The room was tiny and you could hear everyone close by. Someone moved next door and the cabin starting moving. The park is beautiful and all the staff are lovely. The room at night was cold and you had to pay extra for towels. The pool was lovely and had a great bar and the restaurant at night was perfect.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Set on the outskirts of town so it felt like we were in the country, but only 2 minutes walk to the station, 10 minutes walk to the Tower and the sights. There was also a swimming pool with cafe bar, a restaurant and a small shop. We took the train to Florence which is an hour away and well worth a vist. Superb all round!

The staff are why i make it a 4*, they were super friendly and helpful. A great group of people. I stayed for a few weeks in multiple huts/cabins across the range. Comfort 2c, 2 bedroom - mouldy in all rooms at the time of this review. Its needing a revamp back to it's former glory. M12 premium 2 bedroom is modern but needs a better shower (dribble), good cleaning top to bottom and appropriate maintenance. The Wi-Fi is hit and miss, can be frustrating at important times, but maybe to be expected. Mosquitoes were a daily problem and each cabin had multiple dead mosquitoes and many live, they need to clean away the dead and perhaps find solutions that dont significantly cost the customer. After a few weeks i only have 3 easy to fix issues, so that seems like a win for a very busy but really tranquil campsite. The cafe is out of season, so basic options are available. I really thought highly of the staff in the cafe and shops. Prices are inflated but thats to be expected with convenience shopping where there is no other other option. The laundry areas and shower rooms seemed reliable and clean. 5€ per laundry cycle, i didnt use the drying machine but all cabins have clothes dryers. There are no microwaves in the smaller premium cabins but its advertised. All units could benefit from airfryers, due to lack of ovens. My review is fair, no one can fault it. I recommend this place absolutely because the staff and experience i had, it was lovely and calm. Just needs some investment!

We have stayed here for the last 10 years and there have been lots of changes, for the better, over that period of time. Lots of new chalets, with comfortable beds, power showers, modern cooking facilities, air con and tv. The site has a small mini mart which is ideal for essentials, a swiming pool, restaurant and cafe bar all reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The site itself is about a 20 minute walk into Pisa and the San Rossore train station is about 10 minute walk, where you can get trains to many other popular destinations such as Florence, Sienna, Cinque Terre, Lucca plus more.
Our only downside this year was that Pam Supermarket had closed down the nearest supermarket is now Lidl which is ok if you have a car but a long walk from the site. This did not spoil our break and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow whose decor and facilities were a little faded but we appreciated the two bathrooms and the air con. There was an attached outside seating area but as we were close to reception area the stream of motor homes coming and going detracted from our enjoyment as they have no care for the environment and leave their engines idling for minutes whilst checking in/out.
We ate at the restaurant but with only two staff members service was slow and the food only satisfactory. There are better places to eat.
The pool area is nice and we ate at the bar once but the guy really needs to find enjoyment in his job or try another career
Swim hats are required for the pool
The campsite is really close to Pisa San Rossore train station which we used a lot during our four day stay. Easy walk to the Tower and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great stay in one of the caravans. Arrived at 12.30am and night guard kindly let us in and took passports (got them back from reception next morning) and showed us to our caravan. Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch.

This is the second time we've stayed and it's a great value option for exploring Pisa and the north west coast, as its walkable to Pisa (even with an eight year old) and close to rail links.

If you don't feel like exploring, the pool is plenty big enough for a proper swim, and there is bar food available in the day and a nice restaurant at night.

The staff were really good with helping us practice our Italian too.

Decent campsite with a nice pool, bar, shop & the restaurant did superb pizza & pasta. It’s a 15 min walk to the leaning tower & about 10 min to the smaller station (not Pisa Central) which was good for day trips to Lucca (20 mins) and Viareggio (12 mins). Stayed in a caravan - very clean & although only one air con in the lounge - it worked fantastic & all bedrooms were perfectly chilled!

Less than 15 minutes walk from leaning tower of pisa and all main attractions. Shop on site reasonably priced. Would recommend as great value for money.

Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here again in the summer when the pool is open. Lovely experience all round!

Family of four. Stayed in a premium mobile home which was very clean and had a lovely terrace. There was plenty of room for us. The two bathrooms were great to have. We picked this camping village as it was a short walk to the leaning tower and the nearby train station. This place has everything you would need, a shop, bar, restaurant and pool. We ate in the restaurant twice and had takeaway pizza another night and it was really good. Shop is a bit pricey but there is a big supermarket nearby. Staff are very helpful. It felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely campsite that felt relaxed despite being full at the time of our visit. Very friendly and helpful staff on checking in as well as out - helped to load our luggage into taxi - much appreciated. Easy walk to nearby Pisa San Rossore station and a little further on to leaning tower (slightly shorter if you use the subway through the station rather than walking all the way through the underpass). Swimming pool is not massive but was great for cooling off - well monitored and kept clean, sunbeds filled up quickly in the mornings but there were plenty of chairs available around the bar area. Well stocked minimarket onsite with fresh bread daily as well as other essentials. Cappuccino and croissant for breakfast good value at only €2.70, but draught beer in the evening seemed a bit pricey at €5 for 0.4L. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked reasonable and the take away pizzas were popular. Air conditioning in our room was much appreciated in August heat. The room was spotless and the outside kitchenette on the patio had everything we needed. We didn't mind paying extra for towel hire but would have liked a bathmat with them. Insect repellent was a definite must have for evenings, but no different from other places we stayed in Tuscany during our trip. We would definitely return and recommend. Didn't get a response to my message beforehand asking about luggage storage but there was no problem leaving our suitcase and using the site before our check in time.

Bungalow was fair however you’re close to other guests and it can be quite noisy from them and occupants from across the street. Better to book during the weekday and not weekends since they tend to be quite busy on Saturday & Sunday... A negative too that breakfast is not included but prices are fair and not exorbitant to grab something from the poolside bar and nearby restaurant. Pool is quite refreshing and that was a plus. The property is a little bit of a walk to tourist attractions (15-20) minutes. Camping site is good but would rather stay at a full service hotel for the same rate in town....

This is by far the nicest hotel I stayed in when visiting Italy and considering the price(about 50 CND) it's remarkable. We stayed in one of the rooms, not the RV section or the camp grounds and that's what this is review is about.

Firstly, other reviews say that it's very noisy. In my personal experience you could hear a pin drop at night. The rooms are all single detached modular cabins, like an RV with no wheels but with real plumbing fixtures. Since they are detached they don't transmit sounds.

Kitchenette is large and fully equipped with ikea pots, nonstick pans, cutting board knifes, cuterly, strainer, spatula, etc, everything you could need in good condition. Bathroom is very nice. Our room was new looking in 2019, so that may have helped. Our kitchen sink was broken and the staff fixed it in about 1h after we notified them. Don't recommend the cafe. Never tried the resteraunt, market or the pool. The Washer and dryer was expensive, 5e for wash, 3e for dry, but works and is convenient.

Wifi didn't work.

The train station, leaning tower of Pisa, dollar store, grocery store, souvenirs, fast food, etc, are all walking distance.

We love it there, it was our second stay. The chalet is spacious enough, you have your own cooking facilities, Pool is not chlorinated but treated with salt or something. There is a bar, bazar and a cute restaurant. Drinks comes in normal glasses, which is so much better, more welcoming and more eco friendly. Some other camping villages in Italy puts everything in plastic.

This accommodation was booked very last minute, using the Expedia app, on a very long journey with three children. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, late in the evening, who spoke perfect English. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. We only spent one night as a stopover to catch a ferry the next morning. However it was air conditioned allowing us all to have a relaxed night.

Great place for families

This was simply a great experience for the kids. We rented a mobile home and sat relaxing while they played in the pool, the camp has paid babysitters for the kids at the pool. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the washer and drier at the campground laundry worked great and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The market had most of what we needed and there’s also a supermarket nearby. You can walk to the leaning tower of Pisa but honestly with three kids it was nicer just hanging out at the campground. We’ll come again for sure.

Great budget accommodation situated close to the leaning tower (10 mins walk) and Pisa San Rossore train station (5 mins walk). Friendly and helpful English speaking staff that provide plenty of information on nearby attractions. The cabin (like a small static caravan with en suite shower and w.c.) was small but reasonably comfortable and the shower was warm and powerful. There was a kitchen and patio area outside the cabin should we have wanted to use it. The campsite also had a reasonably priced shop for essentials, pool (swimming cap required but available to buy) and bar. A really enjoyable if brief stay.

Reasonable accommodation

The mobile homes were as expected. Was cheap and cheerful. It would've been nice to have known about hiring towels. Cost us 12€ for 3 big towels and 2 small ones. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not far from the leaning tower of Pisa or train station. Suited our needs. Wasn't fancy but was just a base for us to put our heads down for the night. Overall it was a cheap accommodation but reasonable quality.

Great site in a convenient location

Loved this place. The mobile home was compact but adequate for our long weekend stay and it was spotless throughout. The site has excellent facilities and really friendly, helpful staff. It’s an easy walk into the historic centre and there’s a train station about 10 minutes away with connections to Lucca etc. Would totally recommend this to others and would happily return for a longer stay in future.

Weekend stay

I thought the camping village was very welcoming. Our room/chalet was clean and comfortable. I did book a twin room but ended up with a double which wasn't much of a problem. Theres a little shop, restarante and bar on site, the swimming pool area is also a bonus especially when the sun is out. The camping village is a 5min walk away from a train station with good links to other areas of Italy. It's also only about a 10min walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. Would defo stay here again as it's a good Base for traveling around Italy.

Glamping in Pisa.

Cheap and cheerful stay. Found it sometimes a little noisy due to the neighbours, but nice cafe bar and restaurant on site. Suited our needs. Beds were really comfy.

Good location, good accommodation

Easy walking distance to the leaning tower, Pisa and San Rossore train station (with direct trains to Lucca and Via Reggio), so a very good base for seeing the sights of the area without a car. It's also easily accessible by car from major roads. The mobile home we stayed in, which I think was one of the bigger ones had everything we needed and was comfortable and good value. Large supermarket nearby. The pool was good, if a bit cold (I don't think it's heated), but our toddler was happy! Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for visiting Pisa

We had a great stay here. So convenient for visiting Pisa. The tower/cathedral are literally a 15 minute walk away with a large supermarket on the way. After a few days driving it was so nice to park the car and not drive anywhere for a couple of days.On arrival we received a warm greeting and a map of Pisa showing the campsite and the walking route to the centre. Air conditioning in the mobile home was wonderfully welcome in August heat. We enjoyed onsite restaurant and excellent takeaway pizzas.

A great choice for budget accommodation close to the Tower. Family unit accommodation that is clean and new, and a swimming pool too (hat required). Grocery shop a little pricey but overall good value.

Accommodation was perfect for our needs.

2 bedrooms plenty big enough for 4 of us. Everything clean and tidy and close to the swimming pool. Leaning Tower only 15-20 min walk and supermarket 10 mins walk away. Yes darkish subway but ok in the daytime.

Decent, well priced accommodation that was suited to our needs. Walking distance to the Tower. Yes it's through an underpass under the railway but it wasn't that bad and was a break from the blazing sun! We had a superior room, a standalone unit and felt this was worth paying the extra for over the economy units.

Best if you have a car or bike.

It would have been nice if they told us that we could purchase towels for rent. There were no towels in the room and we just thought they don't provide them. We would have happily pay for the 2 euros if we knew that they were available. Kind of a walk into main center. 10-15 min. with nothing around so you have to go into town.

Cheap and cheerful!

Great camping village located about a 15 minute walk away from the leaning tower. Check in was easy, room was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen was really handy to have to make breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and friendly stuff, very clean and cosy!

It was truly a lovely place to stay in! Super local to the tower of Pisa and good opportunities to go food shopping close by. However, and this has nothing to do with the campsite at all, the prices in the shops are quite steep which, if you are on a small budget, can make it difficult to choose what to buy for food! Also I would recommend coming by car or at least renting one when you are there if you want to travel around a bit! We came by foot and didn't have the budget to rent a car so we were relying to go by train and bus everywhere, which is possible but also quite time consuming and you can't get to those \"empty and untouched\" beaches or places you may want to discover...

Apart from that it was an amazing holiday and I would honestly recommend the campsite to everyone I know!

We will be back.....
But next time with a car :)

Pay a bit more and stay somewhere better!!

Nothing like the pictures and very very noisy with very thin walls between neighbours, it is like they are in the room with you. No matches to light the cooker.. no towels, no toiletries...
