Balcony view onto a side street. Breakfast was fine. Very dated hotel.
Booked very last minute due to a missed flight. Fine for an emergency. Had to ask for pillow cases and was only one sheet on the bed, this could have been due to arriving 20 minutes after booking . . . .

Fine for a night, clean but noisy and dated

Arrived at 2.30am. Friendly check-in although no mention of breakfast times. Room was small dark and dated but clean. Really noisy lots of noise from surrounding rooms even though it was 3am before I got to bed. I travel with earplugs so popped them in and slept until around 8.30am. When I took earplugs out it was even noisier! Breakfast ended at 9.30am. checkout was quick but staff were indifferent. Overall fine for one night.

This hotel is a dump, nothing works, breakfast absolutely sucks, no functioning pool, guests throwing cigarette ends over the balconies, loud noises at dinner, uncomfortable beds, the list is endless.
This was like the Solana from Benidorm meets Fawlty Towers, only positive thing about it was Caroline the amazing receptionist and was informed that she got sacked.

The Hotel is good value, the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff who worked with a smile despite being not given the resources to serve the guests properly.

However, this is not a 3 star hotel now, there is no WiFi in the rooms, the room has many small problems, no plugs in any of the bathroom sink bath or foot wash, the toilet seat was loose, there were stains on the walls and long black hairs left from former guests.

I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning.
This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend.

We booked this because our flight was cancelled and didn't want to spend the night at the airport. Whenn we arrived the queue was huge and only 1 staff member on, understandably they probably were not expecting the situation we were all in. The hotel is very dated and we had no hot water but we didnt care, it was 1am and it had been a long day. Wouldnt want to stay there more than a night but is convienant for the situation we were facing.

We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need much, just a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
The place is clean but is very much outdated and needs renovation. The staff is very friendly and polite, the breakfast is basic but very good. I only missed some fruit, vegetables and eggs.

Staff is excellent. A decent breakfast. Hotel description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not. However the green Titsa San Isidro bus goes directly from TNS to a stop only three short blocks away, costs about €2. Make sure you get off at the San Isidro bus station outside the Hotel Ucanca or else you will wind up an hour away in Santa Cruz.

The hotel was only a 5 minute bus journey from the airport. I slept like a log. Convenient for a 1 night stay. Breakfast buffet was pleasant as was the staff. However, there were no blankets or duvet and it was cold overnight, the swimming pool was not open and I was unable to lock my room from the outside so had to take my bag down to breakfast

Friendly and basic hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was very basic and the furniture look old. The toilet was not very clean having some suspicious stains. The walls are not sound proof and we could hear people walking in the corridors and the next door neighbour snoring. The breakfast was good and they opened it earlier for us upon our request. A bit overpriced in my opinion but very handy location near by the airport.

This hotel has been the worst place I have stayed so far in the Canary Islands. This place is absolutely terrible. I have literally had no choice but to stay because I paid for it. There is nothing around the place I have taken pictures of the whole place. For a three star hotel I’m disgusted. I look out of my balcony across to high rise buildings and a pit from unfinished buildings everywhere. The cafeteria connected is stupid to the extent we got food poisoning from the fact that they couldn’t even cook a burger TWICE!! They then tell you what your going to get when you order in English and then serve you literally leftovers. Disgusting. I want a refund. We have had to change our room every night that we have been here because of one mishap or another. Even to the most basic factor the bathroom has no extractor fan!! So we moved, turns out none of them do. None of the air conditioning systems in any of the rooms work. They advertise digital tv and offer only analogue, the TVs are all broken, sockets hang out of the walls. The hotel is atleast 2 kms from the airport. The place is a joke. Absolutely mis sold and then I’ve had no choice but to extend due to a flight cancellation and even with all my rubbish experience they charged me more than Expedia did in the first place. I am not a happy customer and I’m hoping Expedia is going to address this and in an ideal world I want a full refund!! The manager was meant to come and see me and has chosen to take her day off suddenly.

The hotel is located within the precincts of a small town and practically on the central roadway.
Nearby is the construction pit.
Air conditioning is not available in all rooms.
In our room 110, a hair dryer was simply bolted to the wall and did not work. Towels of dirty color from washing, constantly bring them not dried. No sound insulation between rooms.
Internet is free only at the lobby.

The hotel was booked for the location which was close to the Airport and has several small shopping centres within the vicinity
Lovely welcome from friendly efficient staff.
An issue with the air conditioning on arrival,but that was resolved quickly and efficiently.
TV in the room, unfortunately no english speaking channel.
Bathroom outdated and looking well worn but with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo sachets.
Authentic restaurant/cafe attached with affordable beers and good foods.
Top it off with a rooftop pool and if we are needing a one night stay we will be going back.

Great Hotel for Airport Late / Early Flights

I stayed here after a late night flight into TFS. Was only for one night but was about 5 minutes from the airport and less than 10 Euros in a taxi. Local area has supermarkets and a McDonald’s if you want something quick and easy. I chose this location because the bus links to the rest of the Island (Santa Cruz & TFN) were very good. Room was on first floor and despite being on the road was quiet and I spelt very comfortable. Room was good value for the cost, it was clean and a good size - for the price I don’t think you can go wrong. I didn’t because of the late arrival / early departure have much interaction with staff to rate service but both times on the front desk was served quick and efficient. Overall a good hotel if your looking for something close to the airport and cheap and convenient

Hotel is too far away from the beach, so if you are planing beach holidays don't pick this one or if you have a car, like we did hotel is perfect. We needed hotel just to stay overnight as we were traveling during day time.There is pool on the top of the roof, but when we were at the end of March was too cold to use it. Room had balcony(0 furniture), view wasn't pleasant as at the front was construction we were assuming new hotel was just staring built.Beds were very hard to sleep on. I don't know it was just our room or in the other rooms were the same, the smell of the room was disgusting. The smell were coming from the bathroom, we were assuming it was the drain from the toilet, it was disgusting, couldn't stay in the room with bathroom doors open, when showering need to learn how to hold the breath for a long time.
Room was cleaned every single day, towels changed, new shower gel left and floor swiped.(were leaving 3 Eur every single day) No complains!
To spend just nights hotel just perfect just watch the rooms and the smell before unpacking your stuff :)

Impossible to walk to nearest beach due to motorway, this wasn’t portrayed..buses regular and cheap enough though.
Arrived late at night on my own and was greeted by a ill tempered, grumpy, curt dumpy male receptionist. No smile, no welcoming instruction...... nothing! He just pointed to the lift and grunted.
Hotel room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the stale residue from heavy smokers, this smell just became staler and more sickening as time went on..cleaners came in daily..no complaints there.
Bathroom needed repairing..good power shower though.

ok for a layover on a budget

It's one of those slowly getting derelict hotels on the outskirts. Rooms are in a pretty bad shape, bathrooms too. Pool is...well, it exists but you don't want to go in there. WiFi is an extra (in 2017...) and consierge isn't super helpful. Unless you have an early plane to catch, there's absolutely no point in staying here. The area is pretty dodgy and dead. Not a single worthy place to eat let alone hangout. You can take a bus and be in the obnoxious chaos called Los Cristianos in 25min, if you are into these sort of things. It's 50min on a bus to a slightly friendlier Santa Cruz. Taxi to the airport is 12EUR which is ridiculous considering it's a 4min ride. Anyway, classic Tenerife experience I'd say.

HORRIBLE ROOM (DUNGEON)

Avoid this place if a solo traveler don't be fooled by the false room description as the room is a tiny dungeon with no balcony no hairdryer and looking out to pillers and hundreds of cigarette buts, no daylight and paper thin walls ! Kept awake all night on my last night with noisy neighbours fighting and arguing till after six in the morning! I had to go down and tell security at reception at half five in the morning. Roof top pool disguising and sun loungers need threw out ! The most depressing room I have ever stayed in room 207 and would never stay here again if I was getting it for free. Tiny TV in the room with no English channel's so once again false room description. Lovely little town but not much English speaking as its traditionally Spanish but got the bus to los cristianos which is lovely, great public transport and buying a bono card from lycamobile shop at the airport for fifteen euros works out much better. Short journey to the airport. But as for this hotel its a disgrace that they can rent these rooms out and don't post pictures and true description of the actual room (dungeon) that they put you into and some double rooms are also of the view of the pillers and not a balcony, obviously the pool was a later addition and the pillers are what's holding it up. Depressing to the very core and I can't express enough as to how much I would not advice you to stay here and I'm truly not exaggerating

Not in the nicest of areas. Only booked as needed a room for 1 night. Long story. Arrived down a dingy side street, checked in, and took the lift to the room. The walls of the lift was covered in long strands of human hair,seen less on a hairdressers floor.

Once in the room, calling it basic was an understatement, the furniture was old and worn out. The only luxuries was an aircon unit, that couldn't even cool the room, and a hairdryer, that I could've blew harder. And as for a view there was a man made crater the length of the street and extended to the next street. Overall I don't see how this hotel has a 3 star rating. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

On the first day I went up roof \"Sun terrace \", It's filthy, run down, looks like It's not been used In years, lounges filthy, there Is certainly NO pool bar, there was bits of broken wood lying around.
My room was nice though so I just went out every day there Is a great bus service that Is very cheap to use at the bottom of the main street 408 takes you to nearest beach In El Medano, It's a lovely place with nice restaurants, lots of surfers go there too It's very windy, 450 bus takes you to Airport Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje.
San Isadoro were hotel Is a place where people come to work, the hotel has mainly construction workers staying, there Is a bar joined on which Is hotel only facilities providing the food & drink.

We are an interatial couple and as soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a look of disgust as if they'd never seen an interatial couple before. We didn't get a smile of a hello - we said hello - the lady who I believe was the manager responded with, \" passports and booking references please.

Arrived 4 hours after check in time and our room wasn't ready - and so we had to wait a further hour and half in the reception. We were told that they'll happily refund our money and we can go else where.

The hotel also really stinks of cigarette as soon as you enter the hotel, has this really bad order in the air. The pool was so filthy and dirty - why advertise that there is a pool when guest cannot use.

I would never stay here again even if they offered it for free and nor would I recommend to anyone. Potential guest, think very careful when considering booking this hotel.

Terrible. Hotels.com says I would get a balcony - no I didn't, and in fact could not even see out of the window due to a large pillar in front of it. Tv did not work. Very narrow uncomfortable bed. Would not recommend this place at all. For what it is - definately overpriced.

convenient for short stay after and before flights

check in efficient ,room serviced daily to a good standard,room well decorated and clean.shops nearby with a full selection of items.disappointed the rooftop was closed-good place to sunbathe.

Really need to get some new bedding and pillows. Pool area could be great but seemed neglected although a lot larger than I thought with good views and balcony also large. Bathroom had rotten windowsill and hard to step out of inbetwwen toilet and bath could be quite dangerous. Think there were bed bugs. Only stayed 2 nights which was enough. Handy for buses and airport.

cheap but ok hotel

Air conditioning wouldn't work but we had a balcony to make up for it. Pretty scruffy interior. Slept like a baby the entire stay! Friendly woman on reception. Great place to stay on a budget, we got a bus everyday to the touristy places. Bus stop literally 2 mins away with the airport on the same route. Cute cafes across the road for breakfast croissants!

Best part was the roof terrace which had a pool (we didn't swim as the water seemed freezing and looked pretty dirty! There was a BBQ and a great view though!

Not anymore...

This hotel more like a minus 3 star hotel....
Very dirty room and other facilities ,uncomfortable bed,power cuts,extremely noisy.
Would not recommend to anyone.

The receptionists Anastasia and Rachel were very helpful, competent, friendly and professional. The lady that I can't remember her name quite rude and unprofessional... We had problem with the hot water running in the shower, that affect all hotel and instead a professional explanation about the issue she was complain of her duties, which honestly is not the hotel guests concern.

Cheap hotel for short break

Basic but good location for a short break, very cheap for eating and drinking as its not a tourist area, would recommend a car its right on top of the motorway so great for getting around the island and only 5-10 minutes drive from the airport
