I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing some sort of construction work after 11p and starting at 7a. The shower only gets warm, not hot. I don’t like the brick floors. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I was in physical pain all throughout the night and didn’t sleep well AT ALL. Terrible. Would never stay here again.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Feroci! The room itself was huge and beautiful, super clean, and came with thoughtful extras like soft drinks and wine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was high-spec with nice toiletries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Pisa.

We stayed at Pallazzo Feroci in Pisa for a weekend during our honeymoon and overall we had a very nice time. Our room, Fagiolla 2, was comfortable and charming. The location is great and made our stay even better. Everywhere we wanted to go seemed to be about a 7-minute walk, so we walked everywhere during our trip, which was very convenient. The building also has an elevator, which was very helpful with luggage.

We really liked the welcome touches in the room: a bottle of wine and a coffee machine with capsules. Breakfast was served in a nearby café and it was very tasty. Another big advantage is that the entrance to the building and rooms works with a code, which made everything easy and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after walking around the city all day. However, the fitted terry cloth sheet on the mattress had some stains. For the price we paid, I would expect everything to be completely clean. I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and I always think about how I would prepare a room for guests, so I ended up removing the bedding myself when we checked out.

The room felt clean overall, although there were a lot of books used as decoration, which made it feel a bit crowded rather than luxurious. I also missed having drinking water in the room. Another

We could not have asked for a better stay while in Pisa. The service and communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Our room was clean and updated without loosing the old world character. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the hotel was perfectly located near restaurants with just short walk to the tower.

The building is beautiful and has been tastefully restored whilst retaining the character. We had a room on the second floor which was a suite with large bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and lobby area with tea/coffee making, plus a small balcony. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom spacious. Sitting room was great to wind down in the evening. We loved the shutters. The area is quiet although only a few steps from the heart of town and 5 mins from the tower/duomo area. Breakfast is in the adjoining cafe and was continental style. The cleanliness was spot on, the reception staff were really helpful, and the location was perfect: only walking distance to great dining options and, of course, the Pisa Tower. We loved our stay. If you want to feel like a 16th century noble for at least one night, treat yourself to a stay at Palazzo Feroci.

Charming retreat with beautiful views

Tucked away on a quiet street in this serene city, the property is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, tastefully furnished.
Our Panoramic Loft apartment lived up to its name, offering enchanting views over the picturesque old neighbourhood. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. While the breakfast was fairly simple, the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We only wish we had stayed longer.

What an adventure! The google directions intimidated us and we had a moment turning down a very narrow street like, will this car make it … but we made it! And it was worth it. The hotel is very charming. Alice at the front desk was very pleasant/ helpful and helped walk us through parking. Pisa parking is a bit intimidating and she made it easy. Very safe hotel and the room with the moonroof was so special. Waking up to the sounds of Pisa and sticking your head out to see the morning sun was very special. Tip: only stayed one night / no shower only bathtub. If shower is necessary, request a room with one. Breakfast was outstanding too! And easy walk to the tower.

Just returned from a lovely stay in this hotel with my husband. The Junior suite was very spacious, quiet at night and very clean. Just a short walk to the tower. I was contacted by the hotel by whatsapp right after I made the booking and provided with check in details. The messaging facility was very useful for asking questions and responses were quick.
Coffee machine in room and a welcome drink and snacks were waiting for us when we checked in. Highly recommended.
There is no staff at reception at night so if you arrive after 5pm you are sent the entry code and instructions. All very easy.

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Laura and Samantha were both so kind and helpful. We felt very valued and welcome throughout our entire stay.
Our room was meant to be for three adults and it was extremely spacious. Also, it was beautifully appointed in traditional Italian style.
The on-site cafe and garden was a favorite spot for us in the morning for breakfast and to sip a very well made Aperol spritz after a day of exploring. The service was excellent there as well.
A beautiful hotel in the centre of everything, I will highly recommend Palazzo Feroci to anyone I know who might be visiting Pisa.

Smart new boutique hotel in Central Pisa

Central location an easy walk to Leaning Tower or into main shopping area. Recently renovated with beautiful traditional building and some striking modern decor. “Junior room” was a huge suite with spacious bedroom, separate sitting room, good sized shower room and central lobby/dining space. Very smart and clean. All staff very helpful. Breakfast is served in the café that’s on the ground floor of the building - it’s a fixed menu: coffee, juice, croissant and either yoghurt or eggs. It was pleasant but didn’t feel it matched up to the “hotel” experience.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the touristy spots but out the way of the nightlife so you can get a peaceful night sleep. Also a good distance from the train station if you want to explore other places. There is some work being done to the paving which means the road is blocked outside the hotel (as of April 2024) but taxis can get close enough on other roads. Many restaurants around the hotel too.


We arrived outside of reception opening hours but they operate a great system where you can collect your room cards from a locker.

The room itself was more like apartment it was that big! Comfy bed, lots of space and cleaned daily. The bathroom was very spacious too. The only negative thing I can say was that there is only 1 mirror in the whole appartment which was a bit annoying when trying to get ready whilst my partner was in the shower.

All the staff were super friendly, including at the cafe where breakfast is included. Breakfast was eggs & bacon or yoghurt & granola plus a choice of croissants, hot drink and juice, all served to you (not self serve). There were some umbrellas available to use near reception.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. It was in a great location, close to the tower and nice restaurants. We had a car and driving through Pisa was a little tricky. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was very slow and not many choices. Prefer having a buffet. coffee in the room was a nice touch as well as the complimentary water in the mini fridge.

A Great Hotel in a Great Location

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Palazzo Feroci. The communication before we arrived was superb, making sure we knew how to access our room and the property out of hours. The location is fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful with printing items for us and looking after us throughout our stay.

Final huge thanks to all of the staff who recued our passports that we left behind in the room safe and kept them safe until we returned. We would definitely return!

Great property but we had a room with a herd of elephants above- in reality two very young children. You could literally hear every footstep every shout. Great building, shame about the sound proofing, overall good service. Breakfast provided by the cafe on site - options a little limited and service was not met with a smile.
