) die Anlage selber ist sehr schön.. Hilde Arlt

Die Verpflegung (in meinem Fall nur Frühstück) war sehr reichhaltig und Abwechselungsreich!

Kein riesiger Hotelblock sondern Häuser mit nur jeweils ein paar Zimmern und jeweils separatem Zimmereingang von außen. Die Zimmer sind somit ähnlich gebaut worden wie die Appartments. Das war ein großer Pluspunkt!!!

Terrible holiday experience
Terrible overcrowded resort. Pool area full of bad behaving children with parents seeming not to care about their childrens behaviour. Next door camping people use the pool area as well, therefore its so overcrowded! The pool staff could not care less. No supervision at the gate of the resort, anyone could access the area because the gate was opened to anyone without questions asked. Dirty towels delivered at the holiday apartment. Never again. Waste of money.

Hotel war in direkter nähe des Strandes, Liege und Sonnenschrim muss man extra bezahlen und kostet viel...beim Poolbat Preise viel zu hoch und die cocktails sehr schlecht. Einzigste was uns gefallen hat war das Frühstück und Abendessen Büffet. Wir sind lieber in Vrsar zentrum gelaufen und dort waren die Strände viel schöner.

Schönes hundefreundliches Hotel mit Strandlage
Ich war zusammen mit meiner Schwester und meinem Hund im Juni für 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel inkl. Halbpension zu Gast. Für die Nebensaison ist dieses Hotel auf jedenfall zu empfehlen, da man sowohl am Strand (Liegefläche Stein), als auch am Pool nicht zu sehr um Plätze kämpfen muss (natürlich gibt es auch hier die typischen Reservierer). Die Liegen am Strand sind allerdings nicht im Preis inkludiert, sondern werden kassiert (gibt nur eine Tagesgebühr und keine Halbtagesgebühr). Hier empfehle ich schon von zu Hause (sofern als Autoreisender möglich) Liegen oder Luftmatratzen und einen Sonnenschirm mitzunehmen, denn auch dieser kostet. Das Essen war sowohl in der Früh, als auch am Abend sehr abwechslungsreich und es gibt auch einen Hundestrand, welcher allerdings von unserem Hotelzimmer weit entfernt lag.

Buena limpieza, buen desayuno y lo mejor era las instalaciones de playa porque tenía buenas escaleras de bajada al mar y tambien buenas sillas con quitasol. Esto es muy importante porque no existen las playas de arena y para entrar al mar se debe caminar por las piedras.

Bra hotel med fantastisk utsikt från rummet. Frukosten var riklig och bra. Omelett och ägg kocken var trevlig och bra. En mycket bra vistelse dock stort minus att man tog betalt för solstolarna på stranden. Luftkonditionering var ställd på 21 grader men vi hade 24,5 grad i rummet hela tiden men överlevde ändå.

We stayed there for 5 nights and the 3 of us shared a Superior Double Room, 1 Double Bed with Sofa bed, which was very small for us, but ok.
The beach is very close, only 1min walking distance (depending on the house you stay in) and you have the choice between a gravelbeach and a rocky beach with ladders (standard in croatia).
You have to pay for sunbeds and parasol extra (but its not very expensive) or you can bring your own and there are even some trees with shady places.
The water is very clear, very nice region to snorkel, but only little fish or crabs are visible.
The breakfast was awesome, you cean choose from a large buffet and the quality is high standard.
