Everything was completely 100% spot on, the studio with every little detail covered that you could need in an apartment, the staff, all very friendly and so helpful, the young guy in the restaurant just brilliant help with my gluten intolerance. All the amenities and surrounding area was so well maintained it was faultless, thank you for such a lovely relaxing holiday

We had a hot tub room which was amazing. Pool was a little cold despite saying it was heated. Pool towels provided as aswell as plenty of towels and flannels in the apartment. Also provided dishwasher tablet, washing machine tabs, sponge and washing up liquid. It had air con in bedroom and front room asweell as a decent sized balcony.

Good location for a main bus stop just down the road (airport €2.45 per person on bus 415) shop was expensive, found alot better value shop on day before last frustrating around the corner happy market amarilla. Didnt eat there as seemed over priced for what it offered. Defo reccomend trying out queen mary restaurant on the sea front - very very good value food, had amazing sea bream and a decent steak for under €20 euro each .

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wyndham Residence Golf del Sur. Our accommodation was large, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped — far beyond our expectations. Not only were bath towels provided, but also separate beach and pool towels, which was a lovely touch.
The apartment was spacious, with two showers and a bathtub, and we really appreciated the generous supply of essentials like toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing detergent, and even washing machine and dishwasher tablets. The furniture was of high quality, and the living room had a large flat-screen TV (around 48 inches).
Check-in was smooth and efficient — the lady at reception was extremely friendly, informative, and proactive in sharing helpful local tips without us even having to ask. She truly went the extra mile.
The communal areas were clean and well maintained every day, and all the staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy and welcoming. Our accommodation was spotless, even on top of the wardrobes — not a single spot was missed.
The location is very convenient for exploring the island by car, and it’s a great choice for travellers with minimal luggage since the hotel provides plenty of toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a kettle and a separate coffee machine for real coffee lovers.
If you’re into plane spotting, you’ll love it here — the hotel sits right on the approach line to the airport, giving you a unique view of aircraft.

Pros: clean room and property; good activities.
Cons: not a lot to do in the area; very slow check-in; issue with waste coming up our shower drain and we lost an afternoon because of it. We had to contact reception and men were sent to the room to fix the issue. As none of them spoke English, we weren't told what was happening and when we went over to reception to find out more, we were told it would take approximately 4 hours to resolve. No apology or gesture was offered to us.

Gorgeous, but communication let it down

Loved this place. It was everything it said it would be. It was clean, beautiful grounds and rhe staff are all amazing....but....they had a pool leak and therefore had to have maintenance done on this throughout our 5 days there. It was loud ( think roadworks, concrete being dug up with machinery etc) i understand it had to be done and they managed to keep the pool open too whike they dug around it. I just felt it should have been told to us before we arrived. This could have goven us the choice to get a refund amd look elsewhere. They did put happy hour on from 12 till 6 to try and keep the guests sweet, but it did affect the holiday with it being so loud. I just thought it was a bit sneaky of them to not let guests know before they turned up.

Another amazing stay at wydham used to go a lot when it was sunnigdale most have stayed there at least 30 tomes now stayed in studis, 1 n 2 bedroom apartments, never disappointed, the studois have just been renovated so lovely n modern, had a pizza and drinks on last afternoon very tasty, staff cannot do enough for you! brilliant hope they get the hotel wage increase

Area is quiet & clean & pretty. So was the accomodation. I only heard a few planes during the daytime. It was no where as bad as some said in their reveiws. Im very sensitive to noise at nights but i didnt hear planes so i slept like a baby.
The accommodation was modern and had washing machine & dishwaher. The clothes dryer, iron & ironing board was useful. It had everything you needed for self catering. I would recommended to anyone that doesn’t want the hustle & bustle of noisy busy resort areas.. we were there in 1st week in March 2025

The location is very close to Tenerife South airport so east to come in and out. It’s a great place to relax in when you have been out and about exploring the island.

We unfortunately were greeted by a surly manager in reception, he was training a lady. He asked for the a physical card that I had paid with, I couldn’t remember which one I’d used. He was quit abrupt, laughing in my face…Not the welcome I had imagined….the studio room was excellent everything that you require. The pool was great too. But, you cannot ignore airplanes going almost over the hotel every 3 minutes, it was totally deafening. You couldn’t speak when they were passing by, I can’t believe other reviews saying it’s not a problem. Breakfast was really varied but we went down at 10 O'clock and the fried eggs had been there for hours and the potato Rosti was like rubber, the sausages, bacon was great lovely bread fruit too.

Happy Place - Wyndham Golf del Sur

From start to finish it was as perfect as it always is. Reception staff, catering staff, cleaning and other staff so polite and helpful.
Accomodation was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment and great food. Ideally placed for us as golfers too, with wonderful coastal walk just a few minutes away. We have been going for a number if years and it will always be on our facourites list!

This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it.
Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you.
The pool is very clean and well maintained.
Our studio had recently been refurbished to a really good and comfortable standard. Other rooms are currently in. The process of being refurbished but the workers were considerate throughout and rarely spoilt our quiet time through the day.
The restaurant although a little pricey is good and the bar staff are very attentive particularly during happy hour 5-6pm.
Well worth a visit.

Terrible experience. Flight arrived late after delays at 4am and asked for late checkout of additional 30 or 60 minutes from the normal 10am checkout. Was told late checkout was not possible. Checkin is 4pm. That’s 6 hours to clean and I was just using a single bedroom and bathroom. Ridiculous… never staying here again.

We arrived 3 hours before appointed check in to be told our newly refurbished studio was ready for us. Ilona on reception was brilliant. There was a minor maintenance issue which was resolved by the Repair Team in minutes literally! Cleaning staff are very busy and do an excellent job throughout the resort. Quality bathroom products provided including hair conditioner, shampoo,body wash and hand soap. There were even wash pods for the integrated washing machine. Good selection of TV channels. Lovely view over looking resort and pool area. Would. Recommend to others without hesitation.

Stayed here with husband and 11 year old son. We loved the spacious, well equipped apartment and the pool, which was heated. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was pretty good although more expensive than other restaurants locally.
We were less keen on the entertainment around the pool, which included bingo, a quiz and a weird 80s saxophonist. Would prefer peace and quiet personally, but I think it is aimed at older generation.
Planes flying overhead can be a bit noisy but that is to be expected so close to the airport.
Overall a very nice experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Residences which is why this was our 4th stay. The staff are like a family and are such an effective team. This really shows in how they assist, entertain and talk with you. You really feel looked after. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment but with a big sofa bed for the kids. Sometimes this has been a double and others, two singles. We had our own kitchen, the had everything you could need e.g. microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge etc. You could be at home. The place is kept immaculately clean, this could be the toilets by the pools or the playground, bar area ... everywhere. And if something is broken it is being fixed before it's even reported. The atmosphere is really relaxed, there's plenty of entertainment and things to do but not pressure if you don't want to do it. As you can tell I really can't praise the place enough. We'll be back.

Property is away from the tourist spots and is about 25-30mins from shops, beach and attractions, but it is quiet and safe.
There is only one pool and restaurant for choice so it is limiting and you have to call a taxi to go to places. I know people asked about the bus but not ideal to get around.
The property we had was a two bedroom for the six of us. It was a bit tight and the kitchen area was tiny so we didn't get to cook and with the weather there were a lot of insects around, so we were extra careful to make things clean and tidy.
Cleaning service - there was none, you had to maintain like renting an apartment; put rubbish away, beds. They did change the towels mid week so that was great.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant though they go by first come first serve. So although we were ready to order our meal apparently we had to wait as parties who were seated before us had to be served, this was quite odd.
This is the second Wyndham Residence hotel that we have stayed in Tenerife, it is not as great as the one in Adele but if you want quiet and calm it is perfect.

Property superb as always. No issues whatsoever. We love the accommodation and the staff are amazing. We have eaten all over the golf del sue and personally find Zachary’s Restaraunt on site, the best food place over all the rest. And their inexpensive full English breakfast is to die for. 10/10

The staff at this resort are a credit. They are welcoming and friendly from reception to restaurant/bar staff to the entertainment. Everyone would say Ola and would do anything for you. They have a lot of regular visitors as a lot of people knew each other from previous trips and the bar/restaurant staff also knew them by name. One issue which we forgot to raise with the hotel but wouldn’t stop us from returning is the courtesy room and shower which dribbles as opposed to showering. Everywhere was clean and tidy as they look to always improve the customer experience. Although there is a restaurant on site they are expensive when compared to others in the area but there aren’t many to choose from unless you walk 15 minutes. It also looks like there is an area next to the complex which is to be developed soon which would improve the area but not the limited sea views that are left. Would definitely return though. Watch out for the aircraft though flying over the resort as it’s directly beneath the flight path.

I’ve stayed here 5 times over the last 20 years in all different apartments. The attraction is a lovely small resort without 100’s of people, it’s very well kept, friendly, walking distance to restaurants. A little bit of entertainment, not too much that it takes over your holiday . The 1 bedroom Villa this year where I stayed, the bathroom was old and outdated and needs sorting out. The rest of the Villa was fine. The on site shop was closed for refurbishment which was a pain and the restaurant service was slow, they need more people. Overall, I would go again and it’s a great little family resort .

Bar, restaurant and shop all closed during our stay, had we been in formed in advanced we would have cancelled and booked somewhere else but we were only informed at reception on arrival. It’s our 4th stay at CLC and we’ll be going again. The condition of the apartment was best described as \"tired\"
From the moment we arrived we saw a few cockroaches which my friend killed as I am terrified of them
The day before we left maintenance staff were fumigating outside and our apartment was invaded by whole nests of cockroaches!! We had to call reception to come and clear the apartment before we could go to bed!!
I have visited Sunnindale many times before but never had such a poor apartment

Great value, spotlessly clean, top service. Little dated in places, but it looks like they’re updating some apartments. All round very good value for a nice pool area (heated) bar & restaurant. Nothing really to do close by, couple of small supermarkets and couple of restaurants and Irish pub within 5 min walk. Not suitable for the young party types - full of pensioners or families with small kids. €15 taxi from the airport (15mins). Planes fly just to the north of the property fairly regularly on approach to the airport. Main traffic between 10am and 8pm - outside these hours it appears to be very quiet.

We couldn’t fault the apartment, cleanliness, pool etc, but unfortunately on our arrival we were informed of some noise from renovation work to several apartments. This was unavoidable but we would have liked to have been informed of the work before we booked so we had the choice to stay somewhere else.The noise was around the pool area not in our apartment but this was where we spent most of the day. The work is almost complete so please don’t be put off we were just there at the time work was being carried out. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice large one bedroom apartment, very clean . The only complaint i can have is that people reserved sunbeds even though it says you can't. The pool area has a lot of shaded area and the sunbeds in the sunshine had towels on but no people .

Basic Resort. Pretty much all self service. No Housekeeping at all...well once in 5 days if you stay that long. Staff is very good though.

I really cant think of anything I didn't like about my stay here.
The apartment was home from home, fully equipped. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Entertainment and facilities were excellent

Great place!!!

Had a great time here facilities are great reception staff all friendly and helpful food and service at Zachary's excellent a special thanks to Ivan 😁 will definitely return at some point only thing I would say is it would have been helpful to know that they provide towels for pool and how well equipped the rooms are as we came with hand luggage and didn't need some of the stuff we brought 😁

Lovely, well equipped apartment. Restaurant has reasonable food, friendly staff. We enjoyed the Spanish Flamenco night. I now have mini ant paranoia, they even got into the microwave.

Lovely private apartment with mountain views

A very nice place to stay, apartment had everything you needed including a microwave and washing machine. Surprised by the large six foot six bed but was comfortable. Kitchen was nice but a little short of worktop space. Some cupboards were very high as I'm only 5 foot. A good sized patio with comfy rattan chairs and quiet. The shop on site was very well stocked. Found the nightly entertainment to a high standard and enjoyable. Staff very helpful and polite and also plenty of activities to do in the day. Nice pool area with lots of sun beds. A very good place to stay.

Home from home.

Perfect as usual. Stayed many times just down the road for us a lovely chill out few days. The apartments have all been refinished and have everything you need. Plenty to do if you want too. Will be going again soon.

Nice place for our first time in Tenerife

Everything was nice. The front personnel are patient, helpful, and friendly with lots information. The shuttle to Siam water park was very helpful. Our room had plenty of room (one bedroom for us and a pull out couch in the living room for the kids.) Big balcony to sit outside or sunbathe. Internet was reliable. Kitchen is small but good enough. Fans in the living room and bedroom helped with the heat. Kids' Club had good activities for the kids (Wii games, Smurf Day, Mini Disco.) Restaurant is good both for breakfast and dinner.

Only thing that I didn't like was that there were no screens in the windows so flies get in when you air out the place.

You are only 9 minutes away from the closest airport and planes fly nearby but you don't notice when you are having fun.

We enjoyed it and would come back again.
