The apartment hotel is situated on the side of a hill, south of the town of Vrsar and Hotel Pineta, and adjacent to the sea. It is around 500 m from the town centre and 150 m from the port.
The apartment hotel was built terrace-style, consisting of numerous two or three-storey buildings in a row. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment comprises a total of 176 apartments and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities.
Younger guests are sure to appreciate the children's playground and kids' club. The café, pub and restaurant provide dining and refreshments.

Everything about this property was amazing! It is very nicely located close to nice and clean beaches and the wonderful little town of Vrsar. The hotel restaurant is exceptional! The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. They go out of their way to accommodate all wishes and make your stay very enjoyable. We had a terrific stay at Belvedere and would gladly recommend to everyone! Keep up the great work!

A Hidden Gem
Our apartment was with an amazing view over the water looking out to the islands and the docks. No complaints but very hilly ground but there was some escalators that was a great touch. No dishwasher or kettle in the room but I’m picking at straws here. We never used the pool because the sea water was crystal clear. Food was great from all the restaurants and reasonably priced would love to go back.

We had an apartment with a 5-star view from the balcony of the Adriatic. The apartment was generally comfortable, although the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the chairs on the balcony were adequate, at best.
The service at this hotel was poor. We had a mixup re whether breakfast was included (it wasn't), which was ultimately resolved, but with a ridiculous amount of time wasted waiting for the staff to figure it out, and to remove the charge for breakfast which was on the bill when we went to check out. We asked for extra pillows and a corkscrew, which were never delivered (we were there two nights). And my wife used the ladies' room by the front desk when we were checking out, and it was filthy.
We would not stay at this place again.

Tolle Lage, Pool und Essen. Leider stimmen alle Kritikpunkte die ich gelesen habe . Katastrophale Parksituation (viel zu eng) im Apartment kein Wasserkocher Geschirrspüler. Wenig funktionierende Rolltreppen. Für ältere Personen oder gehbeeinträchtigte Personen kaum geeignet (Terrassenbau der Anlage) Preise am Pool okay. Die Anti alkoholische Getränke jedoch deutlich überteuert (vor allem für Kinder, kleines Bier war sogar billiger) leider keine Getränke am Abend inkludiertwie zum Beispiel im Maistra Petalon. Der Saal beim Abendessen auch sehr laut aufgrund der Fliesenboden und der nicht zu öffnenden Fenster

Glimrende lejlighedskompleks med god plads til alle 4 (2 voksne og 2 børn). Fin poolområde. Generelt er hele området velholdt. Parkering nær lejligheden en udfordring, men fin ekstra parkeringsplads nær receptionen. Beskedent men pænt køkken med basale redskaber mv. Aircondition i soveværelse, men varmt i den øvrige del af lejligheden. Dejlig (men lille) by, men kun ca 30 minutters kørsel til Rovinj, der bestemt er en perle med flot bykerne og gode restauranter (især hvis man et glad for fisk).

Dejligt resort
Belvedere er et dejligt hotel, vi var der 2 voksne og 2 børn, og boede i en lejlighed med et soveværelse og en sovesofa i køkkenet. Sengene var fine, sovesofaen var dog knap så komfortabel - børnene klagede en del over at den var for hård og knirkede. Der er mange trapper på resortet, det var lidt hårdt i varmen. Men dejligt poolområde hvor der ikke var kamp om solsengene på trods af højsæson, og tæt på byen.

Moje hodnocení nemůže být objektivní, protože Vrsar je moje srdcová záležitost a apartmány Belvedere patří k tomu nejlepšímu, co se ve Vrsaru z ubytování nabízí.
Je vidět, že zde stále něco vylepšují, je zde čisto, perfektní vybavení, pláž se rok od roku zvětšuje.
Vzhledem k našemu pobytu na konci září bychom uvítali aspoň trochu vyhřívaný bazén a věřím, že i toho se časem dočkáme.

Underbar liten hamnstad med flera bra restauranger. Vrsar har blivit en av favoriterna i Istrien. Resorten var fin och välplanerad, det som drar ner betyget är att det är mycket kuperat. Det blir många många trappsteg varje dag....
Poolområdet på resorteen liknar en amfiteater vilket var fint och man har bra överblick. Poolen känns ok till storleken men i vanligt ordning måste man vara ute i god tid för att få stolstol. De öppnar poolområdet kl 0900 och då är det kö.
Vi åt frukost på hotellet ett par gånger och det var en bra fukostbuffé men inget extraoridnärt.
Ett stort plus med resorten är att den ligger mitt i Vrsar och man har nära till allt.

Ogólnie osrodek czysty ale tylko powierzchownie, nasz budynek miał zalane ściany z powodu zapchanych rynien i nikt sie tym nie zajmował. Wilgoć była na ścianach w naszym pokoju, odpadał tynk. Posciel zmieniana i ręczniki ale stare nie czyszczone materace i nie prane od lat zasłony. Plaża i basen czysty, płatne leżaki na plaży nawet dla gości apartamentów co biorąc pod uwagę cenę za pobyt jest trochę przesadą. Mało atrakcji dla dzieci, jedna zjezdzalnia na basenie i kilka starych huśtawek na placu zabaw . W klubie dla dzieci mało ciekawe zajęcia w ciągu dnia- typu rysowanie i układanie puzzli- najlepiej zeby dziecko zajęło sie sobą same. Ogólnie cena za wysoka jak na te warunki. Miasteczko bardzo ładne, polecamy na kolacje bistro Monte Carlo.

Riesiger Meereszugang, sauberes Wasser und tolle türkise Farbe. Das Meerwasser ist im September noch immer sehr warm. Die Anlage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt, es gibt jede Menge Restaurants und Pizzerien. Spaziermöglichkeiten, und unzählige Kaffees, wo man schön sitzen kann, und in Ruhe alles beobachtet. Selbst bei Schlechtwetter kann man hier einiges unternehmen.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind da und haben ein Appartement gebucht. Das Appartement war geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit Blick auf das Meer. Alles traf unsere Erwartungen!! Das Essen direkt am Hotel war nicht überteuert und gut. Weitere Essgelegenheiten waren fussläufig erreichbar und sehr gut. Vielen Dank an das super Team vom Miniclub, meine Tochter (9 J.) war begeistert. Einziger Minuspunkt, es war oft schwierig Liegen am Pool zu bekommen (leider vielfach durch Handtuchreservierer die stundenlang die Liegen nicht benutzt haben
