As a wheelchair user I would like to applaud this hotel for all the effort they have gone to in accommodating the wheelchair, all areas are accessible including the new addition of a hoist for easy access to the pool. Room 222 was perfect with a wheel in shower with seat, low level sink, wide doors. This was our second stay here and looking forward to a third. High recommended

Great holiday, only let down was the food!
We visited 10th - 17th September 2014 with our 3 year old boy. We rented a car (free parking at the hotel was an unexpected bonus!) and it was great to be able to get around to other nearby places so I would definitely recommend doing the same! Although the drive from the airport (Murcia San Javier) was around 2 hrs, but pretty much all motorways so pretty easy but long after a flight.
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, as we went slightly out of season the hotel was not too busy so we were always able to get sunbeds at the pool and a table in the restaurant. The food was probably the worst thing about the trip, it was all a buffet which wasn't properly labelled so was never really sure what anything was! Also on multiple occasions the meat looked really undercooked - I got a chicken breast that was raw in the middle!!
Aside from the food the hotel was great, lovely swimming pools, close to the beach and lots of other things to do nearby like minigolf and bowling. The area is probably very popular in high season, but it didn't seem overly built up and touristy which was really nice. My top tip would be make sure you brush up on a little bit of Spanish as the staff in some of the restaurants and shops nearby (and one waitress in the hotel restaurant) didn't understand any English, luckily we knew enough Spanish to get by and most of the staff in the hotel spoke English. But it might have been a little challenging outside of the hotel if we didn't know any!

Unfortunately, probably due to the economy, there are no shops or restaurants near this hotel. It is very close to a nice beach. It was about a 1.5 mile walk into the town. If you decide to take a taxi back, make sure the driver turns on the meter or ask for a flat rate before departing as they will overcharge you greatly. Overall, nice staff and a decent room for a very good price. (We did not try the buffets.)

only stayed for 4 days but very good. It rained heavily one day & water poured in via the roof & window seals in the public areas, but mopped & soaked up fairly quickly. Good buffet, with always something you will like to eat. Indoor pool & sauna/steam room as well as all usual facilities. Overall very good.

Hotel had everything needed. June is obviously a good time to go as it wasn't crowded. Buffet meals had very good selection to suit most people. With 3 swimming pools there was plenty of space. Good value for money. Will go again if in that area.

El hotel por normal general está muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes, las camas son cómodas y están muy limpias. Hay tres piscinas grandes que están bien cuidadas y hay muchas hamacas para poder sentarte. La comida del bufete está buena, pero le falta algo de variedad, y en mi opinión creo que el agua debería ser gratuita para poder comer y cenar, ya que solo dan agua gratis para el desayuno. Los espectáculos están bien, quizá le falta algo más de chispa para los adultos. Por lo general el hotel está muy bien, hay buen aparcamiento y está cerca de la playa. Exceptuando alguna pequeña cosa el hotel está muy bien, sin duda repetiríamos.

En arrivant on m’a dit que ma réservation était annulée. On m’a trouvé deux chambres en RDCH donnant sur la buanderie et garage aux prix qu’ils ont voulu . On m’a changé de chambre le lendemain après que je me soit plaint à la direction. L’un de vous deux n’a pas fait son travail. Vous méritez les deux une publicité sur internet. On ne laisse pas arriver un client au mois d’août pour lui dire qu’il n’a pas de chambre après m’avoir envoyé des mails disant que tout était ok . Je ne réserverai plus avec hotel.com , la 1 er et la dernière !

Comida buenisima! Muy variada, cada día con temática, todo cocina elaborada y las paellas estupendas, saben trabajar los arroces.
Habitacion amplia y cómoda, y la limpieza perfecta.
Las instalaciones muy buenas también al igual que la animación del hotel sobretodo por las noches nos hacian pasar un rato entretenidos.
La ubicacion a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Ademas hay aparcamiento gratuito ql lado del hotel y en la playa se aparaca con facilidad. Repetiremos sin duda

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias,el cuarto de baño esta bien parece como si los hubieran reformado hace poco,tres piscinas y una para los más peques, gran numero de tumbonas.Lo que menos me gustó fué el servicio de restauración yo estuve en el mes de junio y el comedor estaba saturado según mi opinión aceptan ha más gente de la que pueden atender.Suelen decir que es por algo puntual pero el año pasado también estuve en julio y en el comedor ocurría lo mismo por lo demás el hotel esta bastante bien.

El precio de las bebidas muy bien, y la comida en general estaba bien, aunque se hace muy estresante comer en el restaurante, ya que me parece muy justa su capacidad para el número de huéspedes. Colas para todo, y mucho ruido y estrés en las comidas. En los días y horas de mayor afluencia, un caos total. A pesar de reponer con cierta rapidez la comida y tener empleados afanados en la tarea, imposible dar un servicio correcto a tanta gente en poco tiempo con estas instalaciones. El horario del desayuno lo veo corto. Es solo hasta las 10. Yo lo vería mejor hasta las 10:30h. La distancia a la playa no es excesiva, pero la vuelta al hotel después de un rato de playa se puede hacer muy larga al ser cuesta arriba, especialmente si vuelves con cosas a cuestas y con niños pequeños.

La playa estaba a 10 o 15 minutos andando,y de camino tenías una tienda de alimentación y una tienda típica de playa con colchonetas,chancletas... La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien.Todos muy amables.El.bufet era variado y estaba bueno. Could not book full board, so this was not good as it never seemed busy when we looked in. Would not go back. have just booked the Orange for a week at Xmas, have stayed 3 times, the Diplomat 2 times, Calypso 3 times, always try to be with Servio. I had a form like this on my laptop on the Tuesday, I answered this higher at the time, I agree the feedback is often useful, our last night on Saturday, we went to eat at 9pm, it was busy, could not find a dinner plate on 2 occasions, which should not happen. My WIFI was a daily problem as having stayed at the Playa last time this kept coming into my daily set up, I tried to get some help at reception, but this just continued, I was expecting the Playa to be deleted, but every day I had to rectify this, not 4 star. Finally on this questionnaire on Tuesday, we were told that if we had not been given our Welcome Gift, to ask at reception, we tried this but they knew nothing, not even a drink, which we always had in the past. lesson learnt

Nunca había estado en un hotel tan grande (400 habitaciones) y no me ha gustado la sensación de agobio y ruido en el comedor (cortinas, tabiques o dos comedores mejoraría la sensación). A su favor la calidad de la comida y la atención del personal. Las piscinas muy bien, la animación bien. Lo que menos me ha gustado (muy importante para mi) ha sido que la cortina opaca para que no pase la luz estaba agujereada e incomprensiblemente no llegaba hasta el suelo así que a las 7 de la mañana la luz molesta para dormir.

El paquete gastronómico empezó mal y fue mejorando bastante a medida que llegaba más gente. No hay por qué penalizar a los clientes cuando no hay mucha gente en el hotel.

El hotel en sí esta muy bien, pero al comida fue pésima. La peor comida que he probado en un hotel de 4 estrellas: insípida, mal sabor,... Y encima estuvimos con la barriga descompuesta todo el fin de semana.
Además un Socorrista solamente para todas las piscinas. En ocasiones pasaban 45 minutos sin verlo por la piscina donde estábamos.

Hotel para pasar unos días con los niños ya que sus instalaciones lo permiten. Bufet de baja calidad, todo tiene el mismio sabor y casi todos los días hay lo mismo. Las bebidas,snacks e infusiones tienen los precios de hotel 5*—6*. Demasiado caro. Necesita algunas reformas interiores y exteriores. Personal agradable. Buena animación y completo de instalaciones.
