Pésima experiencia!! El hotel no tiene recepción, el ascensor no funciona, me toco subir por escaleras con mis maletas hasta encontrarme una señora que trabaja en el aseo. Esta señora también bastante grosera, me dijo que tenia que comunicarme a un numero para tramitar mi check in! En ese numero no contestaron, me toco salir a la calle a buscar otro hotel donde quedarme. Es una vergüenza de hotel, no se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Air conditioner not working

Whether was 36C and no air conditioner in the room. Roasting and unable to sleep. Was like trying to sleep in sauna. However, nice location, close to Centro and 1 min walk to Bilbao metro station. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants on same street or street parallel.

Awful check in process

The check in process was awful. On arrival there was only the cleaner who spoke no English and was very rude when I spoke only a little Spanish. She left giving my a card to What’s Ap someone who didn’t answer the message for a long time leaving me sitting in the hall. Eventually they answered and I to complete an on line check in Spanish. The whole process took nearly 90 minutes. The room was small but adequate for one though it was a double. Good location for my needs

I spent hours out on the cold street with my eight-year-old daughter because we couldn't get in because the proprietor never sent the email with the code to get in the door. There is no evidence whatsoever that she did this to my correct email which Expedia has!!!
Instead she was at a New Year's Eve party not to be heard from!

Pésimo el servicio de check in, no hay claridad en las indicaciones. No enviaron el link y estuve media hora fuera consiguiendo la forma de comunicarme.

El ascensor no servía, tuvimos que subir tres pesadas maletas por escaleras.

Cabellos humanos en las camas. Todo mal y lo peor, más de 250 dólares la noche por un hostal que no cuesta ni 50 dólares.

Buen relación calidad precio. El check in es rápido y cómodo si se siguen las instrucciones que envía la pensión antes de llegar. Lo único negativo es que se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Volvería sin duda, pero si se tiene sueño ligero mejor llevar tapones para los oídos.

Para 1 noche con maleta de cabina

Después de un viaje de 27horas al llegar al hotel me encuentro que con mis 68 años tengo que cargar con mi maleta de 20 kg hasta el primer piso por las escaleras. Lo que más rabia me dio es que habiendo ascensor, este no es para el servicio de los clientes sino para el personal. No hay nadie para dar ningún servicio así que no puedo calificarlo. Mi maleta ha dormido conmigo en la cama porque no tengo sitio donde ponerla. Siendo habitación doble, no se como se pueden meter maletas para 2 personas. No tiene aire acondicionado si no un ventilador en el techo sobre la cama. La habitacion es pequeña pero está muy bien cuidada.

Es un alojamiento, no hotel ni hostal, no hay recepción ni te guardan las maletas, tienes que llamar y te dicen que tienes que hacer el chequing por internet y pedir el código de entrada, nunca ves a nadie.No te hacen la habitación y lo encuentro caro para tan poco servicio. La habitación muy pequeña, lo bueno que el aseo y ducha era todo nuevo, y todo limpio. Las camas aceptables.

El Palacete de Almudaina está en pleno barrio de Chamberi una zona muy bien comunicada .El hotel esta a pocos minutos de la Glorieta de Bilbao donde esta una de las calles mas famosas de Madrid Fuencarral .la habitacion aunque es pequeña es silenciosa muy limpia la cama doble es comoda el cuarto de baño es limpio la Tv funciona muy bien .No faltan percheros gel de ducha jabon y toallas de todo tipo quizás pensando en verano seria conveniente una pequeña nevera por si se quuere beber agua fria o algun refresco y seria necesario en ln los meses de verano contar con aparato de aire acondicionado que en estos dias no es necesario.considerando relacion precio calidad es muy buena opcion para hospedarse y el personal muy profesional y amable po..tipoimestabucda

Zona muy tranquila, a dos cuadras de las estaciones de tren que te llevan a la gran vía (dos paradas) o puedes llegar a pie 1.5 km caminando y también a la que te lleva directo al aeropuerto entre otras, habitación limpia, pequeña pero con lo necesario para tener un buen descanso y salir a pasear, no cuenta con recepción así que es importante seguir los pasos que envían al correo para tener rápidamente los códigos de acceso

Personal irrespetuoso insultando a los huéspedes, las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, placa ducha chica que se le salía el agua por la junta entre la pared y la mampara, televisor apenas funcionaba, si hablas en la habitación te escuchan desde la entrada del portal personal y dueños muy soberbios he irrespetuoso y acusando de cerrar grifos insinuando que hemos cerrado la llave de paso te acribillan por WhatsApp y cuando das tu contestación te bloquean
