We didnt spwmd any time around the pool, but we did go and have a look. It looked impeccably clean. The.imdoor pool looked brilliant
The rooms are amazing. They are clean, with plenty of space. There is everything you could possibly want in there. They give tou a welcome bag with a cloth and washing up liquid in. Very thoughtful. The cleaner was absolutely lovely. The view to the harbour is perfect. Cannot complain at all. Perfect.

Construction noises woke us up early in the morning, we were not informed in advance that the restaurant in the same building directly below us was performing renovations. In addition, there were ants in the suite. The reception staff were not helpful and did not offer any solution. Would not stay again.

Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a \"go away\" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out.

Vrsar is a beautiful place and these apartments have a fantastic view over the marina and of the church. The apartment is reasonably equipped but the best part is the large and very comfortable bed. The staff at hotel reception were very friendly and helpful. They even got an electric kettle for us especially when we asked. You need to check in at the Hotel Pineta reception. Not sure if we missed that info but it took us a while to work that out when we arrived. Lots of lovely reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

Nice apartments but noisy
Apartments were very clean and spacious. Biggest downfall was the noise from other apartments. You could here people going to the toilet, you could here every word people were saying. The slightest noise you could hear. This was the biggest problem for us, they need to improve the sound proofing. The area was lovely. The people were lovely. The weather unfortunately wasn't very good but that could happen to anyone.

Great Hotel with beautiful view and lovely pool
Family of 4 - Room was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great time here visiting Vrsar, adjacent towns and going on a boat trip to Rovinj. Pool was a 5 minute walk, with pool bar and great setting - really enjoyed our stay. Lots of places for eats and ice cream.

The facility is across the street from the city's harbor. Many restaurants, bars and vendors line the street. Parking is free and a little difficult as is check in.

Nice to have a balcony across the road from the harbor. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walking time and some terrific restaurants along the road approximately 10 kilometers before you get to Vrsar. Boats are available for rent as are at least small markets. There is a larger nice market on the left side of the road about 3 kilometers before you get to Vrsar.
Check in is problematic but really simple if you know what to do. You should drive up the hill to the Hotel Pineta and check in at their desk on the left. There you will get your room key and a device to open the gate to get you into the parking area which is below Hotel Pineta.

difficult to find check-in for the apartments. It was in the hotel which does not look like it has any connections with the apartments. Very dark walking from parking lot to apartment. No elevator to 3rd floor rooms so had to lug all my bags up 3 sets of stairs. Heating system did not warm the room adequately as I had to wear sweatpants and long sleeve shirt to sleep in.

Great location right by the beautiful harbour of Vrsar. With a hire car it was easy to get to the main local attractions (Rovigne Motovan Pula etc). Room dated but clean. Hotel staff generally courteous and helpful. Pool great when not full of Italian school children.

Great location and great bargain !
Had a great stay. Sad it was only for one evening and day though. The town is really nice and people were very pleasant. Located on the sea - view was of harbor and town. Beautiful at night. Easily accessible to Rovinj. Lots of nice beaches in the area just don't know if they were for the surrounding hotels or not. Lots of restaurants right below hotel but we heard absolutely no noise and were able to enjoy a cocktail night. Nice size bedroom, living/dining and kitchenette. We were happy we brought coffee filters, coffee etc as they had a full size American style coffee maker. 3rd floor balconies are open so no protection from rain. Our friends were on 2nd floor and they had a covered balcony. We will be back and will request a 2nd floor apartment. Unbelievably inexpensive for what we got - especially considering costs throughout the rest of Europe. Pet friendly!

All about the view
This apartment was all about the view over the harbour/marina. The location was ideal for us. It was right on the harbour, above a restaurant. However, although right on the promenade we were never disturbed by noise. The apartment itself was exactly as the photos. It was perfectly clean and cleaners attended regularly. The sink was badly cracked, which looked awful but was still functional. The biggest downside was that there was no kettle in the room - we had to boil water in a pan. There was a decent size fridge and a microwave (not that we used it). The aircon worked well. The beds were a bit hard but overall we were pleased with the apartment. It was very spacious with plenty of storage - there was an extra wardrobe in the hall area for those staying on the sofa beds. Check in was smooth. Didn't really use the hotel facilities so can't comment on those. But the view from the front windows were amazing. Oh and the gardens were kept really neat and looked lovely too. There are 2 fantastic ice cream cafes - Laguna and Istra. A lovely bakery next to Istra. We used the local buses to get to Porec and Rovinj with no problems. We went on boat excursions and had a great time (bookable at the harbour). Hotel Belvedere pool was great. The local beach gets very busy with boat loads of day trippers every 2 hours, but they come and then go again. The sea was amazingly clear. The old town is lovely to wander around. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would go back in a heartbeat.

Vrsar/Riva Apts - Good stay
We booked this apartment as a cheap extension to our holiday following a week in Rovinj. We couldn't have asked for more for the money - a marina front apartment in a lovely place, and immaculately clean (not Rovinj but you pay more to stay there). Marina front busy (though not noisy) outside apartment but we liked the buzz. Some nice restaurants but a few more and a revamp to some the existing ones would go a miss.

So the Hotel itself is nice. We stayed at the apartments right next to it, which are very nice looking on the outside. The inside a little bit outdated ie. furniture, bed, etc... I was under the impression that cleaning the rooms were a daily thing; however, apparently it had to be requested... The surrounding areas are very picturesquely, food at the restaurants are delicious (the seafood is fresh), and the locals are very nice people.

we had a wonderfull time in vrsar, close to Pula and plenty to do in the surrounding area, very relaxed village and if you wake up early in the morning you can see the fishing boats leaving. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

Les appartements se trouvent au dessus de bars très bruyants toute la nuit et l’isolation est catastrophique.
Le matin les camions poubelles vident le verre des bars à 6h15 donc ne pas espérer rattraper le sommeil perdu la veille.
En plus de ne pas pouvoir y dormir, l’appartement n’est pas nickel, la cuisine est dysfonctionnelle (frigo ne ferme pas par exemple), la salle de bain est très ancienne et le ménage est oublié certains jours.
Le personnel est désemparé quand on se plaint en répétant « on sait, désolé » mais n’a pas de solution à proposer.
En résumé très mauvaise expérience à plus de 300€/nuit.

Fijne accommodatie met uitzicht over haventje Vrsar. Net appartement. Wij waren met zijn tweeën, maar ook geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. De massage die je kon boeken was heerlijk en veel goedkoper dan in Nederland. Je blijft Hollander hè. ;)

Nette Apartments direkt am Hafen von Vrsar. Sehr sauber, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und in der Nebensaison Februar natürlich sehr ruhig gelegen. Innenpool, Sauna usw. kann man im darüberliegendem Hotel mitbenutzen. Wir waren aber vor allem auch beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Hotel-Leitung und des Service-Personals. Het is schoon, maar wel een beetje gedateerd het appartement. De locatie is perfect. Je kunt binnen 2 minuten de boulevard oplopen. Veel eetgelegenheden daar beneden. Goede service van Maistra Riva appartement. Je kunt zowel binnen als buiten zwemmen. Tennisbanen en het strand zijn op loopafstand zeer dichtbij. Kortom, een goede vakantie gehad!

Denne leiligheten ligger sentralt i Vrsar med kort vei til strender, basseng, gamlebyen, havn og andre severdigheter. Det gjorde at oppholdet vårt ble fleksibelt, fritt og trygt for hele familien. Vi er veldig fornøyde, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Vi skulle reise sent tilbake på avreisedagen, og da fikk vi låne håndkler og dusj slik at reisen hjem ble mer behagelig.

Incheckning sker på hotellet ovanför på baksidan vilket inte är så lätt att förstå, man parkerar även på hotellets område. Hotellet i sin tur delar ett stort poolområde med ett annat hotell, ca 300 meter från lägenheterna. Hela Vrsar är en fantastisk liten ort, lägenheterna har en härlig utsikt över hamnen med massa privatbåtar. Att sitta på balkongen och titta på alla båtar som åker och tankar i hamnen är riktigt trevligt och avslappnande. :) Barnen stortrivdes med Pool och bad i havet. Hotellen har en egen liten badstrand där man kan hyra solstolar och parasoller, går även ligga på stenbelagda ytor.

Perfekt ställe och läge
Vi stortrivdes på detta ställe, både med lägenheten och omgivningarna. Vi fick en lägenhet med utsikt över hamnen som var fantastisk att titta på med alla båtar. Man checkar in på hotel Pineta som ligger precis ovanför Riva apartments och sedan fick man köra ner och parkera ovanför lägenheterna, där fanns vissa parkeringar med tak. På hotellet fick man även armband som man skulle använda för att komma in på poolområdet, ett väldigt stort och trevligt område med stor pool, gratis solstolar och poolbar. Det fanns även en inomhuspool som var kanon. Väldigt lugnt område, inget bråk eller sent festande. Fanns en liten butik precis nedanför så man kunde gå och köpa sig lite frallor på morgonen. Trevliga restauranger med god mat och bra priser. Detta är tredje gången vi varit i Kroatien men inte på detta stället innan, vi kommer absolut att åka hit igen.
