There were a few things that stood out for us one was the location, it was a 10 minute walk from the train station Pisa Rossore and less then 5 minutes from the leaning tower of Pisa. The staff was very helpful even when we had to leave the called for a taxi, which was great. Our room was on the first floor so we could even go out to the patio at night from our room. Great place to stay at.

Proximity to the Tower Plaza was wonderful. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. However, there was mold on the walls of the rooms, we never could find the parking area, and the window blew open in the night and the rooms were so cold. We were sent an e-mail that reception would be closing early, but we didn't receive it and arrived to find everything locked up. It took us about an hour to figure out how to get into our reserved rooms.

Stayed for 1 night in a family suite. Generally clean and staff were good, but the bathroom had a really strong mouldy smell (I think the shower curtain).

Calling this a hotel is kind of a stretch. It 's a conveniently located old house turned into a motel. Most things work, but only okish. Noise in the morning, damp room, and paid parking are some of yhe issues. Location is amazing though as others have said. Good host too.

Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels.
We teally highly recommend this Hotel .

The building was beautiful and the rooms very clean. The tower was literally a 10 min walk (if that)
Unfortunately my flight came in super later and I got the last room…aka…loudest room. The hotel is right next to a market full of people and vendors. Also people who smoke more than cigarettes walk by the big window in the room. The young man who manned the front desk did offer to switch my room the next day, I declined as I had already unpacked everything. I personally don’t think that should be a room option for guests. Maybe use it as an office ? Everything else about the hotel was perfection ♥️

A Great Stay With Fantastic Service

What a great hotel in a great location. Ideal base for exploring Pisa with the Tower less than a couple of hundred yards away.
We had the family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was perfect
Only arrived at about 8pm and Jonny on reception was fabulous with a warm welcome and taking the big bag for us to the room which was round the corner. Jonnys food recommendation was absolutely spot on as well and a big thanks for making our last night in Italy a memorable one

Great hotel

We had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed in the separate building and arrived late, I was worried that the late check I would not be easy but it was. We were sent a great video of how the find the other building, everything worked perfectly. The room was lovely, comfy beds and a good shower. Location was ideal for exploring Pisa. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff.

The receptionist, Johnny, was knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. He gave great recommendations for food and things to do in the area. The train station Pisa San Rossore was less than an 8 minute walk. The walk to the Tower of Pisa was less than 2 minutes. Overall, a great experience.

What a superb location! Literally seconds from Cathedral Square & the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Especially ideal if it’s really hot - can retreat back to your air conditioned room for a break away from the crowds for a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking is easy to find. Would recommend!

Nice little hotel in a very convenient location to visit the main tourist attractions (the Duomo complex with the Tower are at less than one minute walk).
The hotel is nicely furnished and clean with very comfortable beds and good quality pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is no lift at the property, but staff are on hand to help with the luggage.
The hotel doesn't offer breakfast as it doesn't have a kitchen, but there's a nice cafe opposite which offers a good selection of foods.
There is no bidet in the bathrooms (very unusual for Italy).

Hotel itself is more of a guest house. We were out in the first room as you entered the hotel on the ground floor right next to the reception desk. As a result you could hear everybody in the hotel and outside. The room was spotless and we had no complaints. It was an excellent location for the leaning tower but lots of outside noise. Gianni in reception was excellent snd very helpful

Right in the heart of the city

This small hotel was right by the gate of the city and we could literally walk out of the door and 20 paces later we were in the old part of the city just 200m from the bell tower, and it’s beautiful. It couldn’t be better situated.
However, I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was very hard and I had very little sleep. Such a shame because otherwise this quiet little hotel is perfect

You can't beat the location of this hotel! It was a great short stay for our family of four. We booked the quad room and it was perfect for two adults and two kids. The air conditioning was great too! Bathroom was on the small side but find for a one night stay. Note: the larger rooms are a few blocks from the hotel but it did not bother us. It's a short 5 minute walk to the leaning tower, cathedral and baptistery.

Lovely accommodation in good location for the tower. Friendly staff and useful facilities like coffee machine and garden.

One negative was how noisy it was, particularly the room above us. Perhaps we were unlucky with loud Americans arriving late at night but it made for a poor nights sleep.

He helped with the bags up the stairs and also helped with keeping the luggage in the store room after we checked out. will recommend this hotel to our friends

We loved this hotel! There are stairs to get to our room which felt like we were in the attic - we packed pretty light and they helped us up with our 4 hand carries! They turned on the AC so when we arrived it was very comfortable in our room for 4. There’s a skylight in our bathroom with a very cool spa like shower! My kids were delighted and loved it so much they wanted the rest of our hotels to be like this one. We were steps away from the Pisa and went walking in the scorching heat and at dusk we went back and took in the scenery! If we go back to Pisa - we will definitely stay here again! Also - a great restaurant to eat near by with great prices - Ristoro Pecorino and open late :)

Where to even begin with this gem!?! The location is absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time to Europe, so of course we were filled with so many gaps of knowledge on what to do and where to go. But from before arrival, Johnny reached out to get an idea of our arrival time which gave me a sense of security right off the bat. By the time we arrived, he offered us the ability to hold luggage as it wasn’t check in time, but not only held our luggage, gave us access to the property for any waiting time we’d like to do there or use of restroom. He gave excellent recommendations, and ensured that we were taken care of.

The room was clean, air conditioned, and close to everything. We were a 5min walk to the tower, baptistery, and church. Close to a bunch of little eateries, and the market. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small, but has the necessary amenities.

Customer service is top notch. They tried their best to get us checked into our room early, although not expected as we understood check in time was later. But we did appreciate the early check in. They had our luggage in our room before we even got to our room, and assisted us in booking a taxi for our departure.

I highly recommend this spot. You will NOT regret it. Thank you Hotel Pisa Tower for a fabulous stay!
