Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

\"Not worth the money.\"

I recently stayed at your hotel and while there were some positive aspects, I unfortunately left with a mixed impression.
First and foremost, I must commend the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to help certainly made my stay more pleasant and helped to create a welcoming atmosphere.
However, the hotel itself left much to be desired. The decor and furnishings felt outdated, giving the entire establishment a neglected appearance. It was clear that the hotel is in need of renovations to modernize the space and improve overall comfort.
Another disappointing aspect of my stay was breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. A more extensive and appealing breakfast menu would undoubtedly enhance the experience for guests.
Overall, while the friendly staff is a significant asset, the outdated facilities and lackluster breakfast options detracted from my overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, could become a much more appealing destination for travelers.
I hope my feedback proves helpful and wish the best for the hotel in the future.

Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient.

Looks are deceptive

Nothing was open when I arrived. Had problems getting back into hotel after having to go off site to get food, breakfast was disappointing poor service and not replenishing the buffet regularly.

Tivoli Disappointment.

It was a grand old hotel at one time but now it is just old. There is an adjacent spa and gigantic pool but it closed at 7:00 PM and we could not access it. Not a very nice area and very few restaurants in the area.

Really disappointed to turn up after a long drive to find the hotel doesn't have the swimming pool shown in it's photos. This is part of the thermal spa next door which costs €10 for the day and closes at 6.30pm.

Arrived to find had to pay extra to use the pool. Not mentioned at booking ( in fact had searched for hotels with pools so even more surprising). Insult to injury, wifi not working.

We stayed here because it is right next to the terme where one can use the mineral water spas and enjoy a nice massage and still be close to villa d'este and Hadrians villa. Nearby we also found a w deff restaurant with great homemade pizza and pasta called il grottino

Hotel away from everything, it is more like a spa retreat but not close to any sightseeing. No food around and nothing is around in the neighbourhood . Not walking distance to anything. You need your car .
Everything cost money like if you want to use the pool you have to pay for entry , you have to pay for chair and you have to pay for umbrella. Also entry to indoor water pool cost 45 euro per person and if you want a message or something you add the cost, so you have to keep adding up expenses . Parking you pay only 3 euro.
Breakfast all pastries, lacks eggs(which are extra charge to pay for),little cheese one kind and only couple slices and one kind meat. Mostly carbs.

Great hotel for relaxation

Great hotel, spa and facilities excellent. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Outside slightly below its best. Location in terms of visiting Tivoli and Rome great, however immediate vicinity not particularly salubrious. Nowhere nice to eat away from hotel, mainly fast food on main road. Good transport links to Tivoli and Rome, buses very crowded would recommend the train but check timetables.

smelly and far from everything , sheets changed three times a week only, trashy neighborhood. the girls at the front office are ok in English and boys are not. you have to pay for everything you use from the mini bar and you have to pay to go to the swimming pool 10 euro per person and 5 euro for chair on the pool which is 30 euro for me and my girl to swim in freezing cold swimming pool with the public it's not even private for the hotel guests its public swimming pool plus the smell from the health club next door its really bad.

Victoria Terme Hotel - don't go for the location!

This was a comfortable and affordable hotel, but it is not deserving of a 4 star rating. The room was spartan with no comfortable seating and a very hard bed. There is limited information available in English and what there is has been very poorly translated. The internet connection is slow, not wireless and not cheap! If you are in need of a good hotel in the Tivoli Terme hotel I would recommend this hotel, but don't expect 4 star service!

Wonderful place to stay outside of Rome.

We are a family of six and the hotel totally accomodated our needs - which is hard in a big city like Rome. If you aren't into the Rome night-life, and enjoy a fresh comfortable room, this is the place. There is a spa attached and many weekenders come from the area to refresh. A totally pampering experience even without the spa! The pool is attached and is public, you do have to pay but it is heavenly and is well worth the small price on a hot day. A public square is across the street and in the evenings has vendors selling items and also multiple food ideas there as well as up and down the road. It will take you out of the bustle of Rome, however is only 30 minutes from the Coliseum! Pure delight.

This hotel is not in Tivoli

The hotel is about 6 miles out of Tivoli, but the bus stops outside (1 euro to Tivoli 1.20 euro to Rome metro station for onward travel, buses every 15 mins even on Sundays). We stayed out of season in October 2010, so the pool was closed and we cannot comment about the outdoor areas. This hotel is adequate, nothing special, but certainly not awful. If you want to see Rome and Tivoli in the same trip I would recomend it. Large car park for minimum charge.

First note that this hotel is NOT in Tivoli, it is in Tivoli Terme. If you are driving, you need to follow the signs for Tivoli Terme/Rome (Tiburtina). It is not far from Tivoli though - about 5 miles. The hotel itself is nice, very modern. The staff are not the most helpful, so be sure to ask questions. For instance, you have access to the pool if you are a guest, but that does not include any other services at the Terme or a chair at the pool. Morning breakfast was average. Parking cost 3 euro a night. And there is a charge to use internet. Overall, nothing extraordinary about the hotel - but it is clean and well-maintained if you need a place to stay in the area.

Se avete comitive numerose, che vogliono assolutamente fare colazione alle 7.00 del mattino, vi consiglio di avvisare i clienti ( coppie o lavoratori, che soggiornano per altri motivi quali lavoro, ecc ) in modo che possano organizzarsi ed evitare lunghe code e caao ai tavoli del buffet.

Il personale è estremamente cortese e sempre pronto ad aiutare, mentre la struttura è impeccabilmente mantenuta. È particolarmente comodo poter usufruire delle terme, e l'albergo fornisce gentilmente ciabatte e accappatoio. Inoltre, c'è un parcheggio disponibile al costo di soli 3 euro al giorno.

L'unico punto negativo è stata la connessione internet, che purtroppo era molto lenta. Tuttavia, va detto che chi visita questo albergo di certo non lo fa per la connessione internet, ma piuttosto per godersi al meglio l'esperienza termale.

Quattro non sono le stelle, ma il voto.

Partiamo dal prezzo per 1 notte in tripla: 140euro. Per questo prezzo a Tivoli (non la più blasonata zona termale italiana) e dato il giorno della settimana (mercoledì di inizio luglio) ci si aspetterebbe un ottimo servizio da un quattro stelle. Invece l'albergo non è tenuto granché: la camera era piena di polvere, soprattutto sul pavimento, non vi era possibilità di chiedere un cuscino più morbido e la colazione - a buffet - alle 9.30 aveva esaurito la già povera scelta. Il personale di sala, comunque gentile, si è prodigato per rifornire di crostate industriali e cornetti surgelati, ma se già si parte da una varietà più adatta ad un B&B, l'insoddisfazione rimane. Non parliamo poi del fatto che gli ospiti dell'hotel (con quella tariffa!) non hanno accesso incluso alle piscine termali (ingresso a persona 10 euro). Inviterei a farsi un giro per i quattro stelle di altre zone termali, una fra tutte quella di Abano / Montegrotto, per prendere qualche appunto.

Un Hotel con 4* regalate, i servizi sono da 3*, mai visto un hotel che chiede un pagamento aggiuntivo per accedere alla pescina. Personale poco professionale, colazione pessima con rischio assembramento. Chiesto caffè espresso e thè caldo mai arrivati, ho dovuto prendere un caffè al bar oltre la strada. Il prezzo offerto dall'hotel era 30€ meno di quanto pagato sul sito. Da evitare.

Soggiorno tranquillo in una location gradevole a Tivoli terme. Comode le camere con affaccio sul parco e le cinque piscine delle terme delle acque albule, ma con bagni non areati e impianto dell'acqua calda non efficiente.
Per un 4 stelle, anche la colazione e' eccesivamente essenziale, poco varia e convenzionale. Delusione per il costo a parte delle piscine termali, che rimangono aperte solo fino alle 17.30 (ed é piena estate).

Struttura molto grande che in questo periodo dell’anno é un po’ sotto utilizzata; cortesi al check in ma la Spa é troppo cara; abbiamo fatto notare che l’avremmo utilizzata solo un ora (dopo avevamo un massaggio) e ci hanno fatto un bello sconto.
Colazione gradevole con cappuccino del bar (niente orribili macchinette)
Stanza grande (avevamo la “suite”... termine un po’ esagerato) con piacevole vista. Sicuramente da valutare meglio in alta stagione

Bella struttura, anche se un po' datata. Peccato il prezzo delle terme sia così alto per chi soggiorna in hotel. Temperatura in camera sopra i 30 gradi, seppur a fine novembre e con il riscaldamento spento. Davvero non confortevole. Colazione in sala troppo rumorosa.

Veel publiciteit van groot hotel met verschillende zwembaden, daar aangekomen als je wilt zwemmen moet je nog eens 35 euro per persoon en per dag bijbetalen, dus in het hotel is er geen zwembad !!!!
Het ontbijt laat ook te wensen over, heel weinig te verkrijgen.

Vi kommer aldrig tilbage! Hotellet var gammelt og der var ingen pool - den skal man tilkøbe. Det er termisk bade, og de lugter af rådne æg, hvilket kom ind på værelset, hvis man åbnede vinduet. Hotellet er et partyhotel for gamle mennesker. Da festen med harmonikamusik endelig sluttede startede filmoptagelser, der holdt en vågen fra kl 3-4:30. Der var sgu ikke meget hotel over det, men en sikker dating portal for 70+

Struttura situata accanto alle Terme di Roma. Purtroppo il mio giudizio non può essere pienamente positivo perchè mi sarei aspettata di più da un 4 stelle. Infatti le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e addirittura quando chiudeva la camera della stanza accanto chiudeva si spostava la testiera del letto! Molti giapponesi che giungevano a tutte le ore senza alcun pudore parlavano ad alta voce, anche in orario tardo. Cuscino scomodo. Non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura della stanza e una notte l'ho trascorsa insonne per il caldo..giustificazione alla reception: fino all'altra sera c'erano 9 gradi! La mattina della partenza poichè diluviava ho chiesto se non ci fosse la possibilità di un mezzo per evitare di bagnarsi, è mi è stato risposto che hanno una convenzione con NCC che verrebbe da Tivoli e che già alla chiamata richiede 10 euro (e la stazione si trova a 5 minuti di strada a piedi!). Inoltre era la chiusa la porta del passaggio pedonale costringendo a uscire dal parcheggio ove la pioggia aveva creato una vera e propria pozzanghera anche abbastanza profonda che ci ha fatto bagnare i piedi! Insomma di 4 stelle ha ben poco, sembra un tre stelle.

Cer hotel offre tous les services d'un hotel locost c'est a dire que tout est en supplément. Je m'explique, je pensais que la piscine intérieure était accessible sauf qu'en réalité elle était seulement accessible aux + de 14 ans et il fallait payer 35 € poir la journée ce qui est beaucoup trop cher et de toute façon personne ne reste toute la journée sans une piscine. Par contre j'ai apprécié la baignoire à remous dans ma chambre.

Température non supportabke.

Le chauffage était à fond, nous avons très mal dormi. A la réception, ils nous ont expliqué que le chauffage ne pouvait être activé qu'en Avril et ils nous ont conseillé d'ouvrir les fenêtres, même la nuit...
