We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment.

The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all!

Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend!

There are a lot of people walking very dangerous large dogs around the area. If you want to take a walk in the hills beware…
Definitely rent a car. Transport options is next to none.
Food options is very poor

We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. The resort is located in a quiet area with a supermarket and a few restaurants very close to it. We had rented a car to drive around and explore the island. Finally ,we liked the outdoor pool and the gym which were also in great condition.

Lovely hotel to get away from a hectic life. The staff were very help and there are so many extra perks to the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious.
Only downside is If you don't have a car its difficult to get around. It's based at the bottom of a steep hill by a village fa drive away from most things

We loved our stay at Kora Nivaria! The apartments are stylish, functional, and fully equipped—even for our little one. The complex has amazing, super kid-friendly amenities, making it perfect for families. The location is great too—not too touristy, with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. And the slow breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended.

This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. Gloria at reception really made our stay, she was very helpful with advice on the local area and hire a car. Which great!

Had a lovely stay here with 2 of my friends, we were looking for a week somewhere we could just chill and do nothing and this place delivered. We took advantage of the free classes they do in the morning and the gym. All the staff were lovely and we were a big fan of the morning toast they do in the little on site cafe.
There isn’t much to do in the immediate area but there are a few restaurants close by which were lovely! It is fairly easy to get to the other towns as there is a bus stop close by even more convinent if you have a car.
Think the only problem we had was there just wasn’t enough shade by the pool so went to sunbathe on our balcony a lot as they were a bit more shaded.
Other than that our stay was lovely and we would definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment Nivaria Beach , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. What really set this place apart, however, were the breathtaking views. From one side, we had an unobstructed view of the vast Atlantic Ocean - the serene blues and the sound of waves were incredibly calming. On the other side, the majestic sight of the island's famous volcano stood proudly, offering a unique and awe-inspiring backdrop. Waking up to such vistas every day was nothing short of spectacular.

Moreover, the location was ideal, nestled in a spot that provided privacy yet easy access to local attractions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the host was very welcoming and helpful, providing tips and recommendations that enhanced our stay. Excellent hotel as described. Dont pay for view

The hotel reflects the pictures, which is not always the case when you book online. Distance to airport is 15 mins. Area is not busy or full of tourists at all, this is the only resort in the area and it was mostly adult couples. There is a supermarket and some restaurants close by, the beach is very close. Gym is very good, the 2 pools and 3 jacuzzis were great, one of the pools is heated.

The staff are friendly, there is a wellness activity daily from yoga, pilates, thaichi and mindfulness sessiosns which were great.

The apartment itself is clean and very well equipped with all that you need for a self catering stay. My only minor criticism is that I paid extra for a sea view and I didnt feel it was worth it due to the view being obstructed by some of the other apartments. Still had an okay view, just not one that i feel like i should have paid extra for.

We had a lovely 4 nights stay in our villa. It was clean and modern. The pool areas are lovely and surroundings are very relaxing. We enjoyed time snorkelling with the kids in the adjacent bays and the sunrises were amazing. There were a few things that let it down however. There is a lack of shade from the sun by the pool. We are a family of 5 and we were only allowed one parasol as they didn’t have enough for even one per two sunbeds. It was unseasonably hot when we stayed but the lack of AC was really uncomfortable. We did ask for extra fans for the children’s rooms but this made very little difference. Overall a lovely stay but the small things would probably put us off returning.

A relaxing experience all round! Free yoga classes by the pool, beautiful surroundings that were beautifully maintained and staff that couldn't do enough for you. A brilliant place to stay, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a grown up getaway to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

All was great, but if you need a taxi anywhere, ask them to quote you a price and make sure you can pay with card! There is, sadly, at least one unscrupulous cab driver on the island. This may seem like a small thing to mention, but when you know you’ve been taken advantage of, it plays on your mind.

What a beautiful and quiet part of the island! We had a sea view room and waking up to that with the sun shining was amazing. The hotel is only 15 mins from the airport however it’s a 30 minute drive to the main strips (playa de las americas / los cristianos). We had a hire car and a non-alcohol drinking driver so it was great for us.

The complex and property where perfect. I think to finish the venue of a really good bar and perhaps dinning venue would be great. Somewhere to have an evening drink. There is not a great deal on the surrounding area - a car hire is essential in our view. But overall great complex - we have book again in Feb 23 - Alba is very efficient!!

We loved this hotel. It had 2 swimming pools, and 2 jacuzzis.
It was very clean, and everyone was really nice.
The area is very calm, has 2 small grocery stores and a few restaurants. The beach is 5 mins walk. We’ve had only one small issue where someone from the staff entered our apartment by mistake, it was a bit scary, but it was a mistake at the end of the day. I just think the staff needs to be briefed on the duration of its guests.
Apart from this, 5 stars for sure!!!

I came to see my daughter on a divemaster course. This was the best accommodation. It’s so contemporary and has everything. The kitchen is very well equipped everything is new. I used the juicer a lot! Large fridge.
The shower is a rainfall shower which was beautiful. Beds so comfortable. Truly perfect

Modern and new apartments. Nice pools. However hot tub wasn't hot therefore lower score for that. They advertise that there are 2 \"hot tubs\" but both are not hot at all. In windy cooler months in winter they are not usable. Paid extra for the sea view but it was mostly blocked but another building.

We had a beautiful sea view apartment. The location of our apartment, couldn't have been any better. Loved watching the sunrise each morning. Really impressed with the cleanliness of this place. We hired a car so that we could travel further afield since we were staying for 6 nights. However, if you don't have a car and just want to chill, there is a great grocery stores very close by, along with some small restaurants. Some nice walks that can be taken nearby.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Leider ist die Rinrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. z.B. fas Sofa hatte in der Polsterung löcher, der Spiegel ist sn den rändern angelaufen. Die Austattung ist etwas spartanisch, entspricht aber wohl der Sterne Bewertung.

Bel appartement mais pas vraiment bien situé.

L'appartement était propre, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé.
Nous avions choisi la vue sur la mer ( et payé un supplément pour cela ) mais avions un immeuble devant qui occultait considérablement la vue . Si bien qu'on ne la voyait plus allongés sur les chaises longues du balcon.
Il y a un champ d' éoliennes juste à côté de la résidence et l'environnement proche des bordures de mer ressemble plus à un vaste chantier de constructions abandonnées qu'à une vraie plage...

Beware of Room Assignments

I was deeply disappointed during my second stay at Kora Novaria Beach Tenerife, particularly with the attitude of the staff. I was assigned a room in the “Infinity Blue Suite” category that overlooked the parking lot and a streetlight, which was nothing like the photos or my previous experience. The sea was barely visible on the horizon. When I raised my concerns, the staff claimed that this room was “within the category” and shifted the blame onto me for not specifying a preference in my booking. In my opinion, this is not acceptable and borders on fraud.

Top Unterkunft, schöne Lage *****

Klasse Unterkunft, wir waren inzwischen 2 x hier, einmal über Sylvester vorletztes Jahr und dann über Weihnachten in diesem Jahr. Alles in top Zustand und super sauber, sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption die auch zu später Stunde unkompliziert und schnell Lösungen ermöglichen.

Wir kommen sicher wieder.
